Diana (9/5): - Me encantó la amabilidad de Angélica y su disposición en todo momento a ayudarnos con cualquier inquietud o percance. También debo reconocer el buen servicio de Erika. La ubicación está muy cerca del terminal Rodoviario de Puerto Natales. Relativamente lejos del centro si uno decide ir a pie pero accesible rápidamente en auto.
HENRI (10/5): Estadía superlativa - Catherine nos atendió en forma excepcional. Faltan palabras para describirlo. Muy detallista, se refleja también en las instalaciones, en el desayuno, en la flexibilidad de horarios para acomodarse a los horarios de tours. Tremendamente agradable estadía y volveríamos siempre. PD: La piscina más grande y calentita en que hemos estado en un hotel.

ANDREA (10/5): Hermosas vacaciones en Puerto Natales - Personas muy amables, el lugar pertenece a una familia que está siempre presente y atienden de forma muy cercana. Viajamos en familia y mis hijos estaban felices con los servicios, el desayuno y sobre todo el buen trato recibido. La piscina es buenísima, la temperatura perfecta, la pudimos disfrutar mucho. A su vez, tomamos tours que nos retiraron desde el lugar muy temprano, nos prepararon un lunch box y funcionó todo de maravilla. ¡Recomiendo mucho el lugar!
Christine (7/5): Simple cabins with large fridge and cooking facilities - Friendly staff, Ausstattung Küche gut (nur eine Herdplatte), für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz auch für Koffer Die Hütten sind einfach, Türen und Fenster schließen nicht, so dass es windig und nicht ruhig(Straße) im Schlafzimmer war. Bei starkem Wind konnte man gar nicht schlafen, es hat alles geklappert. Schränke bieten unzureichende Möglichkeiten zur Kleideraufbewahrung, für vier Personen unzureichend. WLAN schwach oder nicht vorhanden, der Fernseher im Zimmer daher nicht nutzbar. Der Preis ist total überteuert (300 USD/Nacht). Bei 100 USD die Nacht würde ich mich nicht so aufregen. Wo die sehr guten Bewertungen herkommen, kann ich mir nicht erklären.
Diana Olimpia (10/5): Great stay in Puerto Natales! - The beds (and pillows) are super comfy! You have in the apartment everything you need (even a small table and 2 folding chairs for the small.patio in front of your lodge). The layout of the apartment is perfect for a family of 4, or for 2 couples. The location is 5 min. drive from the town center, but we had a rented car so we didn't mind (the views with the town and the city are priceless). Space to park the car next to your lodge. Welcoming athmosphere (pleasant smell inside, warm, nicely designed). Good wifi. Welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
Vishal (10/5): Perfect base to explore Puerto Natales as a family - Amazing hosts, every member of staff is so friendly and welcoming and accommodating. We really apprecaited that they made an effort to cater for the vegans and vegeterians in our group. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was a bit hit with the kids - kept really clean and the water is very warm - perfect incentive for a day of hiking/exploring knowing we could come back to the pool. Nothing really - a great stay.

Holger (5/5): Anlage mit einer Vielzahl von Baumängeln und Unzulänglichkeiten, Personal aber sehr hilfsbereit. - Viel Platz vordergründig gute Ausstattung ausreichend Platz. Hallenbad nicht nutzbar nur für 1,0h vor zu buchen. Guter Parkplatz im umzäunten Areal vor der Cabana. Frühstück sehr umfangreich wird nach Auswahl in die Cabana gebracht. Nettes hilfsbereits Personal aber mit der Vielzahl der Baumängel überfordert. Wasserdruck sehr gering an konnte kaum duschen. Zweite Nacht Wasserrohrbruch kein Wasser für 1 Tag. Danach war das Wasser stundenlang sandig braun und die Leitungen waren danach verstopft. Mussten uns mit Wasser aus 6l Trinkwasserflaschen waschen. Da das Wetter sehr windig war stellten sich eine Vielzahl von Baumängeln heraus. Fenster wie Türen waren undicht bis zu 2cm grosse Schlitze, Gummidichtungen fallen aus den Fensterrahmen teilweise sind die Fenster falsch herum eingebaut. Fassadenteile lösen sich Die billige Bauweise rächt sich bei diesen Witterungsverhältnissen mit Wind und Wetter. Bei der Vielzahl von Mängeln sind die Betreiber handwerklich überfordert.

Julia (8/5): Gute Option für Puerto Natales - Schöne kleine Häuser, gut ausgestattet. Föhn haben wir auf Nachfrage von der Rezeption erhalten. Die Kommunikation hat im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts wirklich ausgesprochen gut funktioniert (auf englisch). Der beheizte Pool ist toll und die Buchung war bei uns total unkompliziert. Die Küche ist gut genug ausgestattet zum Kochen. auch hier bekamen wir auf Nachfrage schnell und unkompliziert alles, was wir noch brauchten. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet sondern man bekommt eine Auswahl auf den Tisch oder aufs Zimmer gebracht. Hier würde es Sinn machen, vorher abzufragen, was die Gäste mögen, damit nicht so viel übrig bleibt. Wir haben kostenlos Wasserkanister gestellt bekommen. In der Stadt gibt es ein Restaurant, das zur Unterkunft gehört. Hier bekommt man als Gast 15% Rabatt. Das Essen war fantastisch. Zwei liebe Hunde und Hühner leben auf dem Gelände. Durch den Wind draußen kommt allerlei Krabbelvieh ins Haus, v.a. da die Fenster nicht perfekt schließen. Wir verstehen, dass das mal vorkommt, hätten uns aber dennoch gewünscht, dass darauf vor Bezug durch Gäste nochmal geachtet und ggf. beseitigt wird. Es war doch etwas unschön, erstmal selbst putzen zu müssen. Außerdem schließen die Glasschiebetüren nicht, man kann sie einfach von außen aufschieben. Die Stadt ist sicher und das Gelände kameraüberwacht, dennoch sollte die grundlegende Anforderung, dass die Unterkunft sich abschließen lässt, erfüllt sein. Unsere Ansprechpartner waren aber sehr offen für unser Feedback; vllt. wird hier also bald nachgebessert. Lage ist nicht empfehlenswert ohne eigenes Auto.

Wade (10/5): A wonderful option in Puerto Natales! - The hostess was awesome. The breakfast was made to order every morning and was delicious. Not a dislike, but the rental house is a bit out of town, about a mile from the city center. Taking an Uber would be less expensive that renting a car.
Sylvia (10/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen! - Die gesamte Anlage ist außerordentlich gepflegt und uns hat das kleine Haus sehr gefallen. Eine perfekte Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Ein gemütlicher und moderner Wohnraum, 2 kleine Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. In einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer haben die großen Fenster Schiebetüren und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Den großen Pool haben wir leider nur 1x genutzt, weil wir so gutes Wetter hatte, dass wir immer lange unterwegs waren. Der Pool ist riesig und wird immer exklusiv reserviert, so dass man ihn alleine nutzen kann. 2 Liegen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück wird morgens zur Wunschuhrzeit gebracht. man kann Wünsche äußern, es gibt immer verschiedenen Kuchen und Obst, die Eier sind von eigenen Hühnern. Die Lage ist ruhig, obwohl es an nahe der Straße liegt. Man benötigt allerdings einen Leihwagen oder Taxi in die Stadt, auch wenn es nah ist. Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Als einzige Anmerkungen: wir haben erst vor Ort verstanden, dass das Restaurant nicht auf dem Grundstück, sondern in der Stadt ist. So muss man auf jeden Fall zum Abendessen in die Stadt fahren. Das war dann aber ok, denn wir sind immer direkt von unseren Touren aus essen gegangen. Das ist alles unkompliziert.
