MATEUS (8/5): - Me gustaron muchos los espacios, la llegada es fácil, la carretera destapada pero en buen estado así que permitió que entrara el carro bajito, la boli rana la piscina la cocina, en muy buen estado y limpieza. No tan bueno, que no hay suficiente papel en el baño ya que el papel es de mala calidad, tampoco hay jabón para el cuerpo, ni para la cocina, Creo que debieron avisarnos de esto. Y finalmente había un animalito creemos que un ave que hacía mucho ruido y no dejaba dormir bien.

Alba (4/5): Very disappointing - Spacious social area with a lot of different games and activities, as well as areas for rest and relaxation. Getting in and out of the property, the road is very narrow and treacherous. An addition was being built to the secondary house and loud construction noise started at 7am every morning, opposite of what we hoped to experience (waking up to nature sounds) The pool drain was missing the cover and one of our kids injured his foot while playing in the water, warranting a visit to the ER for stitches and tetanus shot. It completely ruined our vacation. He had to stay behind with a family member while we toured the area the rest of our stay. Even though the property administrator accompanied us and covered some of the expenses, the owner was not friendly and wanted to blame it on the child. They may not even have appropriate insurance. The property is remote; we had to drive to Armenia to buy the medical supplies we needed to dress the wound and the crutches. We will not be coming back. We would not recommend it to anyone.
