GANNA (1/5): - Absolutely impolite host who requested payment outside the Booking.com system, not complying with Booking.com rules. Not recommended!!!
GANNA (1/5): - We booked the cabanas several months in advance via Booking.com. Several days before arrival, I received a WhatsApp message requesting that I transfer money through an unknown Spanish payment system to the host. I declined to make any payment outside the Booking.com system and asked whether the credit card linked to my Booking.com account could be charged instead. The host was extremely rude and, instead of trying to find an alternative solution, responded in a completely unacceptable and impolite manner, stating that if I did not pay, the booking would be cancelled. I contacted Booking.com support, who also advised me not to proceed with any external payment links. The host then cancelled the booking. I do not recommend this property
Emmee (8/5): - calm surroundings, cozy patagonian style houses Owner could be more reliable and could keep agreement. The price for cabanas is in USD and I confiremd it with owner 2 weeks before arrival (payment in cash and in USD). Day before my stay I was informed that I cannot pay in USD, only in CLP and the rate given in clp was even higher than interbank rates. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I was said I can search other place to stay. I travelled with a group , without car . We were tight with time , so I was unable to search money exchangers . Finally I was able to pay in USD but holiday mood was spoiled for a while especially after reading that I can search other place minutes before arrival. To avoid misunderstandings I advise to the owner put the offer in local currency and inform guests that USD is not accepted. Despite this stressfull moment everything was great. Place is outside the city in quiet area . New,clean , nice style.

Tarun (8/5): Comfortable base for daily trips to TdP with the benefit of access to Puerto Natales - Location was good. Generally quiet and easy to get to, despite the gravel roads. Easy check in. Good communication via WhatsApp. Beds and linens felt clean. We booked last minute, so we were happy that they could accommodate our family of 5. It was nice that there was a washing machine (no dryer). Very basically equipped, especially with regard to the kitchen. No coffee/sugar, no salt/pepper/oil, no paper towels. Bathroom shower drain backed up quickly if the shower was at full pressure.

Norbert (9/5): Schönes Haus. - Schönes großes Haus für 6 Leute. Es war sauber, Ausstattung gut. Es gibt Thermostat für Heizung, ist immer schön warm gewesen. Großes Küche/Ess- und Wohnbereich. Ist außerhalb der Stadt. Genug Parkplätze. Alles problemlos. Ein Tor wäre gut. So konnten freilaufende Hunde kommen. Saß auch bei uns vor dem Haus ein großer Hund. Es war nicht angenehm mit Kleinkind.

Pudimos utilizar una parrilla y hacer un asado, realmente muy buen alojamiento. El internet, pero realmente es innecesario tener conexión en un lugar asi.

Clara (10/5): Nice place to stay at Puerto Natales - Immerse in the green fields of Puerto Natales, five minutes to the city center. Cozy and welcoming - we used it as base to visit Torres del Paine. -
Elliot (10/5): - Lovely place to spend the night before and after the W trek. Stayed in two different units. Both were clean, with solid WiFi, well working kitchen appliances, had a washer, comfortable beds, etc. Just a bit out of town, so probably best for those with their own transportation.

La calefaccion excelente. limpieza excelente, Agua caliente impecable No es una critica pero están alejadas del centro y necesitas movilidad. No tengo nada para reclamar. tal vez en este tipo de cabañas, el tema percheros ayuda mucho ya que no tiene roperos. Las cortinas son algo traslucidas, pero nada que con un poco de ingenio se resuelva

Jose Alberto (9/5): Totalmente recomendable - ¡Estancia simplemente perfecta! Las cabañas superaron todas nuestras expectativas: limpias, muy cómodas y cálidas, ideales para el clima de Punta Arenas. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y perfectamente equipado. La zona es tranquila y segura, con estacionamiento justo al lado, lo que lo hace muy práctico. El anfitrión fue excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos felices.

Gladys (8/5): - La limpieza y el espacio El camino de acceso estaba en pésimas condiciones, de tierra pero con varias pozas de barro y hoyos. Además en la cabaña no tenía ni siquiera sal o un té de cortesía

Esther (10/5): Cosy cabaña - Very cosy cabaña, clean and peaceful to relax before or after trekking. The host was helpful. Note that in the 2 persons cabana there isn’t washing machine but the host offers a laundry service at an additional cost.

Halie (6/5): - For what you pay, the Cabañas are good. The beds are comfy, bathroom and washer are fantastic, and the kitchen gets small meals done. However, the lights outside are so bright and the blinds do not block them out at night, the stairs were tilted slightly forward so we had someone fall all the way down and get some bruises, the shower drain is pretty clogged, and the fridge was basically a big freezer. The most frustrating part was having no reception. The first time we stayed, we needed to contact someone for help getting in which took a while as they were not responding. And the second time we went back, there was no key in the lock box and we had to wait over half an hour for someone to get there part 10pm to give us a key. The place works, but there are some missed details.
Govind (10/5): - Our heater wasn't working at night. It was midnight, Christmas eve. We texted the hosts on WhatsApp. They showed up within 30 minutes and fixed the heater. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend this location!
