As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. Humberto (9/5): Nothing is perfect but this place was really close - Really remodeled. Everything is new. The kitchen has everything you will need. I cooked for my family and did not miss a thing. I had some small issues and the renters respond was very quick and everything was solve. Very good air conditioning, very confortable bed and good quality linens. As a plus they have security day and night. The small beach just steps away is just the cheery on the cake. You just need to know where to get in due to there are some rocks on your way in. Walking distance, 50 mts, of the Flamingo Marina which is nice to eat or drink something, nice atmosphere. I will really recommend this place a 100% Sincerely the only thing was the first impression. I got a little startle when we got down from our car in front of the unit door. I just thought oh, oh I hope the apartment looks as in the pictures. This, due to the first impression. What you see is 3 very, but very, old and dirty chairs with a small table with some papers and things on top. This is not a nice view. Then I understood this is the place for the security man but I think that they can have a nice comfortable chair and maybe a small closed cabinet so your first impression will be a nice one.
