- Mark (10/5): Great place in a private rainforest and short drive to Quepos and Manual Antonio NP. - Diego, our host, who lives close by, was very friendly, available and accommodating. He met us for check-in and check-out. This house is in a gated community being developed by CR Tropical. The location is about 15-20 minutes slow drive on a gravel road into the jungle/rainforest! (Note all roads in CR off any main highway are gravel with potholes). The house is totally private. From the porch (which surrounds the entire house) we saw monkeys, toucans and morpho butterflies. Comfortable king bed. Excellent WIFI and air conditioning. No suggestions.
