• Susie (10/5): Fabulous authentic property, perfectly located! - We absolutely loved this place! Great location in a small residential road and just a short walk to all facilities. The beach is very close by, although it is black sand; golden sands are further afield. The house itself is in its own garden with a secure gate and we were able to park our car there. Extremely clean and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We loved our first floor room in the roof space with its generous bathroom and of course much-needed a/c. The second bedroom doesn't have it incidentally, but not an issue for us as we didn't use the room and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The host was lovely and all the information very timely. Highly recommended! Well the howler monkeys with their early morning alarm call were a challenge, but then the wildlife is one of the reasons we're visiting Costa Rica!

Amazing staff. - fully stocked kitchen very comfortable beds location is close to town and the beach management is super friendly and helpful checked in early with no problem spacious house close to turtle rescue Only AC one bedroom, couldn’t use other, property is 4306+ sq ft not house
