• Alejandro (5/5): Nice place but the house needs attention - The location of the house is truly incredible, and that's what we've always loved about it, as we've stayed there several times, including this one. This is our third time here, and the house's appearance has changed without any improvements. The house's appearance has deteriorated; the cleanliness isn't the best, the front door gets stuck and is almost impossible to open. The refrigerator door is completely rusted and doesn't work properly. But the worst thing is the brown water coming from the tank with that strong smell that lingers on your skin. It happened to us last year, and we thought it was due to heavy rains, but it's the same this time. They did give us containers of drinking water, but that smell really leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

Dommage. - Position face à la mer; Proximité des commerces et épiceries; Grandeur et espace de la maison et du terrain; Proximité de la mer; Équipements désuets (BBQ; grille-pain non utilisable...); Lorsqu'il pleuvait, il pleuvait dans la maison, on voit que la toiture mérite des rénovations, il y a des morceaux de plastique insuffisants pour colmater les brèches. La pression d'eau laisse à désirer dans les deux salles de bain. Les propriétaires nous avaient promis des vélos à notre arrivé, mais n'ont pas tenu parole.
• YEIRY (5/5): Se nos metieron a robar - Es amplia y espaciosa y cerca de un supermercado Nos robaron un iPad y varias prendas de ropa al ir a la playa y dejar una ventana abierta de la casa. Avisamos de una a los dueños porque hay cámaras y respondieron hasta el día siguiente diciendo que no podían hacer nada y las cámaras estaban apagadas.
• Jeffry Thomassen (5/5): Caribe Let Down - The location of this property is excellent, short walk to private swimmable beach, walking distance to Jaguar Rescue Ctr and some good beachfront restaurants. The outdoor dining deck was lovely. The hosts were attentive and communicated well. Resolved a maintenance issue promptly. The water pressure and hot water are not good. The bed mattresses are uncomfortable. The kitchen is tight for space. There are many locks and keys to deal with around the house spaces. The rate we booked on Booking.com six months ago was 3 times the nightly rent offered around our dates. It is low season and Booking gouged us for an early booking. The value of the property did not match the rate charged, in our opinion.
• Luis (3/5): Un engano, no hay relacion precio por la calidad de la casa. Fotos mostradas de la casa no sirven - La ubicacion Las fotos que se presentan no corresponden a la realidad. Es una casa con un pesimo mantenimiento, llena de verjas que da la sensacion de estar en una carcel. Muebles, habitaciones, terraza todo esta en un pesimo estado de mantenimiento. Las instalaciones tienen muebleria barata no acorde con el valor cobrado. No hay indicaciones claras que el agua es de un pozo que no es bebible. Cuando se usaba una ducha el agua no llegaba a la otra ducha. Encontramos ropa de alguien y cosas personales en uno de los closet de la habiotacion. No estaban adecudamente preparados para nuestra llegada pues la cocina no tenia gas y no nos permitio preparar nuestros alimentos ese dia.

• Matt (9/5): Nice house with direct beach access - Direct private access to the beach, great tropical garden fully closed with barbecue at disposal. Wi-Fi access is working well and the house is big enough for 4 people and more even. Too many door to exterior are locked and protected with metallic disposal, so not possible to enjoy the balcony of the rooms.
• Jarda (9/5): I can recommend this super nice place - absolutely helpful staff, nice house closed from beach, really nice, drinking water dispenser hot,cold, room temperature, safe, two bathrooms, three sloths in the garden at one moment… fauna, flora they not change towels during five days - missing wash machine
• Susan (9/5): Koda beach house - Great location, the house was spacious and clean. Good communication with administrator. Lots of mosquitoes in the house.
