• Chenges (8/5): - The property is well maintained and clean. For a villa in the woods it is very well equipped. The host was helpful. Overall, I do recommend. The location was a bit tough to find, especially at night. But after some wondering around the area we were able to locate the exact spot of the property.

• Vanessa (8/5): Idyllische Hütte mit Dschungel Feeling - Das Gefühl mitten im Dschungel aufzuwachen, Tiere beim Kaffee morgens zu beobachten und Ruhe für sich zu haben war fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Hütte oben gelegen und konnten so auf den kleinen Teich blicken und einen Reiher beobachten. Man braucht auch keine Angst vor Mücken haben, auch wenn direkt ein kleiner Teich vor der Haustür ist. Leider hat es kein Frühstück und ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, was die Anreise / Weiterreise erschwert hat wenn kein Uber verfügbar war (mit Mietwagen aber kein Problem)

• Sandra (7/5): - Mooie locatie, we hadden op basis van de foto’s verwacht dat de accommodaties aan een riviertje zouden liggen. Echter is het een ronde plas. Fijn dat het nabij het centrum van La Fortuna ligt. We hebben kakkerlakken aangetroffen zowel onder het bed als in de keuken. Waarschijnlijk is het niet te voorkomen dat deze hier zitten gezien de accommodatie aan het water en in de tropen ligt. De hut is niet 100% afgesloten. Wees je hiervan bewust als je dit boekt.

• Corinna (9/5): - Super Lage, nur eine kurze Fahrt nach La Fortuna. Der Bungalow liegt sehr schön, direkt am kleinen See. Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Dusche war etwas abenteuerlich. Über der Brause waren stromführende Kabel, mit ein bisschen Klebeband isoliert. Einmal gab's während der Duschens Funken und ein wenig Plastik ist verschmort.
• Richard (10/5): - What a perfect retreat out of town, overlooking the lake. We saw turtles, fish, frogs, a lizard & lots of bird life. Host very welcoming and friendly. Very serene & relaxing. Would highly recommend. A long, dangerous walk into La Fortuna when we didn't want to use the car but didn't spoil our time there.

• Tami (10/5): Tranquil and peaceful - Location and the isolation from the more popular places to stay. It was so calming and tranquil. I could have stayed there all day and just existed. Nothing, it was perfect. 100% recommend and I would definitely go back and stay there.
• Viktoria (10/5): A peaceful haven on a lake, to spot wildlife and relax - A beautiful stay in an amazing place. Spotted iguanas, frogs, toads, beautiful hummingbirds and ducks all from our room, and the fish in the lake are amazing too! It was a very peaceful home for 3 days, where me and my partner felt incredibly welcome. Very well located, comfortable bed and clean space. The cabins also have 3 lovely dogs that roam around - couldn’t be friendlier and cuter ❤️ We would 100% stay again, and Marco was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike it was all perfect.

• Rachel (2/5): - Location was good. Set in a nice garden with small artificial lake. Stuff were nice and willing to help although they couldn't do much. We got a 1 bedroom tree cabin which was very small. Steep stairs to climb.. walls and ceiling were not isolated so had bugs everywhere also in bed. No place to open a suitcase or hang a shirt or a towel. A coffee maker that was broken and leak of water from the sink. Overall experience was like staying in a warehouse. Luckily, we were out most of the time.

• Sheila (9/5): Nice stay outside of the busy town but close to everything. - Nice setting next to a small pond, nice big rooms. Very helpful and flexible staff. My cabana was right next to the road and traffic was very loud.

Des cabanes en bois superbes, très propres, très belles finitions, parfaitement, entretenues, avec grandes baies vitrées, à la fois dans les chambres et la pièce de vie, surplombant un petit étang, entourées d’arbres. Cuisine, équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour faire café thé, et se cuisiner des œufs pour le petit-déj’ du matin. Très bien placé, proche de la Fortuna et de nombreuses sources thermales. Dommage que l’on entende beaucoup le bruit de la route

• Narkiss (5/5): 4 לילות ללא שינה - חדר גדול עם מטבחון מאובזר מים במקלחת פושרים כמעט קרים, נאלצנו להתקלח עם מים מהקומקום הגג עשוי מפח דק ורועש מאוד מהגשם, לא הצלחנו לישון לחלוטין! אין חלון/ ונטה בשרותים למרות שהקיר חיצוני אין ווים/מדפים במקלחת קיבלנו רק 2 מגבות לשהייה של 4 לילות ולא ניתן היה לייבש אותן לא פינו אשפה מהחדר במשך כל השהייה

• Mirelle (8/5): - De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs een etentje aangeboden gekregen vanwege ons huwelijksjubileum We hadden 2 huisjes aan de rand, niet aan het water. Deze waren erg gedateerd. De vriendelijkheid van de host maakte echter veel goed. De huisjes zijn erg gedateerd en in een van onze huisjes was kortsluiting en dus geen warm water en airco, ook andere huisje had geen warm water. Huisje 7 en 9 zijn ook erg klein, zeker huisje 7 kun je je koffers niet kwijt, ook geen enkel plankje of kledinghangertjes. Na een nacht kregen we een huisje aan het water, ook basic maar wel prima.

Falling asleep with the sounds of nature was a dream come true. Nearness to road made it so you hear the traffic. But not a very busy road at all.

• B (7/5): - We had a small apartment up the hill, not on the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Responsive staff. I didn't look at the pictures closely enough while booking, the pictures in the listing are indeed the cabin you are getting. While disappointed I was not on the lake, the others in my party loved the place. There were a couple issues with the cabin but the manager was super responsive.

• Reinhold (3/5): Schattig und feucht! - Eigentlich nicht wirklich viel. Der "Lago" ist eher ein Tümpel. Ins Haus kommt kein Sonnenstrahl und alles ist feucht. Dazu gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeiten, nahe Kleidung aufzuhängen. Aber für den Preis kann man vielleicht nicht mehr erwarten.
