• Metts (10/5): We’ll be back! - Property was clean and spacious. Particularly liked having the casita for a little extra privacy as we were two couples.
• Rafael (8/5): Overall a nice place and our family would stay here again. - Nice quiet secluded and safe place with parking for 2 or 3 cars. About 15 minute walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen for cooking and plenty of sleeping room for 6 adults (plus a couple of sofa beds for kids). It has a separate cabin in the back yard with a private bathroom but the main house has only 1 bathroom for 2 rooms. The separate cabin is spacious but needs a clothes rack or somewhere to hang clothes (especially ladies dresses). The shower needs wall hooks and a place to put soaps and shampoo, etc. The pool deck chairs need repair and the pool was not clean when we arrived but that was not a big deal since we spent more time at the beach.

• ADOLFO (8/5): Excelente destino de playa en una casa cómoda, tranquila y equipada que necesita reparaciones ya. - Casa magnífica con buena situación, rodeada de naturaleza, a 5 minutos en coche de todos los servicios, tranquila y bien equipada. Se aprecia que no se trata de una casa concebida para alquilar, por lo que la calidad de materiales, mobiliario, etc. es alta. Propiedad muy atenta y pendiente. La casa necesita reparaciones. Se observa un desgaste lógico por el alquiler que no se ha ido subsanando. Los grifos y el horno están en mal estado, el lavavajillas pierde agua, la puerta automática del parking no funciona.
• Alex (8/5): Great stay in Samara in beutiful relaxing property with great outdoor spaces - Quantity and quality of outside seating was great Having a pool was a real plus, lots of wildlife in the area (howler monkeys, iguanas) Location was good c. 15 walk into town Comfortable property with new sofas and dining table outside Kitchen could have been better equipped as a few things were missing (corkscrew, wine glasses, washing up liquid) Bedside lamp in the ‘outhouse’ could be nice going forwards

• Carolina (8/5): Clean and spatious house in Samara - Cozy, clean and with strategic location, this house near Samara Beach, has everything you need. We were welcome with both our large breed adult dogs, which we appreciated, and for a reasonable additional charge. We were also accomodated with a late check in, because life happens and we couldn't get our of the city earlier The garage door had to be pushed and pulled to get out the house and it's pretty heavy. The neighborhood streets around the property are unfortunately not paved, which we understand as locals, but visitors would need to accomodate transportation accordingly (SUVs are ideal). This is something the property can't control but it's good to know.
