• Helmut 12 (9/5): - Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine nette liebevolle Einrichtung. Es gab mehrere Klimageräte mit Heizfunktion angenehme Betten und zwei nette Balkone. Die Unterkunft ist in sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei unserer Ankunft war Obst sowie Margarine, Marmelade und Kaffee bereits vorhanden.

• Kamila (10/5): Czułam się bardzo domowo, jakbym odwiedzała rodzinę na Cyprze ;) - Wspaniale urządzony apartament, przepiękne meble i niezwykłe dekoracje w stylu boho (piękne miejsce dla osób, które zwracają uwagę na szczegóły), a także bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - kilka rodzajów prawdopodobnie ręcznie robionych naczyń, herbata, przyprawy, nawet płyn do prania. Dodatkowo bardzo komfortowe umeblowanie, salon z dużą kanapą i taras z dużym stołem, a w tle widok na morze, palmy i roślinność. Na powitanie czekały na nas nawet owoce i sucharki! Jedynym gorszym aspektem była łazienka, brakowało bardziej atmosferycznego światła i było dosyć niskie ciśnienie wody.

• Els (9/5): Fantastic stay! - - Uitbundig ingericht. Erg gezellig. De eigenaars hebben duidelijk een voorliefde voor houten voorwerpen. Het staat er vol van. Er is ook een keukenkasten vol houten borden, kommen, kopjes, zelfs bestek. Overal staan ook kerstversierinkjes. - De kleine attenties, zoals het flesje wijn (ook al drinken we geen demi-sec wegens te zoet), het fruit, de toiletartikelen... doen je welkom voelen. - Kwalitatief hoogwaardige inrichting. Voldoende uitgerust om hier langere tijd te verblijven. Goed bed. - Het mooiste aan dit appartementje is het terras met zicht over de velden en daarachter de zee!  - Ook het zwembad op het pleintje tussen de huisjes hier, is leuk, alhoewel het water redelijk koud is in december, maar dat is voor ons geen probleem, gezien we in België water van 5°C gewend zijn (wij ijsberen in de winter). We zijn vooral blij dat men het niet helemaal heeft afgesloten (zoals in sommige andere logies hier!) en dat je er nog in kan! Anders waren wij erg teleurgesteld geweest. Zuid-Europeanen zullen misschien niet zwemmen in december, maar voor ons, Noord-Europeanen, is dit wél belangrijk! We komen naar hier voor het mildere klimaat en voor het kunnen zwemmen! Nothing. All was perfect.

• Siad (9/5): Super Ausstattung gut geeignet zur Umgebungserkundung - die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel mit hochwertigen Accessoires ausgestattet. Sie entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt oder angeschaut. Ist auch nicht direkt an der Wohnung. Ansonsten guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung. leider nicht mit dem Vermieter abgesprochene Bauarbeiten an der Nachbarwohnung. Hörten genau an dem Tag auf, an dem wir abgereist sind.
• Lars (8/5): Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unserem Enkel! - Sehr individuell und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment. Gute Betten. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Bei Fragen und Problemen wurde sehr freundlich geantwortet und umgehend reagiert. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Poolanlage ist nicht sehr attraktiv.

• TN (9/5): Fabulous apartment with fab sea views - We loved staying at this comfortable, bright and cozy apartment. The views of fields and the sea from the terrace and living room area are beautiful - amazing sunsets! Lots of lovely, cozy evenings after beach & sea days were enjoyed on the terrace during warm evenings. There is somehow a lovely breeze there - it was not humid at all! The whole apartment was meticulously clean. Julia, the housekeeper is really conscientious about her work and very polite . The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious with a good sized shower. We had a good number of towels for our use. Importantly, the SOFA was comfortable, which is quite unusual in rental apartments, where the sofas are often not considered important at all - and may be hard, cheap and difficult to relax on. The sofa at Akamas Sunset made our stay there - our 'living' there - all the more comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to climb to arrive at the front door, but we navigated them with ease. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for the price we paid. The price/quality ratio is all important. I have looked at dates for this apartment for a possible future stay, but found the prices really high, compared to apartments of similar status and quality. It is, afterall, an apartment and not a villa. This should always be borne in mind. You definitely need a car to enjoy this apartment - and the many beautiful beaches within a short drive away - and to enjoy the many wonderful taverns of Polis nearby Marios is a conscientious owner, who really cares about his apartment - and his guests. He allowed us a later check out. Thank you, Marios and Julia! *The pool was not clean. We went to see it once - and left. It didn't bother us at all because we came for the sea and the many beautiful beaches within a short drive away from the apartment. We are 'sea and beach" people, but this would possibly affect guests who prefer pool holiday experiences. *The oven hob - it was a nightmare. It turns off with the slightest splash of water - and is difficult to turn on in the first place. It wasn't just me, but other members of my family. Although it looks new, it's really tricky, (and we're not stupid!).

• Maria (9/5): Lovely apartment in convenient location - Very thoughtfully decorated, makes you feel at home. Good size balcony with nice view of open fields and the sea. Nice, clean kitchen, fairly well equipped. The owner was communicating to make sure everything was good. Location is convenient with easy access to various beaches, latchi harbour and Polis town, but also tranquil. Pool area, which is shared with surrounding apartments, could be nicer.

Comfortable beds, roomy bedrooms, good sized bathroom shower .Great location just a few minutes drive to Latchi harbour.We loved it!

Mario was really helpful when we arrived late at night and couldn’t find the property. Can’t be helped I know but birds nests on roof of seating area affected us using this area due to frequent bird droppings and birds flying in and out of their nest.

• Michelle (10/5): Cute apartment in great location! - Great communication with owner who was very thoughtful and considerate, easy to find in central location and cute cosy apartment that was very comfortable. The view was lovely all times of day. Apartment was well equipped! Easy checkin process and quiet location. Very central between Latchi harbor and Polis town. Excellent green space in community and large playground across street. The pool area was nothing special and there weren’t many loungers at the pool deck to relax.

• Jeanette (8/5): Great place to stay with everything you need - A lot of effort put into the interior design and making it homely while having a holiday vibe. Everything we needed was there. It looked better on the photos, which is why we said that it didn't meet our expectations. Having said that though, it's a really nice place and location. The cleanliness was great in general, but I wasn't sure about the couch, pillows and blankets. I am a bit OCD with those things though, so could just be me.

• Dafcamb (10/5): Exceptional - lovely apartment, near Latchi and Polis. I visited with my partner and my parents and we all had a fantastic stay!! The terrace is lovely and the hosts were kind enough to provide crackers and jams for breakfast and some chocolate snacks. Most importantly, the apartment itself was clean and the little decor touches made it very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

• Steve (10/5): Enjoy - This is wonderful. If they'd sell it to me, I'd buy the place. A couple minutes and you're in the heart of Old Polis. A couple minutes the other direction, you're by the sea. Quick dash to Akamas... or the other direction toward the forest mouflons. Head up to the villages on the nearby plateau to get some climate relief and local wine. Apartment was clean, bed was very comfy. Highest rating.

• Benjamin (10/5): Great apartment for a family of 4 and a short drive from the beach - We are a family of 4 and found the kitchen and apartment super comfortable and great for a family. Free parking of the street and only a 2 min drive to the beach. AC worked well and a lovely balcony to have breakfast. We had a great time but can offer some improvements for: 1. The swimming pool sign says it's closed. Luckily we thought to question this with the property owner who said it's actually open. I realize now the sign is there due to a silly.rule that a lifeguard must be present, which isn't possible in a small shared pool complex. But it would of been good to know in advance as we almost didn't ask the owner and just thought it was closed. 2. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but no washing detergent. So we bought some but 90% of it was left behind. A nice touch would of been to have a few pods or powder.

• Chris (8/5): The best kitted out apartment we've stayed in. - Fantastically appointed apartment with all mod cons. Superb views from the balcony. Excellent communal pool. 5 minute drive/25 minute walk to the beach and town.
• Annabel (8/5): Lovely apartment - Nicely decorated apartment at a great location. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, very responsive and did my friend a great service after we left something at the property. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The view to the mountains and seaside is very nice, and location itself is great - silent and peaceful residency with pool nearby. There was available self check-in. The communication with the owner was smooth and quick. Over all we really loved this place and would definitely recommend it! Nothing.
• Isabela (8/5): Ok - It's a very nice apartment, close to Polis and Latchi. You have a parking place, near the house, on the street. I liked the design of the apartment and the paintings. It was spacious and gave me a warm vibe. It was nice to have a balcony from the main bedroom. The wi-fi worked perfectly, on Tv, you can watch Netflix and Youtube. The bed and pillows, were not comfortable for my taste. I did not find any toiletries, but you can find anything you need in Latchi shops. The bathroom needs a renovation due to the rust, found in the shower.

The host is very accommodating. - The apartment was prepared on time, everything as agreed, there was a small welcome, there were many hygiene and household products available. The blankets were very good for the colder evenings. There is little storage space in the small bedroom and bathroom for personal items. Mold has formed especially in the bathroom. Something would have to be done here to counteract this. The pans in the kitchen should be replaced because the Teflon coating is damaged and that could be harmful to health. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the cleanliness with 10, there were too many disturbing factors (freezer, bathroom).

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - It was a great apartment, a home from home with all the extras and gorgeous.. tasteful boho interior. A short drive to Polis and Lachi not far with lovely restaurants. It was cold in the evenings. Although appreciate it was off season we found it rather chilly in the apartment .. blankets were definitely needed.

• Aurelija (10/5): Beautiful apartment with an amazing view - The view from terrace and each window was very nice. It inspired us every day a lot. Everything is written in reviews about cleanliness of the apartment and perfect location is true. We liked Polis municipal beach which is 5 minutes by foot and 1 minute by car. This area (Polis-Latci) is perfect with kids, it's very clean, calm, there are plenty playgrounds (one of it is just next to the apartment). Also we found very good places to eat reachable by car. Latchi harbour, that is very nice, is very close as well. What to add more, the apartment has it's own vibe because of all decoration, furniture, dishes. We always prefer unique places instead of basic ikea style.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room, well stocked in appliances and a great terrace. Really excellent facilities. Walking distance to Latchi and Polis (max 25 min walk to Polis). Service provided (checking in, changing and towels and response times) were first class. Would happily stay again and again. Facilities at community pool could be better but this is probably outside control of apartment owners.

• Romina (10/5): A home away from home 😘😘😘 - The apartment is the right size . We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. It was clean and the decor is exceptional . The apartment boast a great view of mountains and the sea and is literally 3 minutes away from the most beautiful beach . Wi-Fi great and tv stations too . loved the fact that we had a washing machine amongst other appliances. I highly recommend this property . The hosts Marios and Rossi are amazing Nothing to complain about

• Ondrej (10/5): Definitely a great place to spend one's family holiday and all four of us had a great time and would definitely reco - great location. quiet but not too far from the beach. the Terrasse was private yet with a view. the equipment was all that we needed (even though a dishwasher would have been nice - but not that big of a deal) and the decoration was very original. the Wi-Fi had issues from time to time. especially when more devices were connected to it at the same time.
