Ножи и приборы на кухне нормальные! Тока имей в виду! Для пляжа, что рядом нужны боты на пакши , шоб лапы не покоцать. Место ваще зачОт!

• Amir (9/5): We enjoyed very much our stay in the property, we may come again! - The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The property manager, who lives nearby, kindly waited for us outside until 10:00 PM to make sure we found the place and had everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay, appreciating the facilities, tasteful decoration, spaciousness, swimming pool, and the beautiful wild beach nearby. We noticed a few small ants and bugs in the kitchen and in the first-floor bedroom, but given that the house is surrounded by a garden, it’s quite understandable and hard to completely avoid.

Special thanks to the attentive and courteous host who promptly accommodated our every request. We will definitely be back. having to leave her to go back home

• Noam (9/5): Superb - Owners were very nice and helpful, house was very comfortable, with a lot of equipment and basic products for the kitchen and the pool. Beds were quite nice. There are many friendly cats in the yard and in the pool area, my kids loved them, but I think it will not suit everybody and you should know about it before you book this apartment. There were many fire ants in the yard and in the apartment. We kept it very clean but they were everywhere and we got stung many times during our stay. You need to find the cat off from getting into the house or onto your food if you plan to eat outside in the yard.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - We stayed at number 4, and the house was very comfortable. They had great outdoor areas to sit and lounge with a nice sized pool and lovely garden. Indoors has everything you need 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room sitting room, and there is AC in all areas! Also, bonus, we had space to park 2 cars in the shaded drive. Staff was helpful and polite! Major plus for us was that the property is pet friendly, which meant we could bring our beloved dog with us who is a part of our family with the only rule not to get on the furniture and beds which we totally respect! The outdoor area is well gated, so no worries for our dog to escape! (Medium-sized dog, a small dog could potentially fit through the gate). Property also provided us upon request with a baby cot, which was in great condition! Great location for us who wanted to be away from all the noise and traffic of Ayia Napa but still close enough (with a car) to get to anything you need or be a part of the hustle and bustle if you wish to. The general areas were clean, and sheets were ok,but the cleanliness wasn't up to the standard of our liking. The kitchen counters and utensils needed a good scrub. Also, the cupboards in the kitchen and wardrobes in the bedrooms had a bad smell, (dampness) and that puts you off from using any of it. Wardrobes are OK once you air them a bit, but the kitchen cupboards stink, and so you need to wash anything you want to use to get the smell off.

• L.a (2/5): Traumatic experience - Comfortable house, perfect for families or groups of friends. I would like to report a very serious incident with this property. I had 9 nights at this residence without any incident apart from a few things missing, for example no toilet paper in the toilets, level of cleaning was doubtful among other details. Nevertheless, there were no major points up until today at check out. Check is said on the property profile that should be between 11am and 12:30pm. Today at 11:30am the house literally got invaded, the management of the place came inside and threw me on the street, I was in the midst of taking a shower and the management just invaded the place already with the next guests(!!!) The guests just went on as the place was already theirs, still with my belongings all over the place. I got into a state of panic and stress, as this had never happened to me before. I must say that I got treated as if I was a stray animal and I was being thrown out of the house into the street. I confronted the management of the place and said that I had at least until 12pm to check out, they admitted that check out is actually until 12:30pm but they said that they needed the place earlier so, as per their words "you must leave this place immediately, just grab your things and leave right now" I am still trying to put myself together after this experience, I am still trying to locate some of my items as given the fact that I left in a hurry, I am not able to locate my Ipad, which I seriously hope was not left behind given the state of stress and rush I was put on the street. I kindly ask you to mediate this situation with the host, ask them to look for the ipad which I can not find on my suitcase, so it must be the only option that it was left behind. So that you understand how much in a rush I was put on the street, I even did not have time to get some of my cosmetics, plus toothbrush and toothpaste were left behind.

• Laura (10/5): We’ll be back to this beautiful location - The villa is basically your home away from home. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. I recommend it to everyone; it’s 30-35 min away from the airport, really quiet residencial neighborhood, perfect to stay with children, a few metres away from the beach. We had great communication with our host👍 We liked everything but we would add (for the entire residencial complex) a playground and also it would have been nice for the beach to be more organised lets say. We spend basically all the time by the pool because our kids didn’t want to get out, but there was no other option because the beach in the area its quite rocky, not a lot of sand. You have to drive for 5-10 min to reach a proper one.

• Samuel (9/5): Family Friendly Villa - We loved our stay in the villa it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of regular hotels. We as a family love quiet time to enjoy together so having this large villa to enjoy was a real treat. Balcony attached to each bedroom was a lovely way to wake up. Outside shower enabling you to not bring dirt inside the house was a nice touch, kept the villa clean. Beautiful plants throughout the garden, giving a garden centre feel. Stunning place to relax. The villa was well equipped with everything you would need, we stocked the fridge and enjoyed cooking and eating outside. The pool was a perfect size although it was not cleaned so was a slight knock on my overall score. Location was great, far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep but close enough in a car to enjoy the plethora of beaches along the coast. I would highly reccomend using this Villa for a base as we had a great time here and with living on the island we will most certainly book again. The owners were so easy to communicate with and zero problems occurred. There wasn't much we didn't like the only gripe we had was with the pool. Owning a pool myself, I recognised it was not cleaned prior to our arrival and it had cloudy algae throughout. It was a real shame as we didn't use it as much as we would have liked due to this. Other than the cleanliness of the pool, it was of ample size and is a real asset should it be crystal clear.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Due to the price i was a little apprehensive about how nice the villa would be as sometimes pictures and descriptions can be misleading but i can honestly say this property exceeded my expectations, the rooms were of ample size the facilities were well equiped and the outside area is huge considering its a 6 person villa, would recomend anyone to book this villa , there are supermarkets only a short drive away to stock up the fridge and if you dint have a car just download the bolt app and taxi's will arive within minutes ti take you anywhere you want at a very reasonable price
