• Shelly (9/5): - The villa is set in a peaceful, picture perfect location, with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere, as well as the nearby restaurants and amenities in Coral Bay. Although a few furnishings could use minor updates, the overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
• Anikó (6/5): The view and the garden are beautiful, let's not even talk about the rest... - The accommodation is located in a beautiful setting. Access to the apartment was easy using the key safe. The accommodation was very run down. We booked for 6 people, there was less cutlery. I think the apartment is ideal for 4 people. One of the bottles was missing from the shower. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. The air conditioning is very old and very moldy. Several wooden shutters were missing from the outside. Upon arrival, there was a used razor on the bathroom sink above :(

• Nandi (9/5): - This is a beautiful property in a lovely picture perfect location just a short walk from the beach and amenities of coral bay. The property was spotlessly clean. Kitchen facilities well equipped if not luxurious. The upstairs furniture could do with a little maintenance/replacement but totally fine for a family for the price. The bedroom furniture needed a little attention. But beds were comfortable.

AMAZING!!! There were areas of the Villa that need updating and also it could be quite slippy around the pool area

Just needed a bit of maintenance. Sunbed , handle on unit in bedroom, sink. Would have been nice to have some water in fridge on arrival . Personal preference love cotton sheets but these were not .

• Pat (5/5): Nice location but in need of some investment. - The pool and the garden area are lovely. We used the table and chairs at the end of the garden quite a lot. They are adjacent to a public path that leads along the water front but it's a quiet area away from the extensive construction work going on in the main high street which is sadly closed for a few more weeks. Thankfully there is a pool net as the pool wasn't cleaned during our week-long stay and due to the high winds quite a lot of debris and dust was blown into it. We tried to clear what we could. It is this villa had a dangerously unhinged, damaged external shutter that was hanging on with only two screws at the top hinge. it was swinging noisily and dangerously throughout our stay as it was unusually windy. We reported it but nothing was done while we were there. We were told the owner was going to look at it after we had left. Overall I am surprised by the Booking.com rating for this villa. Appliances don't work properly, furniture is broken and the linen, towels and pillows need replacing. The mattress and pillow protector were dirty and stained. has great facilities. The mattresses were OK. The sunbeds were comfy and the external seating close to the doors was a welcome spot when you want to get out of the sun. The temperature went up to 29 and 30 degrees during our stay so the efficient Aircon was appreciated. This villa had one set of dangerously unhinged, damaged external heavy wooden security shutters. One that was hanging on with only two screws at the top hinge. It was swinging noisily and dangerously throughout our stay. We reported it but nothing was done while we were there. We were told the owner was going to look at it after we had left. However the poor maintenance looked well established. A broken sunbed and two broken umbrella stand are at the end of the garden next to a rusting metal bbq. Overall I was surprised by the Booking.com review rating for this villa. The place was mostly clean but it is shabby. Some appliances don't work properly, a poorly equipped kitchen, few pieces of broken furniture and the linen, towels and pillows need replacing. The mattress and pillow protector on the double bed were dirty and stained. We've stayed in Cyprus many times and have always found the villas kept to a far higher standard than this one.

• Emma (5/5): It was a good holiday but we don’t want to return. - Decent location and lovely pool. Coral Bay beach very nice and property close to bars and restaurants. Was no parasol as advertised on arrival but one was delivered for us after asking. Property not very clean on arrival. Dark at 8.30pm and outside lights not good enough to be able to stay outside for longer. Bed very uncomfortable and a lot of noise early morning from dogs barking and lorries and during day from work being carried out in neighbouring properties.

• Julie (6/5): If you want a peaceful weekend away then this is a great location. - Good location and great view. Having our own pool was great. Just a shame the path at the bottom was closed off. Arriving instructions weren't great and our taxi struggled to find the address on arrival in the dark. It would have been useful if the outside light could stay on without the electricity card being inserted as the area is very dark. TV didn't work, wasn't tuned in. There was no music, couldn't get radio through the TV and the wifi had been updated so the instructions we had were wrong. Half of the instructions in the booklets were years out of date so quite a bit needed updating. The property itself was pleasant but there were areas that needed refreshing throughout the property to bring it up to spec. Only one bin bag provided which is disappointing as I if we are expected to empty bins ourselves then I would expect more to be provided especially as bins were collected on a Monday.
• Maksym (8/5): Very good - Among the advantages, I would like to note the following: An incredibly beautiful view of the sea and Paphos from the first line. A simple check-in process - prior to arrival, we received instructions in a PDF file that contained all the necessary information on how to get there and obtain the key. A very convenient location - the street where the property is located has all the restaurants and a good supermarket (Philippos) in Coral Bay within walking distance. The beach is also nearby. We found everything we needed, and even more, for a long stay. The WIFI worked well. As far as I understand, the owners changed the provider, and the signal was strong on both the second floor and the terrace. When you have tried all the local food and want something unusual, I highly recommend the "Samisen Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant", especially if you are with children. It is a very lively and entertaining format, where the chef prepares the food right in front of you with elements of the show. For those who enjoy long walks, I recommend taking the route along the coast through Erdo 3, Sea Caves, and Agios Georgios. Along the way, you can stop at taverns and return by bus. And, of course, I must highlight the sunsets! They are some of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. It is worth coming to Cyprus just for them. The only downside was that one day, road repairs started right in front of the villa. A truck arrived early in the morning and worked all day, as can be seen in one of the photos. Fortunately, the repairs were put on hold when Easter arrived, and the work did not resume until the end of our stay. PS: I recommend that those who plan to visit in the near future inquire about the status of the repairs, as they were not completed during our stay.
• Egle (8/5): Very good - Almost everything was very good. Gift - a bottle of wine. Thank you. Wifi is very slow. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The interior is old and needs some updating. Few spoons, torn protection against insects.
