Mit Sauna, Küche top, viele Weingläser, leider durften wir den Grill nicht benutzen. Wohnung 2 hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Garten. Doppelzimmer Apartment direkt oberhalb der Bahn. Nach Mittenwald kurzer Fußweg mit vielen Restaurants. Waren in der Brauereigastätte Postkeller, super lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Czysty, spory, miał lodówkę, sztućce i naczynia, wygodną łazienkę. Tuż obok stacja kolejki górskiej. Chętnie kiedyś wrócimy na dłużej :) Nie było nic negatywnego

• Annika (9/5): - -Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Alleinreisende -Schön eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht-toll, was man auf einer überschaubaren Fläche alles unterkriegt! Da die Karwendelbahn unmittelbar hinter dem Zimmer ist, bleiben gelegentliche Geräusche nicht aus-mich hat es nicht sonderlich gestört, aber wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat oder Langschläfer ist, ist es gegebenenfalls etwas nervig; Das WLAN hat nicht sonderlich gut funktioniert, aber man hat guten Empfang mit dem Handy, so dass man sich auch leicht einen Hotspot setzen kann.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very easy and pleasant. The sauna was absolutely beautiful and a real highlight after a long day. • Martina (8/5): - Die Lage war für uns in Ordnung. Im Winter für Skifahrer, die die Karwendelbahn nutzen wäre die Lage super. Für Menschen, die NICHT mit dem Auto anreisen und NICHT gut zu Fuß sind wäre die Lage schlecht, weil man von Mittenwald, Stadtmitte ca. 1.5km zur Unterkunft läuft und am Ende einen steilen Weg samt Treppenstufen bewältigen muss. Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen ungünstig eingerichtet. Die Tür der begehbaren Dusche kann nicht ganz geöffnet werden und wenn man nicht aufpasst, schlägt die gläserne Duschtüre gegen die Klinke der Badezimmertür. Schadens- und Unfallträchtig.

• Alexandra (10/5): Tolle gemütliche Ferienwohnung - Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kamin und einen riesigen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Die Abende mit dem selbstgekochten Essen und Brettspielen waren sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl, gemütlich wie zu Hause. Die Sauna war natürlich ein Highlight. Die 3 Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sind sehr sauber gewesen. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett am Telefon. Vielen Dank! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

• Dailey (10/5): Perfect little town for a great weekend stay! - The property was an exactly how it was described and pictured. Best part was the great views of the mountains! Nothing to dislike, only thing I would say is it is a walk into town which we knew but there was construction so we had to go a longer way.

Could have done with more kitchen equipment. Lack of clear instructions in English (booked from an English website) reference leaving instructions, key handover etc.

• Stefanie (5/5): Es war günstig, aber kein Traum - Da wir das kleine Apartment Studio hatten, haben wir nach Schließung des Biergarten dort immer noch gesessen, da wir keine Terrasse hatten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft . Es ist nachts sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist außerhalb des Ortes, ca 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn man den Tag über Wandern war, ist der Rückweg das letzte steile Stück hoch "beschwerlich" hatte es nicht auf dem Schirm, dass es doch so "weit" ist. Das kleine Studio ist wirklich winzig und es gibt keinen Schrank. Das Bett ist natürlich immer Geschmackssache, hat aber bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt und war für uns zu hart.

• Samira (10/5): Een ruime en comfortabele plek om te verblijven, ideaal voor gezinnen of groepen! - Wij verbleven hier twee nachten tijdens onze doorreis naar Italië, en dit is echt een aanrader! Met vier volwassenen en vier kinderen hadden we ruim voldoende plek. Het appartement is zeer ruim en beschikt over meerdere badkamers, wat erg praktisch was. De wasmachine was ideaal om onze natte en vieze spullen van de hike meteen te wassen. De locatie is perfect: ’s avonds zijn we naar Mittenwald gegaan voor diner en een wandeling. Het stadje is gezellig, sfeervol en biedt genoeg mogelijkheden om lekker te eten. Ook met minder goed weer kwamen we niets tekort; de sauna was heerlijk om in op te warmen.

Der Herr am Empfang war leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Tabs für Geschirrspüler waren zugeteilt und reichten nicht für 1 Woche. Alternative Spülmittel war fast leer. Gegenüber der Haustür und dem Schlafzimmer Fenster standen die Müllcontainer. Früh morgens wurde dort laut Abfall entsorgt.

• Le (1/5): Bad - There are good amounts of kitchenware I have never written a review this bad. There are a lot of problems with this place, especially for foreigners. 1. Communication: There is an extreme lack of communication between the staff and customers. We tried to reach out and ask questions multiple times, even using Google Translate in a desperate attempt to get the staff's attention, but they barely helped with anything. This is the first time I've had to contact Booking and literally beg them to get the owner's attention. Even when they replied, they only responded in German. 2. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is so bad that it's barely usable. We had to use our mobile data most of the time. I wanted to do some work, but that plan failed since my computer couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. 3. Hand Soap: The hand soap smells exactly like dishwashing soap which you can find next to the sink. I highly suspect it is just diluted dishwashing soap. 4. Alpenwelt Card: We were supposed to receive an Alpenwelt card on our first day, but instead of giving it to us, the reception insisted they had emailed it. I am 100% sure we did not receive any email with the card, even though we filled out the questionnaires beforehand. When I asked them to show proof that it was sent, they refused to show anything and told us to ask the Tourist Information Office. In the end, we never received the card that every guest is supposed to get. 5. Location: The property is located on a hill, in case anyone is interested.

The whole apartment was cozy and well-appointed, with large windows offering spectacular views of the snow-covered peaks.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had great amenities, including a heated towel rack. Staying here made our winter vacation seamless and unforgettable. Whether you’re an experienced skier or just looking to enjoy the winter wonderland, this place offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and safety.

• Robert (10/5): Great place to stay if you want to hike in Mittenwald. - Location next to Karvendelbahn was great, right near many wonderful trails along the Karvendel Massif. Getting keys was easy. The flat was excellent, meeting and exceeding all of our needs. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Bathroom was clean and new. Not much of anything.

We could not get a taxi despite three attempts. We had to walk and thus were late for check in time. Had it not been for nice neighbours who spoke German & called the property we would have spent $$ to sleep on the street.

• Andrea (10/5): Oasis of peace and relaxation - We were there before, and we would go again. Nice apartment, preheated at arrival, clean and hygienic (incl. clean cutlery) and plenty of towels. Great location. I was not that relaxed in years! Stunning view of the mountain and lovely town. A lot of family activities to do around. Sauna is a nice way to finish day. The heater in the living room made a whistling tone overnight.

Older man behind counter clerk who appeared to be manager or supervisor was miserable. While girl behind counter was friendly and very good, manager (the older man) was miserable. When I asked where vacuum cleaner was located so that I could clean up what was present at our arrival he appeared very annoyed. When I showed him pictures of dirt and crumbs he backed off. The old man should be allowed to interact with people/or tourist looking to provide him with business, Manager had a bad attitude.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The property was located at the base of the gondola. It was perfect as we traveled in by train and walked everywhere. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and always available when we needed. We stayed in Apartment 2 and it was fabulous. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Two of the adults were age 20 and had no problem sleeping in the bunk bed. The apartment was very clean, neat and had all the essentials needed for our stay. The view from the living area out on the porch was spectacular. We stayed in mid July and the night temperatures were mid fifties and with the windows open very comfortable sleeping at night. The walking path just behind the apartment to down town was perfect. Mittenwald would be a place I would definitely visit or revisit. Beautiful town, friendly people and great food. Lots of places to hike and ride bicycles for sure. A definite must on your travel list.

The location is located at the gondola ride to the mountain, so it's a little slope that we need to climb. unfortunately, is already dark, we can't see the stairs and pedestrians walk to the apartment, we had used the main road to reach the apartment. Perhaps to put some street light on the pedestrian street and number of apartment on each door for guest to recognize their apartment.
