Gerd (8/5): Very good - Convenient location, close to city centre. Lots of space in rather old "Waschhaus". Almost complete kitchen available, fit for purpose. Attic is most cosy part of building. Parking next to house. House interior could do with some renovation.. Very little wardrobe space, no hangers available. Stairs to the attic not suitable for kids and elderly people.
