• Jason (10/5): I highly recommend staying here. Great atmosphere, good price, and very convenient. - The hosts, Brigitte and Jörg were wonderful, both are very kind and easy-going. Their place has a beautiful and peaceful setting with the porch having a view of their yard/garden. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals if you wish to dine in. This place is in close proximity to grocery store, local restaurants, and train station. Grocery store and dining is about a 5 minutes walk and the train station is about a 12-15 minute walk at a leisurely pace. There was nothing that I did not like.
• Murgatroyd (10/5): A relaxing stay in very comfortable surroundings! - This was our first visit to Berlin, and we chose Sommerhaus because of its location - in a quiet leafy suburb, surrounded by a wonderful verdant garden - just like being in the countryside. The facilities were fine, and the 15 min walk to the train station was good exercise for us. A couple of supermarkets near the station entrance meant we could buy food and drink for our evening meal and breakfast. Nothing to dislike!
• heike (10/5): Phantastisch! - Einfach alles!!! Wir hatten einen eigenen Stellplatz für Auto und E-bikes, bekamen einen Schlüssel fürs Tor. Im Haus selber hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, dadurch das wir 10 nächte da waren, gabs zwischendurch und auf Anfrage Geschirrhandtücher und Badetücher nach. 10 min fussläufig bis zum Bahnhof, 6 min bis ins Dorf, dort sind 3 Supermärkte, Blumenladen, Buchladen, und Kiosk sowie 4 Restaurants. Sehr beschaulich auch die Karower Teiche! einen Spaziergang, kleine Wanderung absolut wert! Wir haben draussen auf der eigenen Terasse mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten frühstücken können. wir danken den Gastgebern für ihren warmherzigen und herzlichen Empfang, für frisches Obst aus ihrem Garten und ihre hilfreichen Tips rund um die Umgebung! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen!!! fällt mir nix zu ein!

• Alders (9/5): - Het huis was super schoon, de mensen heel vriendelijk. Je had veel privacy en goede toegankelijkheid van voorzieningen. Niets
• Alex (10/5): Uitstekende vakantiewoning op prima lokatie - Brigitte und Jörg Schmiech zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen en behulpzaam. De vakantiewoning ligt in een rustige wijk. Parkeren kan binnen het hek op eigen terrein. De woning is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk overdekt terras en een mooie tuin waar je op uitkijkt. Een goede uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te verkennen. S-Bahn ligt ca. 15 minuten wandelen van de woning. Supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Wij zouden hier graag nog een keer terug willen komen. • Alyona (10/5): Warm and cozy stay close to the nature - We enjoyed everything about the house: great hosts - nice family - who is very helpful and simply pleasant to talk with; cozy house with a comfy bed, which had everything we needed; perfect cleanliness which is always one of key points for me. The house itself, its interior, all the furnishing have a good vibe and visually nice. Since it's located on its own land lot, we were able to spend some time on a green yard and enjoy the view. The place is located a little far from a city center, but it's easy to get there via public transport or a car (there's a private parking spot). I'd definitely consider staying here again when I visit Berlin next time

Private end secure Parking in the house yard. Good location with several supermarkets very close. I can’t find anything bad
