• Ruben (9/5): Alojamiento IDEAL para ir en familia - Una muy grata sorpresa, todo en general estaba muy bien. Una casa muy amplia y cómoda. Tiene aparcamiento propio para tu vehículo enfrente, a 5 metros del acceso a la vivienda, tener jardín privado tb es otro punto muy a favor. Merece la pena pagar un poco mas ya que los veneficios en espacio y confort son enormes respecto de alojamientos con precios un poco inferiores. Con toda seguridad repetiré cuando vuelva. No tengo ninguna pega

Comfortable beds, a big-screen TV, a nice backyard, and free parking made the experience even better. The location is excellent, and the hosts were very responsive and supportive.

• Jonne (9/5): Groot, mooi en goed gemeubileerd huis - Zeer groot huis, veel groter dan op de foto's lijkt. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede bedden, fijne banken, ruime kamers en prima tuin. Bedden waren al opgemaakt en handdoeken lagen al klaar. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse, die ons gelijk hartelijk kwam verwelkomen en allerlei informatie over de omgeving gaf. Op een vraag kwam vrijwel direct een antwoord. Enige minpuntje was dat de douchekop niet altijd goed bleef staan.
• Brigit (8/5): Prachtig ruim huis - Het huis is heerlijk ruim. We wisten niet dat het huis zo groot zou zijn. Er is een groot zitgedeelte met goede banken. Je kunt ook goed zitten in het keukengedeelte. De tuin is prettig om in te vertoeven. De locatie is fijn dichtbij het centrum en op 50 meter afstand van de Rewe. Het licht is nogal wit en daardoor niet sfeervol. De WiFi is boven niet optimaal. Het ontbreken van gordijnen die je boven dicht kan doen op de gang. De eenpersoonsbedden zijn wat hard, maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk.
• Volsgaard (10/5): - Vi havde 10 nætter i Katharinas hyggelige byhus i Memmingen, og vi kunne lide det hele. Super central beliggenhed og alligevel meget roligt. Huset er stort, fint tempereret og rummer alt, hvad man har behov for. Katharina bød velkommen og sagde farvel på fineste vis. Vi følte os MEGET velkomne og kommer MEGET gerne igen 😃

It might be a bit difficult for elderly and young children. However, this was a very minor issue that would not affect our strong recommendation for this property for touristic accommodation in Memmingen.

The house is located in a relatively quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to both Memmingen Airport and the central part of town. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessities readily available. Additionally, the hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The surrounding neighborhood offers good local cafes, restaurants and shops, adding to the overall pleasant experience. It's an ideal spot for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Memmingen and Bavaria in general. This location is highly recommended for families. The quiet and safe neighborhood creates a welcoming environment for children, while the proximity to the airport and city center makes it easy to plan family outings. The spacious accommodations and family-friendly amenities ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Supermarket, train station, city centre, restaurant are all in walking distance, yet it is very calm / quiet. All good, nothing to mention

The host Katarina is very friendly. The stairs leading to the second floor are rather steep going down. The blinds in the corridor and main bedroom do not cover the whole window, so if you're someone needing pitch dark to sleep, this will be a problem. No ACs in the bedrooms, that's if you're planning to visit during hotter months. Otherwise, the place is lovely.
