We had a complaint about kitchen stove top and to inspect it the landlord doesn't have a basic decency to ask permission before entering the apartment, she used alternate key and just barged in directly through a back door which connects the bedroom. It was quite shocking and scary to be honest. The pathetic situation of the bathroom, using WC was the worst, as the water from the apartment above was dripping straight on the head. It was unusable. When complained they asked us to use the bathroom from the next apartment, same goes to kitchen. The terrible stay was over after two days finally and comes the nightmare. We stayed during the power outage days in southern Berlin, and we needed Invoice for our own reasons. It's been 2 months and after multiple phone calls and messages via Booking.com still we didn't our invoice. I don't even know whether we will receive it anytime sooner.

Saimieki ļoti rūpējas par tīrību un svarīgs katrs klients. Numuriņa interesantie logi vērsti uz iekšpagalmu, kur ir klusums. Bildes neatbilst taisnībai, jo visas gultas ir vienā telpā, ar aizskariem nodalītas.

• Catarina (10/5): Agradável com todos os bens básicos necessários. - Do espaço amplo e organizado; esteticamente simples mas cuidado; área silenciosa e tranquila; área bem aquecida para inverno; cozinha bem equipada, e que ainda contava com água, leite e café de oferta; casa de banho com máquina de lavar roupa e ferro. Casa bem equipada, no geral, com tudo o básico para passar vários dias, inclusivamente com crianças. Nada a criticar. O espaço até é mais aprazível do que parecia nas fotos.

• Maria (8/5): - Ήταν ζεστό σπίτι παρόλο που ηταν χειμώνας. Επισης ηταν πολυ κοντά σε δημοσια συγκοινωνία και ενα εμπορικο κεντρο όπου βρισκαμε τα παντα. Η κουζινα εξυπηρετουσε πολύ, οπως και το σαλονι. Στο μπανιο εσταζε απο τον εξαερισμο που βρισκοταν ακριβως πανω απο την τουαλετα. Επισης τα χωρισματα στα 2 του δωματια δεν εφταναν μεχρι το ταβανι, οποτε ακουγαμε τα παντα απο το αλλο δωματιο.

• Laura (8/5): Empfehlenswert für den Preis. - War sehr gut angebunden und man hatte alles wichtige in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Außerdem stehen gegen Bezahlung Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Räume sind nicht wirklich getrennt, da die Wände nicht hoch bis zur Decke gehen. Und dass man das Bad nicht abschließen konnte.

• christophe (5/5): Bon séjour a berlin ,malgré ces petits incidents. - emplacement bien situé proche commerce et transport, tv Netflix. Ne répond pas aux mails, avant notre départ. Cuisine mal équipée: absence de poêle de passoires et autres ustensiles, seulement deux faitouts. Poussière sous les meubles. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons branché la bouilloire, disjonction électrique,1 demi heure pour que le propriétaire trouve le coffret électrique(cadenasser) qui se trouve dans une des chambres, après cela nous n'avons plus utilisé aucun appareil.

• Olga (8/5): - The location was a top priority for us: it was very easy to get around, just a 10-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, with a shopping street around the corner and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. At the same time, the neighborhood is very quiet—we stayed in an apartment that faces the courtyard. The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. The questions we sent to the host via Booking before our arrival were not answered. The kitchen equipment and the bed cushions could be improved.
• Sieglinde (7/5): - Wir konnten den schlüsselkasten nicht öffnen, uns wurde schnell geholfen. Zwei Flaschen Wasser und 1 Liter Milch im Kühlschrank waren zur Benutzung schon in der Wohnung, sehr nette Geste und sehr freundlich! Dass alle Zimmer oben offen waren, da die Wände nicht bis zur Decke reichten. Das Fenster vom Bad in den Flur und somit in alle anderen zimmer war auch sehr ungewöhnlich. Der Boden war sehr kalt, die Bettdecken recht dünn. Ein offenes Regal war die einzige Möglichkeit, die Kleidung unterzubringen, war etwas dürftig.

• Petra (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung! - Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber und ich haben nur online miteinander kommuniziert, doch alles hat geklappt. Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel und wirklich blitzsauber. An alles ist gedacht. Mit dem Fernseher bin ich nicht zurechtgekommen.

• Abhijit (9/5): Berlin stay: convenient property with easy U-Bahn access and secure parking. - The property's location is incredibly convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the U-Bahn, making it easy to get around. Although I had to pay an extra fee for parking, it was worth it for the peace of mind that comes with having a safe spot for my car. Street parking near the property can be a bit challenging, but thankfully, having the secure parking option made things much simpler and stress-free for me. Everything is fine with the property.

• Toni-tino (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and cozy, with plenty of space, including a living room and bedroom. There are all the utensils sufficient for cooking in a kitchen. The bathroom is also clean. The place is close to an underground train just a 10-minute walk, where you can find a shopping street and a shopping mall nearby. There is an opaque glass installed on the rooftop. It is good because it makes the room bright during the day, but at night, it is also a bit bright, which might disturb your sleep when you need a completely dark room. it would be nice to install a manual or automatic closing curtain, so that it will be completely dark at night for a good sleep. The second thing is that when you cook, you might need to open the door to let the smell go out of the room, even though there is a kitchen hood, but not enough, and the knife is kind of dull, not easy to use for its function.

All kitchen utilities (there is no frying pan only), black tea, water, coffee, milk for free). It is not completely separate rooms (the walls don't reach the ceiling). But it is enough for general privacy and good for families with kids. It's important that at this price separate beds for kids are included. Not big deal. There is no frying pan

• Aiste (8/5): Very good - Good location, nice apartament, easy to check in. The main problem when more than 2 people stay in this apartment is the lack of insulation, as the rooms are not separated, so you can hear if someone is snoring etc.
• Xiaoyun (6/5): Serves its purpose - Spacious and well fitted out Glass windows in roof were not covered. Apartment became very bright very early in summer because of early sunrise/late sunset. Bedsheets should have been provided for baby crib.
• Denise (4/5): The worst Booking.com stay that I had. - The house is in a good area, next to shops and subway stations. There is a glass ceiling upon the bed, without cover or curtains, what means you wake up at first daylight. The house has thin wooden walls separating from neighbooring houses. You hear every sound they make. The house door is straight in a busy sidewalk in a large two lanes avenue, noisy at anytime. I spent a week in the place and there were no cleaning or changing sheets in the whole stay.

Windows, disaster, inaccessible and very difficult to ventilate. Bathroom without window. Sleeping rooms, um, I won't comment. One room divided by a wall and old curtains as a partition, terrible! Now the scariest part, the kitchen. So terrible that the only thing I will comment on is the hood, which is placed so low that you can't even put a pan on the hob, and about the fact that the ventilation of the hood does not exist, but is CLOSED by the board of the kitchen element. All in all, we are not satisfied and will never return to this accommodation. The owner didn't put any effort into anything, the important thing is obviously just to take the money and disappear.
• Darren (8/5): Very good - Host was accommodating and easy to contact, check-in was easy and the instructions were clear. Our room faced into a quiet courtyard, but it's 1.5 blocks from an U-Bahn station, with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby, another U-Bahn not much farther away, and an S-Bahn station less than 1 km away. A bus connecting all those stations stops across the street. Getting into the centre was fast and easy, getting groceries or finding bakeries or restaurants nearby was easy. The place was relatively well equipped and in fairly good condition. Opening or closing windows requires using a ladder, and since they don't have curtains, this space could be very bright in summer.

• Dr. (8/5): Very good - The location is great. The place was clean and cozy. The apartment was equipped with all necessary items. The host was also warm and welcoming. We asked for a delayed check-out, and the host agreed with half-an hour delay, which was almost ok. We were expecting a double room apartment, but the rooms were separated with curtains from the main dining area, so they weren't real separate rooms. The heating was automatically reduced at mid-night, and since the weather was pretty cold, the room temperature was also reduced, which was a bit problematic for our small kids.

• Luděk (8/5): excellent accessibility to the nearest metro station and reasonable price - very good price/accommodation ratio considering the destination and other offers, plus walking distance to the metro station (you can also use the bus), parking at the accommodation for 5 Euro per day apparently it was a coincidence, but from Saturday to Sunday a very noisy family in the neighboring apartment building and my calls to quiet down or at least close the window were not heard

Providing coffee, milk, water and tea for the guests was very nice. Good for a family stay for few days or even weeks. The host was very welcoming. The basement smell... Although the flat was on the ground level, it felt like in the souterrain. For me it was just terrible experience. If I knew that before I would have chosen a different place to stay.

• Conteh (4/5): The experience wasn't great for us, the reviews on booking.com are far from reality. - The apartment was okay but lack many household equipment needed. We were unable to use the bath all through our stay, they turn the water to very cold even after communicating with the host but nothing was sorted. The owner doesn't keep to agreement with regards the checking out time and keep sending messages like driving us away even after paying lots of money for our stay. Experience wasn't great.
• Zsuzsanna (9/5): comfortable apartment close to the city center - Good location, easy to get to the city center, comfortable for 4 people, perfecty clean, the owner is very flexible, we could park our car in the yard The two rooms share a common space, separated only by a wall, luckily we were a family, so there was no problem. Ventilation is only possible from the front, from the street, and our room was at the back, where the air was stagnant and it was very hot.

• Debra (8/5): Very good - The location was great for us, Tom was very friendly and helpful, and it was well equipped, private and surprisingly quiet considering it's just off the main road Unfortunately the heating wasn't working while we were there, which happened to coincide with a really cold snap in the weather. Tom provided 2 electric heaters, but they weren't really enough to keep the accommodation warm.
