Buntfuss (1/5): Größte verarsche! - Ich wollte mit meiner Familie mal ein paar Tage entspannen. Habe das Seaside über novasol gebucht und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen. Zahlung direkt in der Unterkunft..... Von wegen! 600 km gefahren, angekommen, und gesagt bekommen, dass die Buchung seitens novasol, storniert wurde. Natürlich war das Haus dann nicht mehr frei was gebucht war. Also für 800€+, für ein paar Tage, hätte ich mehr erwartet. Das Personal vor Ort war trotzdem sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und auch sehr freundlich, kann man nichts sagen. Leider haben wir bei novasol direkt niemanden mehr erreicht. Ich babe schon sehr oft über novasol Häuser gebucht, aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert! Habe dann Gott sei Dank in der Unterkunft Schlei Ydill in Maasholm noch 2 Zimmer bekommen. Läuft nicht über novasol!
