Oliver (3/5): Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und dem Service. - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom See in ruhiger Lage. Bequemes Bett. Alt und dreckig. Als ich ankam war die Unterkunft nicht gereinigt. Das Bad war noch mit Zahnpastaresten und Haaren beschmutzt. Viel Schimmel. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und scheinbar nie erneuert worden. Es scheint als wenn die Unterkunft nach Vermietung allgemein nicht professionell gereinigt wird. Es ist alles einfach nicht sauber. Egal wo man hinschaut. Auch die Außenanlagen komplett ungepflegt. Tischtennisplatte nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Schranktüren fallen einem im Bad entgegen. Klinke der Küchentür viel mit entgegen. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein WLAN. In der Küche alles alt und zusammengewürfelt. Besteck war bei Ankunft ekelig dreckig. Der Toaster eine Hygienekatastrophe. Siehe Bilder. Nach sofortiger E-Mail an den Vermieter hat sich niemand innerhalb von 5 Tagen gemeldet. Sehr schade. Ich mache eine Rückzahlung geltend.
