• Michelle (10/5): - Nice comfortable clean hotel with free shuttle to and from airport. When we landed in Orlando we just had to make a quick call and shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. Lovely friendly driver. Booked shuttle back to airport for the next day to pick up rental car. Great hotel. No issues and would stay again.

Enjoyed wine on patio but unfortunately had to deal with heavy smells of smoke from cigarrettes, cigars which caused sevrral people to return inside. Perhaps a more isolated area for smokers! Disappointed to have to pay for parking.

• dselvan (8/5): Ok stay near airport. - Stayed here since had an early flight out of Orlando airport. Less than 10 mins to the airport area. Check in was relatively quick but no welcome amenities provided as Diamond member and had to ask for it!! Self parking at $15.98 and there were plenty of spaces including some Diamond Members parking. Plenty of food options across the road with some offering discounts if you are staying at this hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but ok. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The heating/cooling unit was a bit loud since it is very old unit. Missed breakfast since was at the airport and so cannot comment on that.

Don’t make your guest pay for parking because non- guests are using your parking for the airport. Solve the issue with the those who are not paying a high price for a room.

• mandia2023 (10/5): Great two night stay ! - I choose this hotel for location near airport, and ease of location for my appointment. On a night the airport was in complete chaos do to MANY weather delays and cancelations, the shuttle to the hotel was made with great communication and ease, and after being directed to a different pickup area to save time waiting. The young lady and and young guy at the desk were very pleasant at check on that evening. Thank you for the much needed bottles of water. My room on floor 7 was modern, clean, and quiet. Fun to watch planes take off too! I liked all restaurant choices all very close by walking as well. Breakfast was much the same as any other Hampton Inn, but I do think I could tell there was a bit more care put into this one. Very nice. The bartender was also very welcoming and pleasant! The shuttle back to the airport was well scheduled and worked perfectly. Great stay, fun people, nice rooms. I would for sure recommend

Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The property seems a little “long in the tooth“ in that heavy traffic over the years has caused the furnishings and the decor to be dated and tired out. It is a high traffic hotel, lots of families visiting Disney World, etc. Not exactly a business hotel. Pricey.

• Robert (7/5): Affordable, comfortable and provided what we needed. - We had an early flight at the airport, so we stayed only one night. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport but with a shuttle departure of 6am, there was no breakfast ready at that time. The bonus, it was located near 3 - 4 restaurants for dining and drinks. Missed breakfast................. Everything else met our expectations. Price was affordable too.
