À éviter ! - La qualité des lits; le quartier Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain ; porte d’entrée défectueuse ; message au propriétaire resté sans réponse ; ménage douteux ; une partie des meubles cassés
• BESSET (1/5): Ce logement ne devrait pas être mis en location dans cet état. - Localisation pratique, à 30 min du centre de Londres, procédure d’accueil simple et pratique. Logement délabré (douche non fonctionnelle, évier et bac de douche bouchés, mobilier détérioré, verrous de porte non fonctionnels, impossibilité de verrouiller à clef la porte d’entrée principale car la clef est cassée), linge de lit dans la machine à laver et le sèche-linge, d’un niveau de propreté médiocre, présence de souris (!) ayant mangé nos courses alimentaires, et surtout aucune réponse de l’hôte dès signalement des problèmes.

• Kelly Elisama (9/5): - Unfortunately, the heating system in the property had issues during my stay. The host was very polite and helpful, promptly offering me alternative accommodation. Since I didn’t stay in the original property, I cannot provide a full review of that specific place. However, I was very satisfied with the host’s attentiveness and quick response.
• Jakub (7/5): - Duża ilość łóżek, dobra lokalizacja Jedno łóżko było uszkodzone.
• Elaine (1/5): Death trap - Easy to get to Everything. Do not stay here. No hot water, (which reviews say has gone on since at least 2023). Whole place is a death trap. Boiler shows error code, which hosts never responded to. No fire doors, alarms, smoke detectors, fire blankets or co2 alarms. No wifi or tv. Shower can only be used downstairs if your a contortonist an upstairs if your 4 ft. Doors dont close in rooms, front door could be kicked in by 5 year old so flimsy. Washing left in machine. Pictures on booking.com are not from knapp road. Bottom step on stairs loose, nearly had 1 of us falling when first arriving. Downstairs toilet so small can inly be used if you leave door open coz you cant fit an adult on seat with door clised. Overall cleanliness lacking, especially under furniture. This is a ling running theme if you check reviews. Dont use fridge/freezer coz that has error code too. Said 1 room was a twin an showed pics on booking.com but was a bunk bed
• Neville (1/5): Will never be back. - Not much AVOID!!! No hot water in the property. Host done nothing to fix the problem. Went four nights unable to shower (shower is broken in upstairs bathroom anyway). Host then stopped responding to requests to fix the water. Before check out the host cancelled the booking in an attempt to stop me from leaving a review but does not realise that I have previously booked the property and didn’t review it so hear you go! Not so smart after all.

• Jakub (7/5): good for large groups, location is fine, price is decent - location was fine and not so far from transportation. there were some little stains on the beds but nothing too serious. the bed in my room was missing a board and one was half-broken.

• Hoang (8/5): Very good - More than enough space for groups of 9-10 people, good kitchen and washing facilities. Near DLR station and some grocecy stores. Power system needs improvement. There were 2 sudden power cuts during the stay when the circuit automatically closed down.
• Chefadza (1/5): Disgusting and Dirty !!! The photos from the booking.com page are not from this property!!!!!!!!! - The location was ok. Not far from a tube. Local shops close to property. That's it. The property is not fit for purpose, it was very very dirty. The whole house smells of damp. The kitchen was filthy even draw fronts were dirty. The sink in the kitchen leaks on the floor all the time and the only towels we could find were in a cupboard under the stairs and were already damp and stuffed in a bag and smelled really really bad. Wet washing left in the dryer when we arrived and if we hadn’t put it on to dry it would have been wet for 5 days. If I could score it a zero I would. AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!! Only the 2 photos from outside the front of the property are correct, and the upstairs bathroom and the stairwell NO OTHER PHOTO IS THIS ADDRESS!!!!! when I tried to call the host there was no answer. Also the rear garden looked like a tip with rubbish everywhere.

• Norhamisah (3/5): House was in very poor conditions - The house was in poor condition There were water coming out of the floor in the living room and the downstairs hallway The cover for the bat tub was falling off The hot water in the bathroom for the shower only stays hot for about 5 seconds, then it turns cold. We have contacted the owner regarding this issue, his answer did not resolve the issue. We contacted the owner again, and he never replied after that However the location of this property is good, very near to Devons Road DLR
• Sebastian (6/5): A Place to sleep and explore London, not to spend time at the apartment - There is a lot of space with 4 bedrooms and a living room, the apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen as well a a washing machine and a dryer The communication could have been better, we needed to ask again for the door code when we already have been at the house because we didn’t get informations. The inventory of the house is very basic and loveless, the mattresses not very comfortable
• Nicole (3/5): Good location but property not properly maintained and needs a lot of work done on it. - Location was good. Appealing facade. Very bad maintenance, back door didn’t lock, NO HOT WATER! Very low quality or broken fixtures, fitting and furniture. House was cluttered, lounge falling apart, mattresses very damaged and uncomfortable. Sheets did not fit the beds. Doors could not open fully or close properly (toilet and bathroom). Pictures on website did not match the actual house!!
