- Francesco (7/5): Molto consigliato per 4 persone, per 6 da rivedere... - La posizione è comoda a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Farringdon che è bene collegata. Danielle, anche se solo online, si è dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha offerto gratuitamente il late check-out. Le docce funzionano bene e non abbaimo mai avuto problemi con l'acqua calda. C'è un frigorifero spazioso e cucina attrezzata. La pulizia di alcune zone è miglirabile ma non è pessima come spesso capita a Londra; Nelle camere da letto c'è la moquette, e le tapparelle a persiane si chiudono ma non del tutto quindi la mattina presto entra la luce. A parte queste piccolezze l'unico vero grande problema è il letto del salotto che è un divano letto estremante scomodo e duro, quasi impossibile dormirci senza svegliarsi con dolori alla schiena; inoltre al momento del check-in abbiamo trovato il divano chiuso e i cuscini, le lenzula e le coperte in un altra stanza e abbiamo dovuto fare tutto in autonomia, non un bell'inizio di soggiorno..

- Claudiu (7/5): A good way to stay for London activities - Very good location. The flat is big, it has all what a family need (fridge, stove, microwave, oven, hood etc.), the host was very communicative and responsive for all situation where she was needed. The beds were very uncomfortable and the fire alarms from the building were very sensitive. In the Christmas Day we had 2 events...one solved by the fire fighters and the other one solved by me based on the host indications.

Large kitchen dining lounge area with all the comforts of home. Amazing pubs in very short walking distance everywhere, spoilt for choice who all had the best quality food Small bedrooms, particularly second room, but the flat overall was spacious

- Susanna (7/5): bell'appartamento ma ha bisogno di rinnovamenti e la gestione deve essere più attenta al cliente - Bell'appartamento, ottima posizione per chi viene da Gatwick perchè il thameslink si ferma a farringdon a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Metro e bus ugualmente vicinissimi. Supermarket vicini. Appartamento al terzo piano spazioso con lavatrice, lavastoviglie e altri elettrodomestici utili, dalla finestra visuale su cupola di St. Paul e the Shard. Per tre giorni ho cercato di contattare l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento ai numeri e email indicati per sapere come far funzionare l'apparecchio installato nella doccia del secondo bagno (eravamo in 6 in una settimana insolitamente calda) ma solo al terzo giorno (pur avendo visto le email e risposto in modo non utile) hanno inviato una signora che si è arrampicata con una sedia e ha schiacciato un bottone di reset nell'angolo in alto tra muro e soffitto, sopra al lavandino. Se mi avessero dato subito informazioni precise su dove si trovasse tale interruttore non avremmo avuto problemi...
Il letto della camera piccola ha bisogno di un materasso nuovo e il divano letto è scomodo. Tutti, giovani e adulti, hanno sofferto il mal di schiena al risveglio.
Consiglio vivamente di togliere la moquette nelle stanze e riparare le chiusure di alcune finestre.

- Lasma (8/5): A nice place, would book it again. - It was in a convenient location to go around the city. It was very easy to enter and leave with the door code. The kitchen was fully equiped for some meals also at home. Cofee and tea supplies were nice :) In general a nice appartment. It was a bit loud during the night due to sound insulation from the street, but bearable. And requires some minor repair works.
- Gaetano (9/5): Good place base to explore London - Good location, close to Farrington, underground and train Station. It is a good place to move from and explore London.

- Raavo (5/5): Nice apartment, nice location but response level is something, you can't be happy with. - Nice and clean apartment, looking the same, as in the pictures, presented in Booking. Good location in Soho area, not far from the city center. The only thing I can't be happy with is the customer service - there are concreate time-frames at the house rules, they should respond to your messages, but it doesn't happened. Noone do not pick up the phone and communication thought Booking system takes at least a day. Not very useful, if you would like to ask about directions how to open key coded door-lock.
Another incident happened on the second day of our stay - someone (probaby cleaning lady) has entered the apartment, while we were outside, moved our personal belongings and (probably) throw away half of our food. Including some chocolate treats, our kids bought for their own pocket money from Harry Potter studio tour.
And if I noted their customer service about this incident, they replied that they are in shock and they are ready to compensate everything, but it was the last time I have heard about them.
- Clara (3/5): Do not book this accommodation unless it's last available. - Location 2nd bedroom queen bed was a full instead. Sofa bed in living room remarkably uncomfortable. Radiators stopped working last 2 nights of stay so no heat when it was very cold. Building next door has stairwell with lights on all night long flooding the bedrooms with light as the blinds were insufficient to the task. I made a tent to sleep under. 1 towel each for a fortnight stay. Ran out of TP. Kitchen minimally useful as understocked. All in all the worst lodging on our 6 week vacation to Ireland and London. No response from company responsible to address issues promptly reported. The master bedroom had mold on wall under window and filthy carpeting. It is clear this is an investment company STR with no pride of ownership.
- Skye (8/5): Amazing, spacious apartment but broken lift meant lots of stair climbing - Beautiful views over the city and easy to get to from Farringdon Station. Easy entrance via code. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Great kitchen. Lift was broken the whole stay so we had to carry our bags up and down all the stairs to the 3rd floor. No one came to repair the lift the whole time we were there. Otherwise, everything was great.

Windows were broken so they could not be closed properly which meant you couldn’t block out the noise from the streets early in the morning.

- James (9/5): Well located in Clerkenwell / Islington. - Close to Farringdon station. Easy walk down to St. Paul's or up to British Library. Very spacious common area. Nice to have a bath associated with each bedroom. No air conditioning, but windows open. Fan available. Lots of street and traffic noise.
- Antoine (7/5): Too much noise, light but exceptional - Super apartment in the center of London, near public transport: buses, metros, near shops, pubs, etc. Exceptional value for money. Well equipped for 6 people, two bathrooms, two toilets. Team at the top for contacts. Very very noisy, daylight very very early in the morning throughout the apartment. Very hard sofa bed.
