• Heike (9/5): - Die Lage ist großartig, wir konnten einiges zu Fuß erreichen. Bushaltestellen und U-Bahn waren auch in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Es war toll, einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben und auch die Gemeinschaftsküche haben wir genutzt. Die Federkernmatratze war durchgelegen.

• Paloma (7/5): Estancia agradable para repetir - Nuestra estancia fue agradable en Eldon Chambers. La habitación está bien y aparentemente limpia. El baño también estaba limpio y el agua de la ducha salía calentita. El mecanismo de la ducha, de primeras, se resiste hasta que consigues poner el agua a la temperatura deseada y con suficiente presión pero una vez lo dominas, todo bien. Hay secador, televisión y plancha para la ropa. La calefacción de la habitación funciona estupendamente. No sé escuchaba ruido de la calle ni de día ni de noche. La ubicación está genial, la parada de metro de Temple está a 2 minutos andando. Hay cocina comunitaria equipada con vajilla y con vitrocerámica, hay hervidor y sobrecitos de té, café soluble y botecitos individuales de leche. Como contrapuntos diría los siguientes: Hasta que subes a la habitación todo son escaleras, no hay ascensor. La moqueta de la habitación tenía zonas con manchas. Al colchón le falta firmeza. En general, el alojamiento cumple expectativas y más si tú intención es disfrutar de la ciudad y parar en el alojamiento para lo básico. Mi experiencia ha sido positiva y recomendaría estos alojamientos. Como contrapuntos diría los siguientes: Hasta que subes a la habitación todo son escaleras, no hay ascensor. La moqueta de la habitación tenía zonas con manchas. Al colchón le falta firmeza.
• Jan Christian (10/5): Accessible and comfortable - I liked that they allowed for a self-service check-in for the property. The neighborhood was also close to my area of destination and close to other sites, giving a good view of the city. Also, it is close to the Temple Train station so that can help with access.

There is a shared kitchen right next door which was good use - but didn’t have a toaster. We hung the towels in bathroom but our towels were constantly wet, and the water pressure is terrible! - kept spraying in spouts and so light/ little stream. The bed was so uncomfortable and springy. we contact housekeeping through whatsapp who said they will bring another pillow for us and never did. The room was good at keeping a comfortable temperature. the room was as it was pictured and expected, small but doable for 2 ppl for a couple of days. • Kuang (7/5): - Clean. It’s got all one needs for a hotel room. The bed was uncomfortable. You feel like you are sleeping on bed springs. Room heating wasn’t working.

• Lemmi (10/5): Sembra un Set di Bridgerton! - Stanza e bagno decisamente spaziosi per essere un "pod".La location è eccezionale, all'interno di un complesso abitativo lontano dalla strada principale, molto suggestivo e sicuro. Non c'è l'ascensore ma vale la pena fare un paio di rampe di scale per un posto talmente carino. C'è una Kitchenette per uso comune che risulta molto comoda. Sotto la struttura si trova un pub vivace ma il rumore non arriva alle stanze superiori. Il materasso della stanza dove ho dormito era un po' scomodo. Forse era vecchiotto, con le molle che davano fastidio in alcuni punti.

• Elena (6/5): - The location is excellent—central, quiet, and well served by buses and the underground. The room was clean and the building secure, with access to a shared kitchen on the same floor. Just a note of clarification: the accommodation is referred to as a flat in the description and emails, but it is in fact a private room with shared facilities. It’s important for future guests to be aware of this distinction.
• Heli (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, a very silent neighbourhood. It was very near the main road but still a little bit hidden (in a good way). The Tube station and bus stops are very near. The room was comfortable. The kitchen was shared but it didn't make it worse. Lots of good eating places nearby, Tesco shop about 2 minutes of walking.

• Sanna (8/5): A clean, quiet accommodation very close to the city centre. Excellent value for money! - The location was excellent, a very short walking distance from Covent Garden and elsewhere in the city centre. Easy to get around with both the buses and the tube. A quiet room and a lovely neighbourhood, almost no noise from the street. An excellent shower and towel drying rack. The shared kitchen was useful for cooking breakfast, etc. Also it was nice to have a fridge (though tiny!) in the room. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and come again when I am coming to London! There was only one duvet in our 2-person room. I was travelling with my sister and we expected both to have our own duvet. There was a rather cold draught from the windows. I recommend buying thick curtains to contain it. There was no clothes rack or hooks on the wall next to the door, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no table or chairs in the shared kitchen even though there was plenty of space for them. It would have been nice to sit by a table to eat. Also, there were only 2 forks in the kitchen (and lots of spoons and knives).

• Benjamin (7/5): Good location. - Had a kitchen. In a good location. Staying above a pub. Did not offer any later check out option, even for 30mins. Stayed 5 nights but only provided coffee for 3 nights. Water for shower at eco mode was a challenge. No place to hang towels to dry for 2 people, 1 set of same towels for 5 nights. Beds were too soft.

• Carol (4/5): would I go back - No - location No lift (appreciate old building) air conditioning- didn’t work shower - couldn’t adjust height if shower head without propping up with shampoo bottle cleanliness - dusty opposite building - lights left on ALL night every night flooded room even with blinds closed size - very small bed - very small In response to your reply - I did contact you - I contacted you by email which you finally replied to, I contacted you by phone (you did not answer), I contacted you by Whatsapp (again you did not respond - I can screen shot this if you want) and I also sent you a text message (which was not delivered). You said you would get someone round to fix the air con - and no-one bothered to turn up. So I did tell you I had a problem!
