- Carme (9/5): - Molt Net , cèntric, ben situat.Gran amabilirat del propietari , ens va donar bones recomanacions de restaurants , cafeteries i com gaudir de la ciutat.

- Melissa (9/5): Great location, if you don’t have large suitcases Great for a group - The property is within the walls and very nice. Narrow staircase which is expected. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group.
- Debbie (10/5): - Great house and the location was excellent
- Stacey (5/5): - Location was perfect Showers smelled moldy and dirty. Extra bedding and blanket also were musty and unusable
- Linda (8/5): -

- Steven (10/5): - It was a very nice apartment spread over 4 floors, it slept 6 of us and we all had space. It was all good, lots of steps but that can't be helped.
- ScottBarber (10/5): Great cozy house - Beautiful 4 level, cozy house adjacent to Stone steps leading down to beautiful Dubrovnik
- Tiffany (7/5): pleasant - the host communication about arrival was very clear and helpful. On arrival I was shown around the home and all details explained the house is very steep. 4 stories high. you need to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Not much space to move around. bathrooms are extremely tiny. One bathroom you can close the door if you are sitting on the toilet
- Jonathan (10/5): Best location in Dubrovnik for visiting the old city - Location inside the city walls within steps of so many restaurants, bars, and shops.
- R (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hockman (10/5): Loved our stay in the old city. It was wonderful for my family with teenagers. Lots of stairs but that was part of the - Loved the location. Great for visiting the old city. And nice and cool as we had an intense heat wave. Host was very nice and great communicating with us.
- Debbie (9/5): Great Old Town lodging option for a group of travelers. - This was a perfect place for my family of five to stay after a week of traveling in Croatia. Besides having 3 bedrooms (each on a different level with narrow stairs), air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, it had a washing machine. Each of us did a load of clothes. We dried the clothes au naturel using the clothesline off the top floor balcony, and they dried overnight or during the day.
Old Town Dubrovnik has lots of steep stairs throughout the town. Coming from the Buza (north) Gate, Piccolo Mondo is easy to get to, with easier-than-usual stairs to the apartment. Be warned that to get to restaurants and other sites, you will need to go down and up many flights of stairs, so you need to have good mobility to stay in Old Town.
The apartment is narrow and has four levels with the kitchen on top, in the traditional style. The exterior is medieval in appearance like the rest of Old Town. We enjoyed staying here for two nights. One of our party found the many steep stairs in Old Town made getting around somewhat difficult.
- Tyree89 (10/5): Perfect Locatiom and Value for Money. - The location is perfect and easy to reach from Buza gate.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you might need.
The rooms are perfect size and we stayed with 5 people very comfortably.
We were gifted some organic apples when we arrived too!
Having a whole house with 3 bedrooms for the price was really a great deal.
The little balcony has a great view and perfect for morning coffee or sundowners.
Iva & Ivana our hosts were super helpful and friendly.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! Everything was perfect!
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (10/5): Superb! Perfect stay in outstanding location. - Perfect location within the medieval walls just inside the Buza Gate so very easy to get to and not far to walk with luggage (only a few steps). Very unusual little house over four different levels: ground floor entrance with toilet plus one double bedroom with ensuite; first floor dining and living areas with kitchen and balcony with a fantastic view over Dubrovnik; floor-1 double bedroom with ensuite; floor-2 double bedroom and access outside (note no ensuite here so you would need to walk through the bedroom on floor-1 to get to one).
The hosts Ivanka (onsite) and Ivana (remotely) were lovely and very welcoming. Nothing - everything was perfect.
- Ya (9/5): Superb - good location, near to the entrance of Buza gate.
- Amy (8/5): Cozy home with a beautiful view; easy access, though it is a steep climb from the center of town. - This home was easy to get to and the host met us with keys and a tour of the space. It is in a quieter part of old towm, though you can still hear people walking by on the streets. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. We were not clear if it was included so we ended up paying for it. The food was okay and reasonabley priced, but you could also buy food at a bakery/market and use the kitchen in the home to prepare breakfast. There is a refrigerator and a small two-burner stove top. The balcony only fits two, but it is nice to have an outdoor space with a view. Each room was on a different floor and only two had their own bathrooms. So the others had to go up or down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. The home is comfortable, but challenging if you have heavy bags and weak knees. It was also a very steep climb back up to the home at the end of the day - 123 steps from the main street. But I think this will be the case in most lodgings. It is a very steep town.
- Sonja (8/5): Great location just inside the north gate and quiet - Great location. Plenty of bedrooms. The layout with several floor levels was funny and rooms were very small but this may be because of how the apartments are in Dubrovnik
- Barbara (9/5): Superb - Great location
- Kathy (10/5): We loved this place host was really good to communicate with - So close to everything Nothing
- Kate (9/5): great location, good size for family stay - good location small bathrooms
- Ocram87 (10/5): Great apartment in Dubrovnik - Beautiful view from the higher level of the house!
Ivana and Ivanka were incredibly kind and professional!
The house was perfect, we needed earlier of the fixed check-in, Ivanka prepared the entire house in a perfect way!
Lovely place managed by lovely people! 😄
- Athan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jérôme (9/5): Superb -
- Macfarlane (10/5): Easy to get to, beautiful view, close to restaurants and history - Lovely view, great view lots of space, helpful host
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (10/5): Lovely home away from home. Great hosts. - Location and facilities
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Joan (7/5): I felt that we we staying at my family members home - Inside the wall..
bathrooms were clean
Very homey Lots of floors .. had to go upstairs to use bathroom if sleeping on first floor.
Hard to park car.. better not to have a car…
- Barbara (8/5): Clean, comfortable, great communication, quirky and very close to centre of old town - Located in the old town. Quirky Nothing
- Karla (8/5): beautiful! - Perfect location. you don’t have to walk down a bunch of stairs to get there with your bags. The host is a pleasure. The artwork is beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again. If you are a larger person, you will not fit in the bathrooms upstairs. There are 4 floors and lots of stairs. If you’re walking Dubrovnik you will do a million stairs anyway so it was fine. Not for a bigger or somewhat handicapped person.
- Brian (9/5): Fun little house with lots of space. - Very close to the city gate and easy to find. Nice views of the city. Three separate bathrooms!! Very quiet location. Lowest level bedroom is a bit neglected.
- Courtney (5/5): Average accommodation - Location was great and easy to get luggage to accommodation without too many steps.
2 entrances to apartmenr from top floor and bottom floor. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom 2 floors are not separate. We were not aware that the bottom bedroom can only accessed by walking through someone else's bedroom. Bathroom for the bottom floor is on the top floor so you have to walk through someone's room. All shower heads were broken. No aircon in bottom room. Front gate very hard to unlock.
Host turned up at 10:50am when checkout is 11am and told us to move quickly as she needed to clean, lucky no one was in the middle of getting dressed when she came in..!
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (9/5): Really enjoyed being in the heart of the old town. - Location, and information and flexibility of Sandra (the property manager). Lovely place. It was all great.
- Leona (9/5): Superb -
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Peaceful haven in the heart of one of Europe's most beautiful towns. - Right in the heart of the old town but on a quiet side street.
Sandra was extremely helpful with tons of suggestions and advice.
A perfect stay
- Eve (9/5): Great stay, Sandra our host was super helpful and kind! Nothing is an issue. - Good sized property! In great location right above old town! 2 minute walk to the best restaurants and boat harbour for boat trips! Great to have someone meet you and bring you to the door of the apartment as it saves a lot of hassle. Apartment also had a great air conditioning system and beds were all comfortable!
- Gloria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sabeena (8/5): Very good - great host
- Helen (10/5): Comfortable home from home in the centre of Dubrovnik - The location was absolutely fabulous. Right in the old town but very quiet. The number of bathrooms (3) to bedrooms (3) was really unusual and very welcome. The WiFi was great throughout the house and the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The little balcony was a suntrap and we really enjoyed spending time in the house - very light and breezy in the living area with wonderful views. We were kindly met on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. It would have been useful to have another key as there were four of us.
- Lise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christl (10/5): Lovely place, great location - Great to have 3 separate bedrooms and a great location. Easy to find and a very Nice host! Nothing!
- Colin (10/5): fabulous value for money - location was amazing bathrooms needed updating
- Ciaran (9/5): Be delighted to return and book the same accommodation - fantastic location, near to airport bus drop off point, friendly welcome
- Torben (7/5): Good -
- Simon (9/5): Very good. Would happily recommend. - Owner there to show around, in very good detail, taking good time to advise what to do and not do. Location great within the walls of the old town. Not much to dislike. You can get the odd random noises late at night (party people out and about). Though the good location easily overcomes that concern.
- Jackie (10/5): a great place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik - fantastic location, and the house quirky and beautiful and ivanka was welcoming and informative nothing
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Angonza85 (10/5): Super!!! - Love everything
- Emma (10/5): fabulous place within the medieval walls! - location was incredible! 2minutes from everything - perfect for our family of 5 to do all the sightseeing around Dubrovnik! spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and lovely lounge/kitchen/dining with lovely views out to sea across the rooftops!
