- Ingo (8/5): - Super schönes kleines Apartment. Für eine Person perfekt. In der Umgebung alles vorhanden was man braucht oder haben muss. Von einkaufen, Kneipen, Essen bis hin zu Ausflügen z.b. Laboe ist alles drin. Sehr zentral gelegen. Einfach top. Ich gebe 9/10 Sterne. Ja, wir kommen zum 1 Sterne abzug. Leider die Hofseite hat keine Abgrenzung zur Hauptstraße. Man sitzt leider auf dem Präsentierteller.

- Ingo (6/5): Nicht nochmal für den Preis - Schöne Einrichtung ! Betten sehr bequem ! Gebäude wirkt von außen nicht einladend. Abends/Nachts ist es ein Ort an dem sich gerne Leute treffen, daher laut. Es wollten mitten in der Nacht Personen ins Gebäude rein. Gott sei Dank hat es nicht geklappt aber schlafen konnte man dann nicht mehr.
- Klara (10/5): - Ochotný majitel, snadná domluva, pohodlný a perfektně uklizený apartmán. Líbilo se mi, že je prakticky zařízený - dostatek místa na pověšení oblečení, poličky, dobré osvětlení. Vše super, ráda přijedu znovu.

- Jessica (10/5): Klein, aber fein - Das Apartment ist klein, für meine Zwecke war es aber perfekt. Bad mit Dusche, kleiner Kühlschrank, elektronische Kochplatte, ein kleiner Arbeitstisch und Zugang zur Waschmaschine im Keller. Das Bett war auch bequem, wenn auch etwas schmal. Die Lage echt top zur Innenstadt. Das W-Lan hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, was für mich aber nicht unbedingt relevant war.
Die Fotos sind nicht alle vom Apartment Hooge, sondern von allen 3 im Haus befindlichen Apartments.

- Petra (8/5): - Eine Wohnung in guter Lage, die alles hat, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung und Deko ist ansprechend und toll ist für Familien, dass es Spielzeug gibt. Die Wohnung hat viele Schrägen, was einerseits total gemütlich ist, aber andererseits die Räume eng macht. Bei einem der Doppelbetten ist wegen der Schräge an der Wandseite recht wenig Platz.

putzig kleines Appartement mit allem was man braucht,
Sehr durchdachte Ausstattung, gute Matratze,
Moderne, farbenfrohe Accessoires.
Magenta TV Die Eingangstür ist leider auch mit der Spiegelfolie einsichtig, d.h. vorhandener Vorhang ist empfohlen.

- Eva (7/5): Trevligt inside inte så bra med bil. - Mycket centralt, lite annorlunda Hus trevlig upplevelse med all in. Parkering var inte bra, flytta bil vid olika tidpunkter dyrt och parkera. Kan vara lite förklarligt med tanke på hur centralt det var beläget.

- Corinna (10/5): Wenn wir wieder nach Kiel kommen, dann gerne wieder in diese Wohnung - Die Unterkunft liegt super um mit der Bahn anzureisen. Auch das nahe Shoppingcenter ist perfekt für die täglichen Besorgungen.
- Kelsey-Sarah (7/5): - Great location, well equipped kitchen, easy check-in, laundry facilities available on site. The only bathroom in the apartment is an en-suite only accessible through one of the bedrooms, which isn’t practical when you have 5 people staying in the apartment.
- Claudia (8/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut top - Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Altstadt, Förde, Hafen oder Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreichbar Leider wird nebenan gerade gebaut. Deswegen war es unter der Woche schon sehr früh laut. Aber das hat ja auch bald ein Ende
- Tanja (5/5): - Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen, sie ist sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung und dem Bürgersteig, womit Verkehrslärm und Lärm durch Passanten verbunden ist. Das Fenster im Bad und die Eingangstür aus Glas - ein weiteres Fenster gibt es im Zimmer nicht - sind mit einer verspiegelten Folie beklebt, die zwar den Blick der Passanten in die Wohnung verhindert, die Wohnung aber auch verdunkelt.

Thomas is very informative and quick on response - thumbs up Maybe a little maintenance on the bathroom. Wet spots underneath the sink and around. Nothing big.
- Shelemith (9/5): Fantastic, well equipped and convenient apartment in Kiel - The apartment was really comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. Thomas communicates well and it is a short walk from the central station, so very convenient. I highly recommend it. Don’t fall for booking dot com scamming you with upgrade offers. It is a rort that even the owner was unaware of.
- Klaus (8/5): On the go all day most days. Apartments a great place to lay our heads at the end of a day - The host/owner was very communicative. Great location. Very comfortable and secure. We occupied 2 apartments - ground/1st floor and 3rd floor. Walking distance to most things needed - train station, bus depot, ferry/cruise terminals, good bakery across the street for coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches, grocery nearby, several restaurants. Washer/dryer available in building. Units had dishware, dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, oven - all needed facilities. Did not bother or upset us as we were mostly on the go, but a couple items to note - city location (great for things to do, not great for quite relaxation), one of the apartments was a 3rd story walk up, everything we needed with no frills, parking was at times a challenge - city parking paid and unpaid nearby
- Ritamäki (7/5): Good - Easy to park next to the apartment on the street. The apartment was cozy and enough for us to sleep one night during our roadtrip. The apartment was clean and getting in the apartment was super easy with the key box. In one of the rooms there was a strange musty smell, so I'm glad we stayed only one night. Might be that I'm smell sensitive, because luckily my son, who slept there, didn't complain at all.
First, when we got in from the first floor on the ground level we were wondering where to go next. Maybe adding the info that it is the top floor would be nice bonus.

- Robert (9/5): Enjoyable city-centre stay. - The flat is located in the centre of town, not far from the railway and bus stations.
The flat is well-equipped, bright and has a nice character.
There are clothes washing and drying facilities in the (separate) basement. In one of the double bedrooms, the ceiling is angled over one half of the bed.
Everyone has to walk through that bedroom to use the bathroom.
An apartment with five beds should ideally have a second toilet.
The flat is up two flights of quite steep stairs and may not be suitable for all levels of fitness.

- Li (9/5): Superb - The key collection is frim a locked box in front of the apartment. The owner was responsive to help with unlocking the box. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has adequate space. The laundry facility is free for use. The owner is quite flexible with check in or check out timing as long as it is discussed. It is easily to communicate with the owner. Toilet was a bit cold.

- Roxfox (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay in the ground apartment, anything we needed. It was 20min close to the city center. The floor was slipery, didn't mind us the adults but for the kids that was tricky.
- Eszter (5/5): Disappointing. - We stayed there previously of our current trip, three years ago. Then we very much liked the property which was the top apartment. This time unfortunately it was not clear from the description at all that there is a top and a ground floor apartment. I wanted to book again the one on the top but it was not obvious from the photos, which is which, the first photos from the property I booked were from the top apartment.
Eventually I got the ground floor apartment which was not mentioned even in the confirmation email.
I realised that there are two very different properties when it was about how to get the keys. I tried to contact the owner several times, also after arriving, since basicaly the ground apartment only have some privacy if all window shutters are closed, there is a full glass door directly to the street, the windows partly next to some street stairs so people could have watch directly in if we left the shutters open.
The owner did not acknowledge that there is a significant difference between the two properties and therefore it is very problematic that it is not clear from the description which one is booked. He was not open to any compensation option. Booking.com, although acknowledged I am right, could not reinforce any actions.
It was very disappointing, not to mention other details about cleaness.
