• Nicolas (9/5): Bon - La maison est bien située et la place de stationnement est appréciable aussi pour décharger nos affaires. On est à 10 mn max des thermes et tous les commerces sont accessibles directement. Possibilité de cuisiner un peu, l'équipement est suffisant. Bonne communication avec nos hôtes, appartement globalement bien aménagé. La proximité de la voie ferrée ne nous a pas gênée. Le logement est un peu sombre mais aucun souci pour un court séjour. Il y a un chauffage dans chaque pièce ce qui permet de ne pas avoir froid.

• Petros (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Με τα πόδια πήγαινεις οπου θέλεις στο χωριό. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και με πολύ ωραίο στυλ. Στην τουαλέτα δεν υπάρχει νιπτήρας για να πλύνεις τα χέρια. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε καθόλου σαπούνι για τα χέρια ούτε στην κουζίνα ούτε στο ντους.

• Nathalie (9/5): - Leuke vakantiewoning, dicht bij het centrum. Alles proper niets op aan te merken. Leuke attentie bij het binnenkomen. Er mochten mss een paar koffietassen meer geweest zijn. Voor de rest alles tiptop.
• Pascale (9/5): Heel mooie locatie met alle comfort. - Heel mooi ingericht, met alle comfort. Vlotte toegang. In het centrum van Spa. De houten vloer is heel mooi, maar kan wel begrijpen dat de mensen die beneden logeren dit goed horen als je rond wandelt.
• Veronique Van Leeuwen (10/5): - De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het centrum. Het huis is echt heel gezellig en leuk ingericht. De oven was zodanig vet/vuil dat het brandalarm af ging na gebruik.

Also 5 minute walk to the funicular straight up to the Spa Baths. Free parking outside the property easily available. Nothing negative to report.

• David (8/5): A great base for our family event. - Great location. Quaint atmosphere. Comfortable bed. The parking space (which was an amazing bonus in Spa, where parking is almost impossible to find) is a challenge to get in and out of due to how narrow the opening is.

The gîte was incredibly cozy, offering everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Each detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the wonderfully comfortable beds to the immaculately clean bathroom. The host was incredibly accessible through booking.com, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The location was ideal, nestled right in the heart of Spa, yet mere steps away from serene nature. This made exploring the area a breeze. What truly set this gîte apart was its interior - a perfect blend of modern amenities and authentic charm. The cozy pallet stove added a warm touch, and the presence of a high-quality TV allowed for relaxing evenings enjoying various shows and movies. Additionally, the host thoughtfully provided a selection of games, adding to the overall homely and convenient experience. The gîte's price-quality ratio is outstanding, making it not only a comfortable stay but also a great value. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, well-equipped, and conveniently located accommodation in Spa.

Maybe just a note that it wasn't clear from the listing that the funicular railway was 500m from the apartment, but the spa itself is at the top.

• Tatiana (6/5): Pleasant - One bedroom apartment on the ground floor, entrance directly from the street. Spacious for two. There is a large and well equipped kitchen. Ten minutes walk from the railway station, easy to find, self check-in. I still don't understand why the description says 2-5 people. The bedroom has one large bed. The living room has a leather sofa without linens. This is only for two who sleep in the same bed and that's it. We always rent two separate rooms because the spouse snores, but it was difficult to sleep on a leather sofa without linen. I asked the owner to bring a set, but he said that there are bedspreads. When asked if they were clean, he did not answer and did not bring anything. These 2 small synthetic bedspreads were obviously not washed, they lay next to sofa cushions, which are also usually not washed. As a result, I had to sleep as is, it was hot in summer and I didn’t suffer much. But this is certainly strange behavior.

• Natali (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the apartment designed very nicely. Very comfortable communication with Benjamin the owner. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, plates, realy all you need. There is no parking problem, if there is no parking near the apartment, there is on the near streets. There is a very close supermarket, where you can buy groceries. The location is also close to Germany and Netherlands borders (40 min drive by car). Just a little thing is that the towels are a bit old.
• Stuart (8/5): Beautiful apartment, very clean and new. - Keys were in a lock box at the front door Communication with owner was not responsive. I called and texted to ask a question about parking, but got no response. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Even though it is right next to a railway line we had no bother from the trains. We occasionally heard them but they were not a disturbance (and I'm a light sleeper) Nothing!
• Keith (10/5): Very nice place to stay in a convenient central location - The apartment was located on the ground floor, was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. There was a small outdoor terrace with table and seats, which was very pleasant on a summer's evening. Although it was adjacent to a railway bridge there was no intrusion of noise from passing trains. The location was only a few minutes walk from the town centre, where there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The key lock on the front door was awkward and didn't always work first time, although the same key opened the door to the terrace, where it worked perfectly.
