Acqua calda e riscaldamento ok. Presente la macchina del caffè con le cialde. L’appartamento ha una sola finestrella in alto, molto scomoda e non sufficiente per areare i locali. Il bagno non è finestrato. L’arredo del bagno è vecchio e rovinato. L’asse del wc si muove. Impianto elettrico da rivedere…. Bollitore con ruggine dentro. L’angolo cottura è su un davanzale e consiste nel microonde. Mancano appendini in bagno e nell’ingresso per mettere i giubbotti. Noi eravamo in 5 e lo spazio era limitato.

Mind a négyen nagyon elégedettek voltunk; a lakás mindennel felszerelt, amire csak szükségünk lehetett. Tiszta, kényelmes és otthonos – szívből ajánlom mindenkinek!

• Dora (1/5): “Lasciate ogne speranza voi ch’intrate” - Niente Proverò a non dilungarmi eccessivamente e lascerò le parole alle foto, in modo che il proprietario non possa ridicolizzare la mia esperienza negativa come ha fatto con le recensioni di altri clienti purtroppo prive di foto. A questo annuncio corrispondono 3 appartamenti, che a quanto leggo versano in condizioni enormemente diverse ma non è possibile scegliere tra i 3. L’alloggio assegnatomi si è rivelato notevolmente distante da quanto pubblicizzato: ambienti sporchi, angusti, aspetto trascurato e un senso generale di inadeguatezza rispetto alle aspettative create. La biancheria da letto presentava macchie e capelli, circostanza che mi ha dato l’impressione che non fossero state adeguatamente sostituite. L’host si è inizialmente mostrato disponibile a cambiarle, salvo poi sostenere di aver trovato “un unico capello su un unico letto”, minimizzando di fatto quanto da me riscontrato. Viaggiavamo in sei persone, 2 donne e 4 ragazzi tra i 10 e i 14 anni, e l’igiene rappresenta un requisito imprescindibile. L’appartamento, a differenza di quanto segnalato, era privo di un angolo cottura: l’unico elemento presente era una macchinetta del caffè sporca e piena di capsule usate e tra l’altro non funzionante, dunque chissà da quanto tempo in quello stato, appoggiata su un muretto in disordine e impolverato a voler simulare un angolo caffè. Anche l'impianto elettrico sembrava obsoleto e probabilmente non a norma, con prese scoperte e cavi rivestiti da nastro isolante. Il bagno versava in condizioni terribili, calcare e ruggine su sanitari e doccia, tavoletta del water staccata, prodotti da bagno e carta igienica assenti. La posizione dell’alloggio è al di sotto del livello stradale, l’unica finestra non apribile, accentua il senso di chiusura e di scarsa salubrità degli ambienti, aspetti che hanno reso l’esperienza ancor più sgradevole. Il wi-fi gratuito è d'obbligo poichè qualsiasi gestore telefonico perde campo una volta in casa!

There was not hand soap in the bathroom. Not any soap. Toilet paper was not enough. We were told that the washing machine was recently damaged despite of seen that it has not been used in a while. We will appreciate to be informed before our arrival because we were considering it in our plan. The Coffe machine a katle are full of calcium. The pillows were extremely hard and the sofa-bed is bending in the middle. Two of us were sleeping there and you are bending in the middle with the sofa-bed.

• Eduardo (8/5): - Perfect location. Close to metro and to the vatican city. Someone entered the room without telling me in advance. A glass of perfume disapeared after they enter to clean the appartment. It has not been returned and they didn't offer a satisfactory explanation.
• Mia Melisse (8/5): Accessible stay near the Vatican - The location is one of their strong selling point. Near the Vatican, the metro, groceries, and restaurants. The property is very spacious, theres an air conditioning unit both in the room and the living room. For the check in, Giorgia had the house cooled already with air conditioning which we really appreciated when we entered. We were even offered bottles of cold water each. We had to buy soap to wash our hands since there wasn’t any. We booked the apartment for the kitchen so we can cook but we found plates dirty in the cabinet and the sponge very used it was already full of lint and black stains. The cabinets in the room had hair everywhere.
• Eva (2/5): Never ever again - Nothing If you want to spend your holiday in a basement (probably a former cellar?) without a proper window, this is the place for you. No window, no kitchen. The air is only fresh thanks to the air conditioning. Most of the apartment is completely without natural light. There is only a view/window below ground level to the inner courtyard, which cannot be opened. The shower was ok, but the bathroom had been cleaned in general a long time ago. The only positive experience was Mr. Massimo, who was willing to wait for our arrival until late at night (1:30). Otherwise, you don't want to spend more time in such a place than absolutely necessary, but only because you have already paid for it. In short, horror and horror...

• Patrick (6/5): you get what you paid for i guess? - there are 6 beds in the room so you can pick whichever you want, the price is also good compared to the others, close to the vatican city, soap and towels provided, and the owner(?) gave us water bottles which is nice. 🙂 the toilet was so damp, it stinks a bit (probably cus it was damp), the toilet seat has loose screws which makes it uncomfortable, there's a crack on the sink before we stayed there but not too bad (looks kinda scary to me), there were some ants crawling on my face when i was sleeping, and a chair was wobbling when i tried to sit on it (another loose screws).
• Ermeline (8/5): Close to the Vatican Museum - A good 7-8 minutes walk to the Vatican Museum. There are many shops and restaurants around the building where Da Adriana is. Giorgia, who met us at check in was very helpful. She even helped carry our big suitcase up the stairs (to the 4th floor) because we could not all fit in the small elevator. Massimiliano, the owner, though he did not come, was also helpful through Whatsapp. He answered all my questions. He was kind enough to arrange for the collection of the key of a mobility scooter which I rented for my husband. The scooter was collected while we were still at the apartment but the key was forgotten and we checked out very early the next morning so I left the key on the table. Massimiliano also booked the taxi for us for 4:00 a.m. pick up.The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped but we waited for espresso coffee capsules as promised by Giorgia which I guess she forgot. The smell of the cleaning product used was very strong. We had to open the windows for ventilation.The washing machine was not working so that was a bit of disappointment as we were hoping we could wash some clothes because we came from Florence. The shower is very small, just for one person. Since my husband has a disability, he needs help in the shower and it was difficult. Otherwise, for regular/normal guest, the shower is fine.

• Dareen (9/5): Recommended. - The place is spacious, clean, and loved the location which was a couple of minutes from the Metro and bus stops but also waking distance to touristic attractions. The neighbourhood is also great for shopping and easting. Nothing really, I would stay there again.

The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped (coffee machine with some good Italian espresso as well, much appreciated).

• Monica (4/5): Disappointing - The main positive is the location, as it’s right next to the Vatican, and we could do almost everything on foot Since the reservation, we had a few issues. To start with, there are several apartments, and it’s hard to identify which one you’re booking based on the photos. After the reservation, we asked for photos via WhatsApp, and they looked fine, but when we arrived, it didn’t match as well. On the first day of our stay, we had no hot water in the shower. At night, there was a lot of noise in the hallway, and our doorbell was rung several times during the night.

Big thanks to owner - Massimo, organized transfer from and taxi to airport. Also allowed us to leave our luggage for couple hours after check out time what makes our life easier on the day of departure.. Bathroom / shower is a bit small - tiny, for a big person will be not comfortable.

• Ravi (9/5): Definitely recommended if you are looking for a budget accommodation. - The apartment is very close to the Vatican. We can literally walk to the Vatican entrance in 5 min from here. The Apartment itself is well maintained. The host Ms. Renata was very warm and showed is all the facilities of the house. She answered all the questions we had and helped us with a late check-in and early checkout.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Perfect place to visit Vatican Museum and Rome - This is the perfect place if you want to start from Vatican Museum - it is 5 min on foot. Metro station is nearby and allows you to reach Colosseum and all other historic sites easily. The area is safe, and you can park the car on the street instead of private parkings etc. There is also a car park nearby. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It would require some renovation, but for the short stays it is perfect, mainly because of the location. Massimo is a great host, he even allowed us to check-in earlier :)
• Cecilie (10/5): Our family had pleasant stay here. - Location is super great. It is very close Vatican, less than 5 minutes by walking. It is about 5 minutes by walking to Metro as well. Short distance to all famous Rome attractions. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we need. Our family stayed here 4 days for sightseeing in Rome and Vatican. Thank you very much to Renata, she is hospitality, kind, helpful and making check in very smoothly. Everything is great during our stay.
