• Ricardo (10/5): Encanto en Trastévere - Empezaré por el alojamiento en si. Una casa encantadora, típica de la zona como es trastévere, nos alojamos 6 personas y estuvimos sobradamente bien, la ubicación y el barrio perfecto, buen ambiente, lleno de bares para comer y beber, muy buena ubicación para ver todo el centro de Roma. Me gustaría destacar a Serena, super atenta durante todo el período del Check In, nos ayudó en todo momento , tanto para ir del aeropuerto al alojamiento y del alojamiento al aeropuerto, el domingo noche no teníamos transporte privado para ir al aeropuerto, y en cuestión de minutos nos solucionó el problema, vuelvo a decir que el alojamiento super completo en todo, pero para mí pasa a un segundo plano, ya que lo que más valoro es el trato de las personas, su profesionalidad, y su dedicación . Gracias Serena y hasta pronto 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Nada que objetar

• Martin Lelito (7/5): Nice BUT some issues - The location was magnificent for access to local restaurants, cafes and bars, and just a few metres from Piazza di Santa Maria. The apartment was clean, renovated bathrooms and spacious. A couple major issues that must be noted. The electricity and hot water are powered by a turn-key that the owner provides only one copy. This means if someone stays back at the apartment and others take the key, the person staying back has no power as the keys are padlocked together and can't be separated. The owner must provide at least two keys or be transparent in the description. Also the noise outside the apartment was EXTREME. I usually don't mind but this was too much. Every night from midnight to 3-4 am it was so loud outside of our windows from people shouting, singing, arguing, vespas and night works by the restaurant next door. Not in the owner's control but this should also be noted in the description to be transparent.

• carmen (9/5): - Está muy bien toda la casa, aunque los fines de semana hay bastante ruido por estar la gente de fiesta, pero eso es normal por la zona. Además, fueron muy amables pues nos dejaron dejar las maletas en casa pues llegamos temprano, algo que se agradece mucho. El sofá cama está fatal, te clavas los hierros. Deberían disponer de un pequeño colchón para ponerlo encima del colchan que incluye el sofá cama y se mejoraría bastante.

• Roy (10/5): Awesome accommodation! - This was the best location for our group. The host was very responsive and supportive. It was a very large space and everyone had room to spread out. We look forward to booking again soon. Just need to understand that proximity to nightlife can be loud at times however we knew this ahead of time and were happy with the location. It is very much worth being where you want to be.

• Carla (6/5): - La ubicación La cama supletoria está para tirarla sería mejor decir capacidad para 4 en lugar de que se pueden alojar 5 adultos. La ropa de cama y toallas muy desgatadas y viejas de tanto uso . La puerta de la entrada necesitas hacer un máster para poder abrirla,con videollamada con la propietaria pudimos abrirla pero por el miedo de luego quedarnos en la calle tuvimos que poner aceite en la cerradura pero aún y así era muy complicada de abrir. Para cobrar casi 300 € la noche la relación precio con las instalaciones no va acorde.

Dobra baza wypadowa, wszędzie blisko, praktycznie nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji. Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne. Parę niedogodności było ale w porównaniu do "plusów" , "minusy" były bardzo mało istotne.

• Zamil (10/5): Amazing apartment in a great location - The host was incredibly responsive and well organised. The location was perfect for kids and adults alike. Close to the hustle of the foodie area and also close enough to the transport links back to the city for sightseeing. The waste bin was full, and we could not find an outside bin to empty this into. The coffee machine did not work, but we did not report it (I'm sure if we did, Serena would have sorted it straight away)

• Ana María (8/5): Casa con encanto - La casa es muy bonita, con una decoración cuidada y un ambiente acogedor. La ubicación es excelente: el barrio tiene mucho encanto, especialmente por la noche, con muchos bares y vida, aunque sorprendentemente apenas se escuchaba ruido dentro de la vivienda. Está a unos 30 minutos andando del centro, del Vaticano y del Coliseo, y también hay autobuses cerca (aunque nosotros no los usamos). La anfitriona fue muy amable y estuvo siempre pendiente, en contacto continuo con nosotros. Cuando comentamos que una de las duchas no funcionaba bien, enseguida lo revisaron. La cocina es pequeña pero funcional. Echamos en falta algunos utensilios como microondas, vasos y sartenes, aunque sí disponía de sal, azúcar, aceite, café e infusiones, lo cual fue un buen detalle. Tiene una mesa donde se puede comer cómodamente. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama que para niños está bien, pero para jóvenes o adultos resulta algo incómodo, ya que el colchón es muy fino. En la habitación principal hay una cama de matrimonio y una individual; esta última también más adecuada para niños que para adultos por la misma razón. En general, una estancia muy agradable y una anfitriona excelente. Recomendable, sobre todo para familias con niños o estancias cortas. El sofá cama y la cama supletoria no eran nada confortables, durmieron niños en ella y se levantaban con dolor de espalda, muy finos los colchones e incómodos.
• Sonia (7/5): Para dos noches esta bastante bien - La ubicación, lamlimpieza y el espacio amplio para 6 personas. En el comedor no funcionava el ventilador de techo y hay mucho ruido en el exterior por ser calle cercana a bares musicales.

• psyver (4/5): Igénytelen, de jó helyen van. - Az elhelyezkedés, bár a nyüzsgő Trastevere eléggé megnehezítette a nyugodt éjszakázást. A két hálószoba közül a felsőhöz egy szűk, korlát nélküli lépcsőn lehetett feljutni, aminek egyik oldalán volt egy nyílás, ahol az egyik kisgyerek könnyen leeshetett volna. Magában a hálószobában az ágy csak egyik oldalról volt megközelíthető, mert a szoba olyan szűk. A mennyezet és oldalfalak burkolása igénytelen volt. Akárcsak a földszinten a kinyitható kanapé matraca. A törölközők elsárgult színe tisztátalanság benyomását sejtette. Szóval bulizó fiataloknak kiváló hely lehet, de kisgyerekes és nagyszülős családnak kényelmetlen.

• Maarika (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of Rome - Casa Trasteverina was the perfect base for exploring Rome. The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of Trastevere, yet tucked away on a quieter street that offers a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing or a night out. You can walk everywhere from here — the historic city center, the Vatican, and all the major sites are within easy reach. In the summer months, the nearby banks of the Tiber River come alive with pop-up bars and restaurants, creating a fantastic atmosphere just steps from the apartment. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Casa Trasteverina if you're looking for an authentic Roman experience with the best of both worlds — peace and quiet plus easy access to nightlife and attractions.

• Amanda (7/5): It was an fine because we only stayed 2 nights and were not in the apartment often. - It was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, with some charm to it. The master bed was comfortable and had A/C. The bathrooms were spacious. We had 7 people and it felt tight. The fold-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. When we entered our first day, the apartment was extremely hot. There is no air conditioning in the main living space, and the ceiling fan did not work. It would have been nice to have the apartment cooled down before guests arrive. There was only one set of keys, and the lights only work if the key is in to turn them on. This means that some of our party that wanted to stay out later could not take the keys with them, or we wouldn't have light, and we had to wake up to let them in the door.

The second room has 5 stairs more and it is very small and short. The fan was not working and the mirrors were dirty

Bathrooms were dirty and mouldy. First bed was broken (center beam was bent and bed was clearly sunken). Communication was poor overall, strongly would not recommend

• Alexander (8/5): Except from the noise at night it is a nice and cozy place! - A spacious and cozy house close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. The neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants! The door was hard to open from the outside, a bit too noisy on weekend nights because of the people on the outside, bathrooms don’t lock
• Serap (10/5): comfortable and satisfied. - The hause is so large and clean. The hot water was great and it is so clean. If you consider rome, It is easy to walk to city center approximately 20 min. Nice restaurants around the hause. %100 I would definetely stay there next time. There was a fire conrner but there were no wood to use it. It was a great opportunity to use it as we stayed in december and around chrismas time. Howevery it is not a matter. You should talk about it with owner before if yuo wanna use it. There were loud during night. However it is touristic zone so it is not a fault of owner or hause.

Lots of space, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed to have a fantastic time in Rome and also professional and friendly contact with the owner.
• Judit (6/5): Nice place in a very good location, but needs urgent attention to bring it to the standards. - THe location was excellent, check in was easy. and the place is nice, short of some investment into renovation. It was great to have an entire house in Rome. The property needs urgent renovation to bring it to requirements of our times. Not much would be necessary to make it an excellent place to stay.

• Lisa (1/5): Bad - The morning of check in I contacted the property and when they responded they said that they had "wrote to me that they had no availability and they had a problem with the calendars." I never received an email or any contact through booking.com. In fact on 6/27 I received an email from booking.com saying that they had charged me the full amount to stay at Casa Trastaverina. We were on our way back to Rome when we discovered we had no place to stay and had to scramble and find a place for the five of us for the night. This was a huge inconvenience!!!!

• Katarzyna (6/5): Pleasant - It is located in the historic neighbourhood; it’s just 25 min walking distance to Vatican City, Collosseum, Fontana Di Trevi or Pantheon; no need to use public transport. Great restaurants in the area. There are two bathrooms in the aparyment but one of them is in a bad condition so we did not use it. The area is very loud till 2am so it’s not recommended for a light sleeper.
