- Fulvio (8/5): grande gentilezza - host molto gentile e disponibile, cerca di venire sempre incontro allāesigenze del cliente. cucina attrezzata. casa molto pulita. casa un poā spoglia e letto non comodissimo.
- Bianca Maultby (9/5): Wonderful stay! š®š¹š - Sabina and her husband were professional, kind and welcoming. They met me at the rooms and showed me everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
There was so much space for me, a solo traveller, to relax on my 1st night in Trastevere, Rome.
The location was great and in walking distance from many yummy restaurants in the area - both popular internet ones and local spots.
The rooms were tidy and clean.
Aircon was a treat! Bed was soft and comfortable.
The facilities were fantastic.
Would certainly stay again if wanting to stay in Trastevere in the future. Definitely great value for money considering location, facilities and quality.
Thank you! Nothing to complain about! Only wish I could have stayed longer.
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Theresa (10/5): Excellent. Will rent again - Friendly host
The home is immaculate. I love a perfectly clean bathroom and kitchen and this did not disappoint. Everything was greatāin fact perfect . One suggestion- pleadd more ice cube trays (full size) w this heat. And a pitcher for water in refrigerator
- Tracey (10/5): Just about perfect, highly recommended - Fantastic location, very spacious and very clean Smart tv and an iron would have been handy
- Judith (10/5): Great apt in great location - Great location, clean, great host Sabina. She provided information on places to eat as well as assistance with transfer to airport Na
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arceli (10/5): This is a great apartment and the host, Sabina, was wonderful. I was traveling alone so it was luxuriously large and I - Very spacious, modern and in a great location. Good amenities too Nothing bad to say
- Mildret (10/5): The most wonderful stay in Rome in prime location - Host met me at the door to hand the keys, very easy and friendly. She kept in communication with me from the moment we landed and she even ensured the apartment was ready as early as possible so we could check in right away. I liked everything, I got absolutely nothing negative to say about the accommodation. The host and the apartment definitely exceeded our expectations.
- Conor (10/5): Exceptional! - Very spacious apartment in a great location, surrounded by excellent restraunts. The owners are very friendly and welcoming to communicate in English to the best of their abilities. This was the best accommodation I stayed at on my journey through Italy! The front door could be a bit tricky to open, and the couch could do with some pillows š
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were so kind, friendly, and understanding. Great with communication and very helpful.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaiyuan (10/5): Exceptional - Sabina provided a perfect resident
- Merz (10/5): It is a great and VERY spacious apartment in the heart of Trastevere. - The location is in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere, surrounded by abundant restaurants and cafes.
- James (10/5): SO GLAD we choose this apartment for our Rome week. - The apartment has a full kitchen. We had breakfast there every day. There were a few things we missed and when we told Sebrina, she promptly supplied them - a tray to carry food and dishes to the dining table, a coffee machine to make coffee USA style, a paring knife and a toaster. We really appreciated that service!!! We had mentioned a couple of things that we hoped were in the apartment and she made sure they were there for us.
Sebrina was really responsive to requests for information, too. She is not an English speaker (her husband is) but she is a whiz on her smart phone translation app. And we used WhatsApp to communicate after the website gave her phone number before we arrived.
Tea bags and coffee were provided among other things and an extra set of sheets and towels because of the length of our stay. You can walk many places from the apartment. One of them is Garibaldi Plazza where you can locate the head statue of Luciano Manara which the street of the apartment building is named for.
The decor is minimal which was a surprise when we looked at the photos but we found this pleasant and restful, it turns out, after the intensity of sights, sounds, traffic and tourist of the busy days. We didn't like not being able to stay longer! We were there 8 nights and really got to know the neighborhood and transportation. Of course this is NOT a real "didn't like"!
- Nicola (10/5): Rome was amazing. The apartment was in a great location and we will defo stay here again :) 10/10 - The location was fantastic for wining & dining in the evening. Beautiful area of Rome. The apartment was new, very clean and warm and suited our needs perfectly. The owners were so friendly and helpful. I could not fault the property at all. It was perfect and ticked all our boxes.
- Julien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mh (9/5): Great location. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment. - Great location. Very walkable and close to transit options. Good restaurants in the area, as well as a local grocery and open-air market in the nearby piazza. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and quiet. No control over heating system. Host set it at one temp when she handed over the keys (I asked for 18c because any higher is too warm for me for sleeping.) The temp was good for sleeping, but a little chilly when I was working at the table during the day, and I couldn't bump it up during the day. (I was there late winter during cold weather.)
- Higgins (10/5): The property was a larger than I expected, and much more quiet than I expected, which was good for sleeping and privacy. - The property was well located, quiet and close to lots of wonderful restaurants, churches, and other beautiful things. The people in the neighborhood were great, and there was a laundromat right across the street. Nothing.
- Irene (9/5): Fantastic location , quiet, you donāt hear noise from the street, super clean and new apartment; very friendly hosts - Central location but really quiet ; 2 min walk to tram 8 and many buses No wine glasses, very limited number of cups and plates. No bowls either for cereals in the morning. Would be great to have a toaster for breakfast instead of using the microwave and the grill function
- Jodi (9/5): Superb -
- Svenn-arve (10/5): Great location, standard and size - Modern, recently renovated (it seemed), big, clean, high-ceilinged flat, with all mod cons. Good bathroom, good kitchen. Despite being in the middle of Trastevere's bustling restaurant district, it was not noisy at night. Very central, as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The windows for checking in and out are quite small.
- Degsdm (9/5): Nice apartment, great location. - Good location. Having to pay an extra 30 euro for arriving later (NOT EARLIER) than originally planned because of flight problems. If we didn't speak Italian it would have been difficult coordinating our arrival and gaining access to the property.
- Julie (10/5): Tranquility in Rome - Perfect location in Rome with so many bars and restaurants all around, but the apartment is so quiet you wouldnāt know it.
It is sparkling clean and your hosts are lovely, extremely friendly and easy to contact.
Would love to return one day. Nothing to dislike but Iād suggest a table lamp for the lounge as the white lights are a bit too bright in the evening.
- Tvlp (8/5): Very good -
- Eduardo (9/5): Superb -
- Irene (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to some good restaurants and public transportation. Itās located on the 5th floor but thereās a small elevator. The apartment has a large and wide hallway and one good size bedroom and a smaller living-room, that we used a second bedroom. Small kitchen which we didnāt really use except for cooling drinking water. White lights. Both rooms have air conditioners, but it takes a long time time to cool down because of the very high ceilings.
- Madelene (8/5): Good value for money!!!! - Great location in the heart of trastavere, with plenty of restaurants and bars within short walking distance.
Very spacious apartment that is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hosts were wonderful, very friendly with plenty of advice on things to see and do in the area. Nothing
- Ashlee (10/5): Light and bright apartment in a great area. Lovely hosts. - Sabina & Max met us at the door, and showed us everything we needed to know, they were very helpful and lovely people. The apartment was very recently renovated with all new appliances, and it is very spacious. It looks way bigger and better in person than in the photos. The location was excellent, with so many places to eat and drink. The bed was super comfortable, and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Nothing! Everything was great!
- ΧĻĪ®ĻĻĪæĻ (10/5): Excellent! - Very clean, cozy apartment with a lot of space. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Trastevere, just 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars, but in a quite location itself. Nothing.
- Mutlu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yanina (10/5): For us - the best place to stay in Rome - On this trip we stayed in three apartments in Rome. And this place is by far the best of all. We really enjoyed. It combines cleanliness, convenience and functionality. Suitable for both short and long stays (full large kitchen). Two rooms, a kitchen, and all the apartments as a whole - a large area. In addition to the convenience and quality of the apartment itself, we really liked the Trastevere area. There is a good grocery store next to the apartment, along with a clothing store, a private store with prosciutto, meat, sausages and cheeses nearby, a market is open in the morning, there are several ice cream cafes around, many restaurants. Excellent transport accessibility, including the center you can easily walk along the old streets of Trastavere. What can be called a separate beautiful excursion. And most importantly, for all this great price! And of course, wonderful hosts. Thank you very much! I would very much like to stay here on our next visits to Rome.
- Kong (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this appartment was superb. The host was so lovely we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
- Leah (10/5): Delightful in every way! - Super clean, very cozy accommodations in a perfect location!
- Shannon (10/5): Andrei was fabulous, and the apartment met expectations. - I like supporting a small operator rather than a large property company. And Andrei went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we could want.
In terms of the neighborhood, we loved having the playground next door, botanical gardens not far, and tons of restaurants and bars nearby. The elevator and front doors to the apartment were a pain to negotiate. That's not especially something that's the fault of the property owner (and not unusual in a Rome rental) but someone traveling with a stroller or mobility issues should be aware.
- Abdallah (10/5): Exceptional - The Staff are very friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect, really nice place.
