Guest Reviews
- Frederes (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The location was perfect and on a quiet street. Easy walk to Trastevere for dinner or Monti for shopping and many other places. Air conditioner worked well, shower was great. Didn’t really cook much but kitchen seemed well equipped. Host was very attentive. Thank you!

- L. (8/5): Id výborného hodnotenia delí ubytovanie nie celkom 100%-ná čistota a pre nás neštandardné prikrývky pozostávajúce z deky - Lokalita, dostupnosť k žiadaným lokalitám, blízkosť verejnej dopravy, prístup hostiteľky -

- Melanie (7/5): - The location was good. Twin beds in room were extremely uncomfortable. No electricity on the last day of stay.
- Jonathan (9/5): Incredibly well situated base to see Rome. - The apartment is perfectly situated just a few blocks from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. The space fits four people easily and has a good kitchen and wash area. Perfect base to see Rome's top sights and homey enough to make your own meals and do your laundry. Highly recommend.
- MIHAELA (9/5): Manuela was very helpful and easily available to help us out. - Location was amazing!Very clean! The small beds in the 2nd bedroom are very very uncomfortable

- Ronald (10/5): Great value! - Private, safe, and close to restaurants and the Metro. We did not understand how to use the washer/dryer. Need instructions.
- Michele (10/5): - Excellent location!!
- Ecclestone (10/5): - The location was excellent with a view of the forum and lovely cafes and restaurants just a minutes walk.

- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this place is great. Location is perfect to walk to the coliseum and over the river as well. Excellent host as well. This is a perfect spot to stay.
- Anna (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome by far. Will go back again! - Everything!! Nothing
- Ensminger (10/5): Very good location and well-appointed apartment. - The location was very good - close to the Roman Forum and Coliseum. Also close to restaurants and a farmers market practically next door although we ate most of our meals out. The rooms were quite adequate and the kitchen, although small, was well-appointed with countertop burners, microwave, coffee maker and coffee pods, some bread and snack items and a fridge. The washing machine was a nice bonus and we made good use of it. We also made use of the air conditioner although the weather was mild. Also the window shutters were nice to block out the light. The neighborhood was also reasonably quiet with the wall of the Roman Forum across the street to give more privacy. All told it was a great experience. And Manuela met us at the door with the keys after just a minute or 2 wait after we told her we were there.
- Pillai (6/5): Pleasant - Location Excellent. Look of the Rooms with paintings and other roman antique pieces Geyser not sufficient for a family of 4. Most of the times 2 members of family had to take bath in cold water. AC was not functioning through remote.
- Oksana (8/5): Great location. -
- Wendy (10/5): Beautiful. Definitely recommend. - Absolutely beautiful. The apartment was extremely well-kept and clean. The view from the window in their ad is exactly the view from the apartment - no camera tricks here. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was no elevator / lift which was hard with luggage. The owner generously took my heavy suitcase up the stairs, though.
- Pinar (8/5): Very good - The host Sabrina welcomed us home. She was very friendly and helpful. The location and atmosphere of the house were very nice. There is a local market right below the house on weekends and the people are very helpful. Although the cleaning was generally good, there were stains on the towels and bed sheets.
- Piers (8/5): Very good -
- Berit (10/5): Centrally located, spacious, nice neighborhood. - The location - central and very quiet. Fantastic view The well equipped apartment. The friendly and service minded hostess.
- Elnora (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment and location in a quiet area very close to major historical sites. - The host, Manuela, met us in the street because she saw us looking lost. The location was super quiet in a busy city- no traffic, and views of the Roman Forum. An amazing indoor market next door provided great food, and a fun eating area below our window. Enjoyed seeing people enjoy themselves there. Apartment is within walking distance of major historical sites. It was very nicely furnished and offered everything we needed. The master bed was great. Single beds were uncomfortable for an adult. Probably a kid wouldn't mind.
- Suzie (9/5): Superb -
- Suzanne (10/5): 3 days in lovely Roman hone - Once we got used to the road being closed as men were handbuilding cobblestone street it was great location.
Good restaurants close by.
Manuela was very helpful organising our early morning van to airport.
They supplied us w lots of treats for first breakfast but enough for 3 days.
All airbnbs seem to not leave enough loo paper and no shop close by to get more. The single bed was very hard. The sofa bed 2 inch mattress probably okay for kids or younger guests.
- Ben (8/5): Beautiful apartment and a fantastic location. Lovely owners. -
- Vicky (10/5): Lovely flat. Lovely host. Lovely location. - The location was great. Nice and quiet and walking distance to everything.
It was clean
Hostess was really lovely and had great communication. Aircon could have been a little stronger
- Maria (10/5): When in Rome - Oh, we loved it here!!
So close to so many places, very walkable.
The beds were comfy & great air-conditioning also which was needed.
Beautiful view.
Woudl definitely come back!
- Liezl (10/5): Easy going city trip. - Location Was spacious and ideally located.
- Janet (10/5): Wonderful stay close to many things that we wanted to do found a Cafè a block away with great food - Location was wonderful Nothing
- Dieter (9/5): Superb -
- Yu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aida (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susanne (10/5): Rome as you never saw it - Very friendly hosts, wonderful coffee and cakes, everything we needed, a lovely old-fashioned style we adored, impeccably clean and the location is breathtaking....
- Anna (9/5): Great stay in great location with very friendly hosts - Excellent location with the necessary facilities. Extra bonus to have the Saturday market in the back yard. Thank you also for the birthday gift and wishes!
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Location is wonderful for access to sites like the Forum, Circus Maximus, and the Coliseum. We appreciated the washing machine and the air conditioning, both of which worked just fine, as well as the access to a kitchen (we used the refrigerator and Nespresso coffee maker, not the hot plate or microwave). Place was very clean and worked well for four people. Coffee maker was extremely loud and provided off-brand coffee pods were not good, though the Nespresso ones we purchased were much better. Location is a long walk to a grocery store. We ran out of toilet paper.
- Randall (10/5): Wonderful! - Excellent location. Charming. Kitchen was a little small but we managed fine.
- Theresa (10/5): Fantastic - Location and timeliness of concerns and the assistance we received from the manager Can’t think of a thing
- John (10/5): Beautiful place in a perfect location and great people - The location is fabulous, comfortable and spotless. Centrally located to all the major sights and good food surrounds it, walking distance to most things.. The staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate us and check on us. Easy corner nearby to catch taxis or buses. The view is fantastic. If you aren't sure what to do they have a nice written guide to help you out. Air conditioning keeps up with even the hottest days. Nothing we didn't like, just things to be aware of. Bring long cords to charge your devices, outlets are not conveniently located. TVs are not smart TVs so if you dont want to watch Italian TV bring a device you can watch on or hook to the TV (we were too busy most of the time, so wasnt a problem for us).
No stove in the kitchen, if you want to cook just a cook top and a microwave - not a big deal, just be aware of it, we ate out all the time. The water heater is a little small if you have more than 2 people, so plan showers spread out a bit, but we had 2 that like to shower at night and 1 in the morning so it was perfect.
- Heather (7/5): Lovely old apartment with high ceilings opposite ruins. - The location is great, and the host is delightful. She organised our transfers well.
- Pr (7/5): Rome Stay - Great quite safe location, with really good food services close by. A stop for the Hop on hop off bus a short walk away. The kitchen was little on the small side.
- Allison (7/5): Good - Fabulous location. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine was not working during our visit. Some of the kitchen items seemed to be not working (espresso machine, hot water kettle). Cleaning was fine but could have been a bit better.
- Dorothy (7/5): Good - This is a lovely area in a quiet street with lovely views. The washing machine and coffee machine didn´t work. During our stay the shutter in the bedroom jammed before we left so we couldn´t block out the light. The smaller bedroom has no aircon or cupboards. There was an additional charge for arriving after 17.00 of 20 euros and 50 after 19.00. In the kitchen the connection for the kettle and toaster above the worktop doesn´t work and should be fixed, the other connection took a while to find.
- Larayne (10/5): Excellent host, apartment, and location. - Excellent location by the Colosseum and the Forum. Our host was so gracious and generous accommodating special needs we had going above and beyond what she needed to do. Master bed was super comfortable. Air conditioning was great. our host was so helpful arranging taxis for us. The couch pull out bed in the family room was super squeaky, and could be heard throughout the entire apartment. It would be helpful to have more mirrors in the apartment. Five of us trying to all get ready in the mornings with only the bathroom mirror was hard. A mirror in each bedroom and in the family room would be so helpful! Also more hooks for towels would help. Although not a big deal, it would’ve been nice to have a bigger couch and seating area for relaxing in the family room instead of the big table.
- Maryrose (7/5): Relaxed stay in Rome - The location was excellent within 700 metres of Circo Massimo metro station, pub restaurant and breakfast cafe close by.
Bus 160 round the corner which takes you across Rome to Borghese Gallery, very quiet. Bathroom and laundry facilities good. The kitchen was not suitable for cooking, very cramped no oven only hot plate and microwave. Very few working power points.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Milada (10/5): Exceptional - The owners arranged transport from the airport and it was perfect. Regardless our delayed plane and late evening arrival, Manuela has been pationately waiting for us in the accommodation. The flat is comfortable. Its position is very convenient, in the city centre but on a quiet street. The next door farmer market on weekends gives you the opportunity to meet locales and enjoy fresh local products. We plan to stay here during our next visit.
- Florence (10/5): Perfect location for a dreamy roman holiday! - The location was amazing! we would definitely return. Absolutely LOVED it. all was great!
- Anonymous (10/5): Amazing ! highly recommend this place. - Absolutely everything
Location, friendliness, details awaiting us.
We arrived earlier than expected and were able to communicate with the owner and go in.
we were able to comunícate during our stay as well.
Thank you Sabrina, again, for all the details.
If in Rome again we will surely try this place first. nothing
