- Nancy (10/5): Charming Apartment with Great Hosts - The hosts were amazing, the apartment was super cute, very great restaurants and shops nearby. We loved everything about this apartment, highly recommend booking! When I am back in Rome I will be rebooking this apartment. N/A
- Claudia (7/5): Centrico - Centrico Nada que decir
- Erika (9/5): Superb -
- Douglas (5/5): We will not be staying at this apartment again. - It is in a good location. A very nice young lady met us and checked us in. The chairs and sofa were comfortable. The air conditioning worked properly. The apartment is secure. There is a nice kitchen table and refrigerator, a coffee machine and a microwave. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The balcony is nice. There were lots of towels available, a washing machine and a drying rack. We found a cracked wineglass and three dirty water glasses in the kitchen. There were two spoons in the silverware drawer that were filthy, coated with some sticky food residue. The apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. One expects cleanliness, at the very least.
The hot water system was not working and we had to call to have a repairman come and fix it. The gas stove does not work properly. One burner would not stay lit at all. The igniter on the stove didn't work. We had to call someone to bring a cigarette lighter to light the burners on the stove because the cigarette lighters in the silverware drawer were all out of fuel. The apartment is definitely NOT soundproof, we could here neighbors arguing and yelling at each other. The toilet does not shut off properly and we had to listen to the water running through it constantly. The electrical system is old and requires adapters, but there were not enough adapters available for all the appliances. The lighting is inadequate in the kitchen. The bed, a futon, is very thin and not comfortable. The apartment is in a very old building, but one would expect a lot more for the price being charged.
- Blake (10/5): Exceptional - Nice appartment and great location.
- Ryan (10/5): Great apartment, lovely hosts, located near plenty of shops & restaurants! - This apartment was lovely! It was very spacious and in a great location near plenty of shops, restaurants, and bus stations. The host was very helpful and responsive. They answered any questions we had via WhatsApp very quickly! We would definitely stay here again.
- Joana (9/5): Superb - The location was central. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for sleeping as it was on a slant.
- Daniela (9/5): We enjoyed staying at the property because it met our expectations. - The property is in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby and is accessible by public transportation. There is a full kitchen. There is no elevator for the guests and no help to carry your baggage up and down the stairs. This is could be an issue for guests with mobility issues.
- Natalie (10/5): We loved the central location of the apartment right in the heart of Rome. Great communication from the owners. Thank yo - Location, location, location!
- Natalia (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (8/5): I would choose here again - The location was ideal in the heart of Rome. Perfect for getting round the city. Very quiet and airy even though the street was busy and it was hot outside. Very private. Loved the old authentic character. The stairs - but that's not a complaint!! Taxi had to leave us a 4 minute walk away, but that is the character of the area and no problem. Lovely narrow streets.
- Allan (8/5): Fine - just a few details needed attention. - Lovely location. Beware that there are 55 steps up to the apartment from the street! Nicely furnished otherwise and tiny balcony. Only one wine glass! Bare minimum of cutlery. Bedside light not working. No toilet paper on arrival.
- David (6/5): Make sure you know exactly what you are getting - Great location in the heart of everything we wanted to do. We got what we paid for, a very basic apartment up 55 steps that would have been a death trap if a fire had broken out. Rome is very expensive and we thought incorrectly that Aud 1200 for four nights might have got us a decent place to stay. We have been to Rome before and know how tiny tourist apartments can be and how broken down a lot of the apartment buildings are.
Our hosts were happy to offer transport for our arrival (not that we used it) but were unable to help on our departure.
Strongly suggest anyone planning to visit Rome has a large budget in order to avoid apartments like this.
- Austen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Loretta (7/5): Good value for the price, but bathroom needs attention. needs - Loved the location, so close to everything we wanted to see. Good layout and a comfy bed, nice and quiet. Slept very well each night. The bathroom is small, and water leaking from sink.
- Franziska (9/5): The owners are absolutely fantastic, very helpful, gave us lots of infos, ordered even a taxi to the airport for us :) - It was in the centre, great accessibility to main attractions Unfortunately when opening any of the windows it smells like food so we couldn’t open them to get fresh air into the room.
- David (9/5): We would definitely stay again - Excellent central location nothing springs to mind
- Shari (9/5): Enjoyable - The best part was it was easy to find and near bus lines so getting around the city was perfect
- Sin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic. we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Paolo was great with communication and the check in process was easy. we would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends.
- Brodie (10/5): amazing place in such a great location in rome -
- Mark (6/5): The location was perfect, the staff that contacted us were very helpful, but the apartment itself was a little disappoin - The location was superb, with easy access to a market, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was too small, and there was no welcome pack, not even milk, tea or coffee facilities. The photographs on Booking.com which we used to pick the property, were obviously taken of another apartment, as ours was not as nice, or light and airy. We were also not warned of the three flights of stairs, which were a challenge with our large heavy suitcases. The pillows were also very very hard, and wife was forced to sleep without a pillow for the whole stay.
- Don (10/5): We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very kind. She helped us with all of our questions and she even helped with ge - The property was centrally located for touring Rome on foot. The kitchen was well setup and the bed comfortable. All that we needed was there. The water pressure is low so the shower was not very efficient. I appreciate having a strong shower.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
