• Judith (5/5): Negative - I don’t really like the location,but one of our friends,made a decision to get the house, The house was smelled like something, because of the sorrounding, moisture in the washroom not very comfortable to stay.

• Hackl (10/5): - Daniele, der Besitzer, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch die Koffer am Abreisetag noch in der Wohnung lassen, was uns viel Aufwand erspart hat . Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Supermarkt am Hauptbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleich an der Straße finden sich Mini Markets und Restaurants Die Raumausstattung und Aufteilung ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe, wir waren zu fünft mir zwei Teenagern, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Drei Bäder sind perfekt. Gekocht haben wir nicht, aber die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben gemütlich frühstücken können und gerne die Tees und Kaffee Kapseln genutzt die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Die Lage im Hinterhof hat uns gut gefallen, es war dadurch sehr ruhig
• Hnyla (10/5): Beautiful home in a convenient location! - The property was beautiful and it was within walking distance to the train station. Transportation was easy because there was a taxi line by the train station as well as all of the stores for anything we could have wanted or needed. There were delicious restaurants within a several block radius. The place was cozy and had multiple bathrooms for each of us so we had plenty of space from one another. We had difficulty getting the showers warm but the host helped us with that. I just wish the directions were a bit more clear for the showers and hot water heaters. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
• Supawadee (8/5): - อย่างแรกเลย คือ ที่ตั้ง เดินออกหลังสถานีซอยเดียวถึงเลย สุดยอดความสะดวก ทำอะไรง่าย ลงรถบัสมาจากสนามบิน เดินเข้าทางด้านหลังสถานี ถึงที่พักเลยทันที มีร้านอาหารเยอะมากๆ มีร้านอาหารจีน และ ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น ถือว่าใช้ได้เลย ที่พักมีกาแฟ แคปซูลให้ มีชา ให้เลือกเยอะ มีขนมไว้ตอนรับ ถ้ากลับมาโรมจะมาพักอีก สะดวกจริงๆติดสถานีรถไฟเลยล่ะ ห้องพอได้ สมราคา เราไม่ได้คาดหวังไว้มากอยู่แล้ว มี 3 ห้องนอน 3 ห้องน้ำ เพียงพอสำหรับ 5-6 คน

• Haruka (10/5): Excellent - まず、テルミニ駅からのアクセスが良い。近くに飲食店もあって、朝も夜も困らなかった。3ベットルームに、3バスルームは、家族がそれぞれ好きな時間に使えて快適でした。エスプレッソマシーンもあって、毎朝、イタリアンスタイルを楽しめました。キッチンに食器だけでなく、その他、オーブンなどあったので、持ち込んで食べることも可能でした。また、それぞれの部屋にエアコンもあって、暑いローマでの滞在は快適でした。 洗濯機があったらよかったけど、近くに、良心的なランドリー店があるので、問題なし。
• Eduardo (10/5): Recomendado por ubicación, amplios espacios con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. Todo muy agradable. - Lo elegimos por la cercanía a Roma Termini (una cuadra y media) lo que permite llegar desde el aeropuerto y si necesitas tomar metro o tren a cualquier lugar lo haces desde ahí. Nos esperó el encargado de las llaves y la anfitriona se mantuvo siempre en contacto para coordinar la llegada, lo que se agradece. Es un lugar muy cómodo, con 3 habitaciones amplias con camas matrimoniales y tres baños (2 en habitaciones) lo que fue ideal para los 5 amigos que íbamos. Está equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y ordenado, con 2 juegos de llaves lo que fue muy práctico. Se puede caminar desde ahí a la mayoría de los lugares de interés en Roma. Y se agradece el detalle de tener café, endulzantes, quequitos y otras atenciones para los clientes. El aire acondicionado independiente en cada habitación es muy práctico para que cada uno lo regule a sus necesidades. Lo recomiendo por la ubicación y amplios espacios. La primera impresión al ingresar al patio interior de acceso no se ve muy bonito, pero al ingresar al dpto. cambia todo y es incluso mejor a como se ve en las fotos.
• Daniele (9/5): Very good - The location is perfect for any porpoises of stay in Rome. 2min walking distance from Termini railway and metro. Easy to get the accommodation by car. Comfortable bed and shower, well refurbish kitchen will all what you need . All over very clean. Nothing to mention. Maybe a second pair of keys would be a bit handy , but not relevant.
• Helen (8/5): The Yellow House was clean, super well located and perfect for a family of 5. - The location is excellent. It was so easy to get to all the major sights. It was easy to get anything we needed as there were so many shops nearby. There was an issue with the bathroom lights and fans spontaneously turning on in the middle of the night which was disruptive. The host did their best to fix it. They were very attentive to the problem.

• Surangkhana (3/5): Poor - The location is near the train station. 6 May 2025 The room is not on the street but you have to walk into a small communal area which is dirty, damp and dark making the room quite hidden and you have to pass through three trash which smell a bit bad. The picture shown on the website is just a narrow angle that looks good but in reality the other angle of the picture is quite scary and hidden place. In front of the room door is damp and mossed. The sunlight does not reach. (as the attached picture) It is not suitable for female tourists. The entrance to the room has to go through a communal area surrounded by houses of men. Even though they did not do anything bad, they can walk to your room door without security. For the room, the room is always damp. It is like an old house that has been repainted. The owner later said that "This building was built in 1800. It is not his fault that the entrance is dark." The owner will inform you when you check-in that the bathroom light will turn off by itself about every 10 minutes even if you are taking a shower. You have to walk to turn on the light back repeatedly. At first I thought I would not post the details because it might cause the owner to lose income. So I just gave a true rating (since the website asked me to rate my satisfaction), but after that, I received a private message from the owner, scolding and cursing me for giving him a low review score.
• Jeni (9/5): Cute place, good spot - This place is so cute and in a good location being close to the termini train station. The gentleman who owns the place is very kind and wanted to make sure we had a successful stay.

• Dawn (7/5): Good value for money for a group base to explore Rome. - The kitchen set up was a good space if you were mainly dining out, it would be limiting,one hob plate, if cooking for a family. The rooms were a good size, and clean . Decorations made it homely. The shower in the main ensuit room was very poor as broken, so like a watering can. The entrance to the property through the back forecourt is a little grim, but then you are pleasantly surprised as you walk into the bright welcoming kitchen.

• Ellen (8/5): great location, close to the train station but on a quiet and pretty street. - great location for us with a lovely cafe on the corner for breakfast/coffee, a small store selling drinks etc and some restaurants - very quiet pretty street. Very close to the train station. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe as the entry way to the courtyard was locked. Pretty entryway. Hosts allowed us to drop our bags early which was very much appreciated and gave us the keys at that time allowing us to begin sightseeing. Not the hosts fault, but an electrical issue caused the building to be without water for the first 24 hours. They sent over bottled water and kept us updated periodically but we really missed not being able to shower since it was 105 degrees and we'd arrived on a long haul flight that morning. Again - not the hosts fault and once we got water the next day we were able to shower, flush the toilets etc. The fridges also weren't working but we chose not to bother the host about that since we were only staying for 2 nights and we'd already been contacting them so much about the water. I expect they would have sorted it if we had contacted them - just didn't want to give them more bad news.
• Andrea (10/5): Thank you Danielle 🫶 - Cute clean apartement, in good place near to Termini. The owner was really nice to us. We would definetly come back. Only thing wich we didn't like was sheets instead of blankets, but that was only small detail.

• Lucas (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment itself is great, well equiped, a lot of space and well located. Although the location is pretty good, the apartment is in the ground floor in the back of some very old buildings and some restaurants, and we had a lot of problems/allergies due to mold, it was very hard to breath.

• Jacqueline (5/5): It was ok - N/A The fact I was charged another 200 euros because my daughter arrived last minute and I didn’t have time to let host know. I thought was excessive as there was room for her and I only paid 358 euros for all four of us initially!
• Noemi (9/5): Superb - Perfect Location next to Roma Termini. Clean and spacious rooms, with a relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly host. We were traveling with two kids (7&4) for them the apartment was great. Lots of take away restaurants nearby. The coffee pot was very small. It took quite some time to make coffee for two.
