• César (10/5): - Apartamento amplio, fuimos 5 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. El servicio fue bueno, cualquier duda respondían rápido. Buena ubicación y temperatura perfecta para ser invierno. No tiene salón, así que te tienes que juntar en una habitación o en la cocina
• Isabel Gracia (9/5): Cómodo apartamento en el Trastevere :) - Está situado en el barrio del Trastévere, junto a la avenida principal. Hay de todo muy cerca: tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercado, paradas de bus… Las camas eran comodísimas. Habitaciones amplias. Barras para colgar la ropa y perchas. Calefacción centralizada. Buena comunicación con la persona que gestiona el apartamento. La cocina está bien equipada, aunque no tiene tostadora ni tabla de cortar. Tiene cafetera de cápsulas y dejaron cápsulas. A las juntas del baño les hace falta un blanqueamiento, había gel y champú. No hay persianas, sí cortinas, pero si os molesta la luz recomendable antifaz (antifaz y tapones para los oídos son un must siempre que se viaja por si las moscas).

• ignacio (8/5): - la ubicacion es muy buena, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, la limpieza es correcta y las habitaciones y cocina amplias. esta muy bien la verdad echo de menos q para ir en familia como era nuestro caso, no tuviese una sala de estar o un salon. la unica zona de convivencia comun es la cocina. la cama doble de un cuarto era regular, las zemas estan bien

• Hristina (10/5): Прекрасно - Кварталът е прекрасен в който се намира апартаментът.А самият той е достатъчно просторен,чист,има всичко необходимо а съотношението цена-качество е още един и то не малък плюс.Комуникацията беше много лесна и ни отговаряха почти веднага.Със сигурност ще се върнем!Благодарим! Няма нещо от което да не сме доволни.

• Simone (8/5): Very good - Very big apartment and the location is excellent. Host was very friendly and responsive. The bathroom door handle is broken and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom.

• Aleksander (10/5): Exceptional - Great location where you can park your car and enjoy this quite silent neighborhood. On the other hand - it's really close to the city center. Very comfy, nothing to dislike really. Well equipped.
• Jolanta (5/5): Passable - I like the building, nice old tenement. Very good location. The apartment was dirty, a lot of dust on the floor, find a dirty socks on the floor. To small amount of towels. The shower - disaster, to small, doesn't work everything, warm water only for two person. Cosy pictures on booking, reality not the same.

• Tarquin (10/5): We booked two nights last minute due to a cancellation. The owner met us at a close by garage and helped us with our lug - The layout was great. We loved the openness of it all and yet it still had all the creature comforts. The kitchen was well resourced and you could easily stay for a long period of time. The beds were nice and comfortable and the storage space both up and downstairs was ample.

• Julia (4/5): unfortunately non refundable booking otherwise would have checked out on arrival - -dormitory style accom -filthy walls - no air conditioning (fans only) which is inadequate for Rome summer - musty smell - 1 towel each (party of 3) for 4 nights - iron didn’t work - dormitory signs / camp rules on walls referencing cleanliness and to be mindful of water usage, turning off lights, smoking etc. - limited hot water supply (ie, 3 people couldn’t shower in a row) - double beds low on ground (ie, 40cm) (2nd double bed broken in bottom corner) and mattress not supportive. My partner and I slept in the single beds without sheets as too hot. - cheap wobbly bedside tables

• Abhi-n-always (5/5): Tad expensive for the Services it had - Owner communicated the right details on time Internet was not working and The overhead shower is not functional. We had to take bath with Hand shower. The warm water lasts only for two three person bath, whereas we booked for 7 persons

• Camelia (10/5): Perfect location with easy access to public transport to visit Rome. - Perfect location with easy access to public transport to visit Rome. The place was really clean and very spacious with easy access (20 minutes by bus or 30-40 min walk) to the main sites to visit in Rome. The Host was very good at giving us directions how to drive to get to the property to avoid the ZTL in Rome and prepared a little (helpful) document with how to do the self check-in and check-out and some of the recommended restaurants in the area. Maybe provide a bit more info to the tourists regarding how the public transport works and where to get tickets from.
