• Cristiane (4/5): Não vale a pena - Apenas a localização Roupas de cama pessimas, faltou toalhas, precisei pedir, o edredom era muito ruim, um deles estava sujo assim como os lençóis, cama bem ruim, chuveiro demora muito para ter água quente, no primeiro dia esperei mais de 40 minutos para tomar banho e água não esquentava, para 4 pessoas tomar banho fica muito complicado.

• Guest (9/5): Przyjemnie ale krótko - W samym centrum blisko zabytków, ale sam lokal cichy, wychodząc z budynku Colosseum na wyciągnięcie ręki. Do metra 300metrów. Lokal nie posiada super luksusów ale stosunek ceny do standardu lokalu jest jak najbardziej w porządku. Pokoje są przejściowe łóżka duże a materace wygodne. Łazienka malutka, ale wszystkie potrzebne media są. Problem z prądem, jak chodzi baniak na wodę nie można włączyć czajnika. Przy pracującej klimatyzacji też występował ten problem. Zdecydowanie potrzebna wizyta elektryka.

• Flores (8/5): - Al lado del Coliseo. Camas cómodas. Buena temperatura para descansar, fuimos en julio. El baño pequeño. La televisión muy pequeña. Es una estancia única, de una habitación pasas a la otra, hay que pasar por una de las habitaciones para llegar al baño.

• Don (5/5): The best thing about this place are the property managers and the location. - 1). The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. Wonderful service. 2) The location of the property was great. Close to main attractions and restaurants, but far enough away to be clear of the noisy crowds. 1) The beds were cheap Ikea(ish) stuff and terrible to sleep on. I had a backache after two days. 2) The dinette set was cheap and flimsy 3) Dishes were minimal (no proper coffee machine).. 4) Water heater ran out quickly. Electric breakers tripped easily. 4) No living room space - they could have designed this much more efficiently

• T. (8/5): Petite ground floor apartment next to the Colosseum; great for a one or two night stay - The apartment is in a brilliant location for the Colosseum. Although we did not meet our hosts the communication was excellent and they were very helpful with our earlier than expected arrival and a problem about the apartment which we had during our stay. Information for access to the apartment was also very clear. The apartment is two rooms, not two bedrooms, so the person on the sofa bed has to go through the main double bedroom to access the bathroom. The kitchen is good for breakfast but worktop space is very limited so its not easy to cook a full family meal.

• Leon (6/5): Great location - Location literally seconds from the Collosseum Second bed not made up and extremely uncomfortable. TV set up cords all over the place. Very noisy in the morning and one evening tenants had a meeting outside the door on the step until 10pm. No laundry facilities.

We can recommend for short time staying . The flat was very cold when we arrived , but we could heat it quite fast .
