Apartment was at a super good location. Walking distance from Vatican and metro from which you can visit whole city. Since the apartment was well equipped, you dont need anything else. Recommend to everyone! Everything was perfect!

Il proprietario veramente molto disponibile, pronto a dare indicazioni e suggerimenti per tutti i gusti. Grazie Un po’ di pulizia in più non guasterebbe. Suggerirei di lasciare anche a disposizione degli ospiti una scopa elettrica, soprattutto per chi resta in struttura qualche giorno in più.

Modern apartment, clean, with nice and comfortable furniture. There are good markets and restaurants in the area. Paolo, the host, was very helpful and gave us great suggestions what to explore. There is not much sunlight.

• Chin (6/5): Pleasant - Overall, the apartment was clean & surrounding was quiet. If you plan to cook yourself, the Carrefour Supermarket & the wet market is just 10 mins walking distance. Vantican City is just 15mins walking distance Poor ventilation especially if you cook in the apartment. Air-conditioner is not well-functioned that made the room a little humid. There was electric disruption happened during my stay & it took time for the owner to respond to the problem. The nearest metro station was 15-20mins walking distance

• Nikita (10/5): Very good value for money - Everything is fine, very good location, recently refurbished - recommend I put 10 out of 10 and will give feedback for improvement: we could not switch off the conditioner by remote control (there is something to repair) and we spent 5 minutes trying to open the entrance door (electronic system could not open lock - need to push door hard to allow opening). It is better to mention that the apartment is located in the basement (not a problem but better to know)
• Rene (9/5): Superb - The owner is a polite and gentle person. The place is cute, very nice. The location is very near to Vatican and to metro Ottaviano.
• Giota (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for food preparation, large fridge, microwave oven, etc. It's very spacious and comfortable. The communication with the owner and instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy. The location is very close to the Vatican. The location is a bit far from the centre, but you can use the metro and the two buses that pass just outside the room. Not an important problem though
• Giannis (6/5): Value for money - The host of the apartment is kind and friendly and always eager to help around. Furthermore, he has done very good job with furniture layout and decoration in the room. The room also provides plenty of coffee, tee and other kitchen supplies and is located next to Vatican city, making it extremely safe. The room is located in the basement of the building, which is ok in general if u get used to it, so it's not a great problem. But the key point here is that this information isn't provided in the description of the room. So, for this i give minus 2 points with good heart. Moreover, there were some spider webs in the walls, which means that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and that other insects live in the apartment as well. Also, we found some ants in the floor which are coming through the wall cracks. For this i give minus another 2 points with great lenience. All around, the apartment is value for money cause it's price is fair but with a lot of drawbacks (some are not listed here). I recommend it for a group of friends, but not for families and couples.
