Guest Reviews
- James (10/5): The lost and found apartment, location and our time in Rome was unforgettable - The property was amazing, the decor to the rooftop terrace was everything we could wished from an apartment in our first visit to Roma. The location was fantastic too with some of the best bars and restaurants in Rome very close by. Everything was brilliant!
- Aylin (10/5): -
- Grégory (9/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le charme et l'emplacement de l'appartement. Petit cocon et très chouette quartier qu'on se plait à retrouver après une journée à parcourir Rome et son agitation :-)
- Martina (10/5): - A most charming place in Trastevere. Location wise it is perfectly isolated from the most noisy parts of the neighborhood, on the other side it is a street away from restaurants and bars. The space, terrace and overall ambience gave us a perfect experience.
- Ludivine (9/5): -
- Agustina (10/5): I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family! - Everything, Adriano, the host, was a delight. He met us at the flat to hand the keys, collect the tax money and explain how everything worked in the flat. The location is excellent, not too close that it's too loud, but also just a 20 min walk from the Pantheon. You have literally everything you could need. Lovely terrace. There isn't anything we didn't like. It does have a small shower with not too much room, so I wouldn't recommend for someone with mobility issues.
- Kate (9/5): Quirky Hideaway in Wonderful Trastevere - Cute and quirky apartment in a great location for enjoying vibrant Trastevere. We especially enjoyed the little roof terrace. Friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

- kessels (8/5): Fantastisch - De locatie. Fantastische plek. Alles op loopafstand. De rust, de privacy van het appartement. Hosts hulpvaardig.

- Teresa (8/5): Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit Dachterrasse - Schönes Apartment in toller Lage! Gastgeber sehr freundlich offen und zuvorkommend!
Süße Dachterrasse. Sehr hellhörig. Couch etwas durchgesessen.

- Jennifer (10/5): Perfect stay for our 4 nights in Rome, highly recommend. - Wonderful, accommodating hosts and a magical location. So many fabulous restaurants and bars nearby.
- Helen Sarah (8/5): Great location - Great location for bars and restaurants whilst still being close to all the main sights (30-40 mins walk). Despite being next to a bar it was totally quiet in the apartment. Good roof terrace. Great amenities in apartment which was really useful and good size for 2 people. Had a great stay When we went it was about 36 degrees and there is Aircon and a separate fan but a second fan or table fan would've been good.
- Nardiello (9/5): - La casa è molto carina ottima pulizia proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ottima esperienza
- Tove (10/5): Super godt - Beliggenhed og lejligheden Intet
- Emanuela (10/5): Casa piccola ma accogliente, nel cuore di Trastevere, posizione fantastica a 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus - La posizione super comoda
- magnus (10/5): Right in the heart of Trastevere - Nice room well equipped, attentive host, nice terrace on the roof. Convenient location
- Danielle (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (4/5): We were disappointed. - Good location. On first impression, apartment looked great and interesting but that is where it ended. Access to the bed area was not good , once there don't stand up quickly or you will hit your head on the ceiling ,maybe that is why the mattress is flat on the floor. Don't bother with the roof terrace .Spiral staircase ok but then steps more like a ladder to a hatch that you push up and scramble out, not worth the effort . Shower is very squeeze and we are not big but the hot water is great. Badly designed apartment but location is terrific. We booked because it had a high rating but that is deceptive, maybe it scores high because of position alone. We are in Rome each year at this time but next year we will not be staying here.
- Michelle (10/5): Highly recommended stay on Trastavere - Fantastic stay in Trastavere. We loved the location, which in our view was absolutely prefect for a Rome stay. The surrounding area is very charming, with tons of excellent restaurants, wine bars and cute little streets to explore. It is in a slightly quieter, more local corner of Trastavere, which we absolutely loved. Also easy walking distance to all the main sites just over the river. The apartment itself had everything we needed and we were welcomed in person by Adriano, who was very friendly and explained everything to us. Also highly recommend 404 Not Found (just around the corner) for exceptional coffee and cornetto! Would suggest upgrading the small sofa bed at some point for something a bit more comfortable.
- N (7/5): Lovely duplex apartment in Travestere - The location was lovely. Right at a quiet end of Travestere so you're only a short walk into the throng of it all but it's relatively quiet when you come home. The apartment is bright and airy with a small roof terrace to enjoy. The host is very communicative and kind. I am 6'3 and I found everything under the mezzanine level (where you sleep) such as sitting area/bathroom to be quite low for me and I had to duck around the beams
Not anybodys fault, just be aware if you are a taller traveller.
Also the walls are quite thin and we had noisy neighbours for a night or two of our trip which was a little annoying. But then in Rome you won't be spending too much time lounging about at home!
Also you only get 2 thin pillows so if you like to have one or two each or you sleep on a taller plumper pillow at home, bare this is mind.
- Nora (10/5): A beautiful stylish gem tucked away from the busy buzz. - We were received with a very lovely and warm welcome with Christina’s delicious chocolate cake and a bottle of wine. The space had all we needed.
Trastevere is lovely and quiet away from the touristic areas of Rome, but still central enough to reach important sights on foot.
One of the highlights was having our morning coffee on the roof terrace…tucked away. So cosy!
Thank you for this lovely, tasteful space! It’s important to know the space is problematic for handicapped people as there are stairs without railing up to the bed and there are lots of tight spaces and stairs allover.
The shower is very dim and dark.
- Emma (9/5): Superb - The location is superb - we were able to walk to all the sights. We also loved the roof top terrace for a glass of wine in the late afternoon. A lovely way to end our day! We were not able to stand up straight on the mezzanine level where the bed is, as we are quite tall. However, this was manageable. Likewise, the shower is quite small, so if you are on the larger side you may find this a problem.
- Kimberlyn (10/5): Perfect! The space was wonderful. The owners were amazing. Will book again!! - The location was perfect. Being tucked away made it feel safe and secure. Conveniently located close to bridges to get across the river. The space was clean and homey. N/a
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional - grate location. walking distance from all major monuments. Restorants just around the coner. roof terase is priceless.
- Glen (7/5): Good - The location was excellent within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the quiet location out of the city nestled amongst the outstanding local restaurants and cafes. The very small shower and bathroom. The sofa was not very comfortable for the third person.
- Jackie (9/5): Superb -
- Shennie (8/5): Very good - We stayed here because it's in the heart of Trastevere. It's also accessible to other attractions around Rome by walking and the bus stops are nearby.
- Riitta (8/5): Very good - Very good location in Trastevere. Walking distance to the main attractions. Steep stairs to the sleeping loft felt a little dangerous, some kind of railing would be a good idea.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Beautiful old building in the heart of Rome. The rooftop terrace was not allowed to be accessed at night.
- Mariluz (10/5): We absolutely loved the flat…perfect for 2, well located, we walked everywhere and still wanted to come back to enjoy th - Location, cozy, rooftop, commodities, additional items
- Carolina (9/5): Would definitively go back. - Great location, great host. Everything perfect!
- Irene (6/5): Excellent location and cleanliness, great, informative hosts but air conditioning was disappointing. - The location was excellent. It was within easy reach of the major attractions and some lovely bars and restaurants. It felt very safe. The welcome bottle of wine, fruit and water was a lovely touch. The accommodation was clean. The air conditioning didn't work and the apartment was uncomfortably hot. It was difficult to sleep, even with the provided fan on. I was travelling with a friend so twin beds would have been preferable,. The bed/settee downstairs was not very comfortable to sleep on and there was only one fan. It really affected the comfort of our experience. Also we didn't like the fact that we had to take out our rubbish and carry it through the streets to a bin whilst having to carry all our luggage.
- Julie (10/5): Trastevere Lost & Found Is gorgeous. - The property was lovely had everything we wanted. Very clean & good location. Loved everything.
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Paolo.v (10/5): Exceptional - Very cute flat in the heart of Trastevere, with a nice roof terrace, perfect for an afternoon aperitivo!
- Gemma (10/5): A spacious gem in the heart of Trastevere - An absolute gem in the heart of Trastevere. A spacious apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and bonus rooftop terrace up the ladder! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and even left us with homemade treats, we felt very spoilt! Would definitely recommend. The only thing that would make this place even better is a washing machine!
- Colin (10/5): Had a wonderful experience in Rome, and our host and room were a big part of that - Lovely room. Excellent helpful and friendly hosts. Great communications. Perfect location The stairs to and from the bed were a bit tricky for older people (like us!)
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (10/5): Great location to city, cafes and restaurants. - Everything! Loved the property and the wonderful roof patio. Hosts were great! Location to great cafes and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood to walk in. Short walk to River Tiber with trail along river. Not a long walk to reach edge of Rome and just an 8 minute walk to Circus Maximus, where you can pick up hop on/off bus tours. We arrived at Roma Termini, took the H Bus, and then short walk down the street. Liked everything
- Kimberly (9/5): Perfect location. Nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Adriano and Christina were gracious hosts. Delicious cake - Location. Walk to everything. Clean. Pillows on bed weren’t comfortable
- Ellen (9/5): Just book this place in this lovely area of Rome. - Great hosts!
The perfect location! Around the corner the most sweet café with the best cappuccino in the morning. And in a couple of minutes you'll find great restaurants en bars with the best atmosphere and food/drinks. Trastevere stole our hearts. We had the best time.
And a good bed! Maybe you can think the shower is a little bit small, but if that's all :).
It's a lovely appartment.
- Jennifer (10/5): If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. - Cristina & Adriano were attentive from the start. Adriano was at the property for my arrival. There was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us, along with a delicious cake Cristina made. The location is perfect - tucked away in my favorite part of Rome, so it is close enough to the attractions without being busy with crowds. If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints.
- Lovisa (8/5): Very good -
- Zoe (8/5): Very good -
- Sheleece (10/5): Charming apartment in trendy neighbourhood - Lovely apartment with such character in a charming neighbourhood which felt very safe. Comfortably slept the 3 of us and had all of the amenities needed for cooking. Rooftop terrace was such a nice touch.
- Phil (10/5): A unique and amazing property, in a perfect location. - The property was stunning and the location was magnificent in the heart of Trastevere. The hosts, who were so welcoming and helpful, have created a space that feels truly unique and special.
- Nikoleta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Rare find in terms of a good balance between location-price-comfort-aesthetics - Nice location, very nice hosts, attention to detail, the rooftop! Quiet location in walking distance from the center of Trastevere, but there are very nice and cozy places located just around the corner. someone smoked in the apartment, but I understand it’s hard to prevent
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
