• Denča (7/5): Na krátkodobý pobyt dostačující, ale chybí ještě mnoho k dokonalosti - Určitě to jak byl byt prostorný To že jsem neviděla majitele, komunikovaly jsme pouze přes Whatsapp. Ke konci pobytu přestala téct teplá voda, nefungovala WiFi. Chyběli základní potřeby (tablety do myčky, utěrky na nádobí, čaje). Matrace byly opravdu hodně měkké a opravdu nedostačující.

• Evaggelia (8/5): Ήταν μια καλή γενικά διαμονή και πολύ εξυπηρετική λόγω του μετρό που απείχε λίγα μέτρα - Ήταν πολύ άνετα για 3 άτομα με διαθέσιμες τις βασικές παροχές .Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική σε ότι ζητήσαμε και ότι ώρα χρειάστηκε.Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε μετρό λεωφορεία σούπερ μάρκετ και καταστήματα Το νερό δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό ενώ το σπίτι είχε πολύ καλή θέρμανση.Επισης η κουζίνα θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερα εξοπλισμένη.Τα στρώματα δεν ήταν άνετα.Επισης θα μπορούσε με λίγη διακόσμηση παραπάνω ειδικά στο σαλόνι να μην είναι τόσο ψυχρό

• ZOFIA (9/5): Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Napewno wrócę przy następnej widzicie w Rzymie - Blisko centrum handlowe gdzie znajdował się duży supermarket spożywczy. Bardzo blisko stacja metra którą można dojechać do najważniejszych obiektów spłuczka w łazience „gościnnej” niepołączonej z sypialnią przestała nam działać. Oraz klapa w łazience w sypialni była złamana.

• SANTIAGO (8/5): - Apartamento muy limpio, tal como figura en las fotos. La anfitriona muy atenta y servicial, nos dejo entrar las maletas un poco antes del check-in. Vino el tecnico de mantenimiento muy rapido, para solucionar un par de cosas. Los colchones de los sofas! Muy incomodos se clava la estructura metalica. Y el colchon del dormitorio tampoco era demasiado comodo (soportable) Tiene dos baños pero la ducha solo sale caliente en un baño ( si se intenta poner caliente salta error en la caldera, pero nos enseño el tecnico a solucionar el error)
• Sonia (7/5): - La situació (molts mitjans de transport molt propers) i que estava molt net. - Els llits tenen els matalassos molt desgastats, s'enfonsen i, en el cas dels dos sofà-llit, es clava el somier al cos. - La caldera d'aigua calenta falla i ens hem quedat a mitges vàries vegades, havent-nos de dutxar amb aigua freda. - Hi ha poques eines de cuina (falten tisores i altres eines, coberts no hi ha massa per 5-6 persones, no hi havia més que dues bosses d'escombraries petites...).
• Aleksandra (9/5): - Obszerne mieszkanie dwie łazienki, dwie sypialnie i salon , może pomieścić i 7 osób. Blisko metro i galeria . Pomimo bliskości drogi nie słychać hałasu.
• Tatiana (10/5): Ampio, accogliente, comodo, saponi profumatissimi, c'è tutto ciò che serve - Ottima collocazione, a due minuti da un centro commerciale compreso di Pam, fermata metro, treno, pizzerie e ristoranti. La casa è confortevole, pulita, ordianata e comprende tutto ciò che serve (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ferro a stiro, macchinetta del caffè in caps dolce gusto, forno, fornetto microonde) fornisce asciugamani e biancheria.

• Diaz (8/5): - In lugar bastante amplio y con lo suficiente para estar de vacaciones en familia. Estaba muy cerca de una parada del metro. Nos dejó entrar antes para dejar nuestras maletas y empezar a explorar la ciudad. Queríamos lavar ropa pero no había jabón y nos tocó la mala suerte que al querernos bañar no salía agua fría. Tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada. Creemos que fue un fallo en el regulador. Pero de ahí en más todo estuvo increíble

• DAVID (9/5): Great stay - Right next to metro and shops. Easy trip to Rome city center. Water heater wasn’t working but the owner fixed it.
• Kora (7/5): Bien ubicado y espacioso - Estaba bien ubicado y estaba muy cerca la estación de metro que te conecta con todas las zonas de la ciudad importantes. El apartamento era muy espacioso. Tenía todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (lavadora, lavavajillas, secador, etc.). Cuenta con una terraza amplia con tendedero. Tiene dos baños, lo que ayuda cuando viajan varias personas. La caldera estaba estropeada y el agua caliente no funcionaba correctamente. Hasta el cuarto día de estancia no se pudo solucionar.

• Frannie (9/5): It was a great place to stay in Rome! More power to Alessandra! - Location. Location. Location. Right across the Aurelia Metro Station and the Aura Mall. 10-15 minute ride to Vatican. Alessandra is an AMAZING host. She responded quickly to all our needs! The sofa beds in the small bedroom and the living room need a little upgrade as the mattresses are saggy and old. They were uncomfortable especially for people with back problems. Alessandra ordered a top up mattress that’s coming after our stay so the next occupants should enjoy that!

• CarlosRoblesRo (8/5): Piso amplio con buena ubicación - Buena ubicación, metro cerca, al igual que un centro comercial. El piso es amplio y cómodo. Una de las duchas no funcionaba correctamente. El colchón de la cama principal no estaba un poco hundido. El segundo cuarto tiene un sofá cama en lugar de una cama.

• Oksana (10/5): Все понравилось и мы еще раз будем бронировать эти апартаменты - Квартира просторная, две отдельные комнаты, два санузла и два душа. В ней есть абсолютно все, посуда, кастрюли и сковородки. Есть стиральная машинка, что очень удобно, а кондиционер это спасение в июльскую жару. Очень удобное расположение, рядом есть метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, а до Ватикана пешком минут 15. Пульт от телевизора к сожалению не работал, но это нас не огорчило, так как времени не было его включать. Сушилка для белья была сломана, но мы приспособились. В одном из туалетов была сломана накладка на унитаз. Но это все мелочи.

• Ābele (10/5): I would suggest this place 100%, would stay here again. Best choice for groups of friends!⭐️ - The apartment was spacious, enough room for everyone. All the amenities were provided, including hair dryer. We were able to wash out clothes as well. The owner also provided basic foods like coffee for the morning and salt, sugar, oil for cooking. We really liked that the apartment had 2 bathrooms since we were a bigger group of people, this helped to avoid the waiting for the bathroom. All the windows have blinds so we had our privacy. The rooms were warm, nice and cozy with the option to regulate temperature. Wifi was provided and clean set of towels for everyone.

• Nadezhda (7/5): Good - good location, clean place with equipped kitchen one of the bedrooms is very small, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable for two people to sleep. The second bedroom could be comfortable for a child. After we turned on the oven, he turned off the electricity in the whole apartment. We didn't get any help from the owner and had to find where the electrical panel was located in the entrance and call the neighbors. Also, an apartment for four has only three chairs at the dining table

• Supratim (5/5): Good property, bad management. Not reccommended. - The property was nice. A little far and difficult to reach without subway. But otherwise it is good. We had an issue with hot water because of which we could not take shower for the entire stay. The owner tried to solve it over whatsapp which did not work.

• B (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was wery clean and realy big. Locations is perfect, 2 minutes from metro and bus station. The host was helpful. The mattress in small room was really bad. We couldn't sleep there. You felt construction of the couch through the mattress. We put matress on the floor and slep there. There were just 3 chairs in the dining room (we we're 4 people). The kitchen equipement could be better.

• Darlene (5/5): Lovely place that needs repairs. - Spacious in common area. Washing machine available. Dirty floors with spills on then, had to wear shoes to keep feet clean. Two bar stools extremely unsafe to sit in. Three kitchen chairs were rocky. Small master bedroom. Main shower had steaming hot water, couldn’t get cold on. Second shower couldn’t get hot enough. Room with fold out couch took up entire room and mattress was very thin. Living room cough needs cleaning, perhaps foldout cough too. Small kitchen. Refrigerator really didn’t keep items cold. Heater wasn’t regulated enough to stay warm (February). Washing machine was hard to figure out for US citizen. Instructions on how to work washer, microwave, coffee pot and heater would have been helpful. Nice to have a balcony.
• Florin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice and clean, it has everything it's need for a city break in Rome. Near the apartment you have the train/metro station, a shopping center and it's easy to check in. The host was very nice and helped us with all the information we needed. For one room we didn't had towels and an also we didn't hand an iron in the apartment but after we talked with the host she took care of the problem . It's seems that the cleaning lady forgot leave the towels for that room, but she came back with clean one's and the host bought a new iron. I really appreciated how fast the host responded and helped with everything. Thanks!
