• Теодора (9/5): Теодора Токушева - Изключително чисто, леглата бяха сравнително удобни, има всичко необходимо в кухнята. Голямо предимство е близостта до Метро, което прави всички забележителностти на 5мин.разстояние. Кафемашината не работеше.

• Matteo (7/5): Buona posizione x il centro , buona pulizia con alcuni accorgimenti da migliorare - Posizione buona, centro raggiungibile in metro che è sotto casa in 20/25 minuti. appartamento ristrutturato e ben pulito Letto con lenzuolo piccolo che non si avvolge nel materasso e quindi esce trovandoti a dormire con la faccia a contatto col materasso( non molto igienico). Cuscini che se non ci fossero stati era uguale (troppo sottili). Finestra del soggiorno che non si chiude quindi si sente tuto il rumore della strada bella trafficata anche di notte . Acqua calda che non ha continuità di erogazione. Mancanza di un attaccappanni all ingresso o armadio sia al ingresso ( x gli ospiti che dormono nel divano letto ) e armadio mancante anche nella camera , non sapendo dove appoggiare la roba devi attrezzarti di sedie dal soggiorno.
• Tibor-Zsolt (8/5): Good location to stay a few days is you visit Rome. - The check in was easy and the communication was very good with the owner. I give her a 10 star for it. I asked for a vacuum and she resolved it, and every time I have a question she was very helpful. The location also ok ( can be a little noisy because of the traffic). Very close to the metro and we used the metro all the time. Also shopping center is near. there were 2 things. First that it was not as clean as we expected. A better cleaning would have made a big difference. Mostly the floor so-so clean. It was not a deal breaker but could be easily improved. Second would be the hot water. The water heater worked 2-3 times out of 10, so when we managed to have hot water, we did bot stop it unlit everybody showered :). We had a good laugh.
• Carla (5/5): location and that's it - The location is really great. Metro station just few steps away, the mall with big supermarket also really close. The building has elevator and the whole neighbourhood is quite safe and nice. The apartment is modern and equipped with soap, towels, washing machine, iron and all of that you need. The bed in the main room is comfortable and for the sofa in the living room, if there is only one person I recommend you do not pull it out as whole bed but leave it as it is because it is much better that way. The noise from the street is not that bad, it is durable. The self check in is very easy. The windows of the balcony can't close normally. The apartment was full of dust. Hot water in the shower exist only for few minutes. And the experience that I really feel the need to share: The apartment above us had a flood resulting in huge water stains on both sides of the kitchen and living room wall from ceiling to floor in our apartment. The owners were aware of it (they confirmed to us that they knew about the problem after we sent them pictures of stains on the wall) I'm no princess and it's completely normal for me that these things can happen but the fact that the owners were aware of this problem and didn't even warn us and tried to convince us that it's not a problem is really devastating for me. The least they could have done is to air out the apartment before our arrival because the flood happened before. Instead of that, we were welcomed with the smell of dampness that we had to sleep in. Although we aired out apartment every day, in the middle of our stay spots of mold started to form on the walls. For all of this I have pictures of conversations with the owner and of the walls but I will be better person and leave this nice picture of the view from the apartment. For the owners, I hope you get from this that it doesn't matter what is the problem, it matters how you approach it.

• Edit Naár (8/5): - A szállás elhelyezkedése. A metró, a tömegközlekedés, üzletek és éttermek, kávézók közelsége. Az apartmanban nincs szekrény, ezért a ruhákat nem lehet elhelyezni, az ágyak kényelmetlenek, jobb matracra lenne szükség.

• Barbara (10/5): - Die Nähe zur Metro und zur Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist super! Das Appartement ist (zumindest für uns) ausreichend ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine... alles vorhanden! Lediglich ein Schneidebrett und ein Sieb haben wir vermisst. Aber war natürlich auch ohne machbar. 😉 Die Kinder fanden die Couch nicht so angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Matratze war etwas zu dünn.
• Julie (5/5): - In terms of location, it’s far from the city center and next to a noisy highway, but since the metro and bus stops are very close, we didn’t have much trouble getting around. The facilities in the apartment were nice, but the convertible sofa prepared for the third person in the living room was quite uncomfortable. The mattress was so poor that it felt like sleeping on the metal bars underneath. Also, there was absolutely no sound insulation in the apartment. In the mornings, we were unpleasantly woken up by the noise from the road and the loud conversations of the neighbors’ children starting around seven o’clock.

• Georgiana (10/5): Amazing stay – highly recommended! - We had a wonderful time at this flat. The location is perfect – close to everythin (underground station 2 min walking). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The flat itself is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped – it truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
• Denitsa (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent - right next to Villa Aurelia metro station and 30 minute walk from Vatican. The place was clean and comfortable, had a balcony and well equiped kitchen. The boiler is very small and the hot water ran out fast. It was enough for only 1 person to have a quick shower. It is a little noisy because it is right next to a busy road.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Good - The location is good, in a less touristy part of the city. Metro is very close so it's easy to get to the city center - 15 minute ride. The kitchen was quite well equipped. AC was working well, which is very helpful in August. The place could have been cleaned better and would be good to install a proper wardrobe or a chest of drawers for better unpacking and maintaining your things.
• William (7/5): Nice, comfortable apartment. - Basically, everything, but especially being just across the street from the Valle Aurelia metro station. The apartment directly above this one is undergoing a complete renovation. I was awakened at 6:55 am one morning by construction noise directly above my bed. The apartment owner was very sympathetic but there is nothing she can do about an inconsiderate construction crew that starts work before the 7:30 am allowed time. Construction noise can clearly be heard all day until late afternoon. I complained in person to the construction foreman but he didn't care a bit. The apartment was being completely gutted from top to bottom so the noise is likely to continue for at least a couple of weeks.

• Mazen (10/5): Exceptional - the railway station and metro station are nearby, a step away and you can come from the airport and to anywhere in the city is very accessible. in the apartment you can live like at home, you can have all the utensils and necessities you need, you can even cook in the kitchen. all equipment is new. a little noisy in the morning because of the motorway which is nearby, but it doesn’t interfere much, you’ll get a taste of living in a residential area near the Vatican in Rome.

Communication with Alessandra was great -Washing machine didn’t work, we had to use a public laundry service (it was down the street, but we wasted time). Alessandra paid for it though. -There was no warm water in the shower for last two days, before it was mixed - warm for a second and then very cold and in rounds. -Very little place to store our clothes, no cabinets. the apartment was bog, but poorly furnished. -no kettle in kitchen -You could hear literally everything from the streets like you are in a middle of highway -The heaters stop on their own in the middle of nights, you end up in a cold apartment in the morning

• Brian (5/5): Disappointing. Could be much better. - Location for getting around Rome. Close to Metro and train stations. Size of accomodation. Close to supermarket. Sparsely furnished. Kitchen not well equipped. No kettle or toaster. No kitchen towels. Bedroom had hanging rack with 6 wire coat hangers. No closet, no drawers. Washer not working and not fixed during our stay. We noted that this was also reported by a previous occupant in a review 2 weeks before our stay.
• Jas (8/5): Very good - Clean and nice size. Location was great as there was a bus stop right outside that could take you to and from Milano Centrale or 8 minute walk to Rovereto Metro station. It was great except for having to bring out own dish detergent and the washer wasn’t working for me.
