Cocina pequeña pero con todo lo necesario: cafetera italiana, cafetera cápsulas, tostadora, frigorífico, dos fuegos, aceite, café, azúcar… Tener que encargarme de sacar la basura el último día antes de irnos. Se podrían encargar desde el servicio de limpieza del hospedaje. El último día a veces vas con prisas aunque tampoco es un gran inconveniente, solo son unos minutos más.

Spora przestrzeń. Duże i wygodne łóżko, przyzwoita łazienka. Wąski blat jako stół i wyjątkowo wysokie stołki barowe.

Отдельная благодарность хозяину, Дарио очень отзывчивый и внимательный , мгновенно отвечает на все ваши вопросы. Спасибо за прекрасные Римские каникулы. Пару дней были шумные соседи, но от этого никто не застрахован. Все отлично.

• Kristina (9/5): Great location, excellent friendly customer service - Location was fantastic - walking distance to everything - main transport stations, Colliseum, Basilica, etc. The host, the customer service was excellent - very fast, very friendly, very helpfull with everything - even got useful links to closest shops, good pizerrias, gelaterias, etc. Easy to checkin, you feel very safe there because of many locks on doors and the locking outer doors. Old building, ground floor with very small windows to the inner tiny 1 meter wide yard with almost no natural sunlight, so the light had to be on even in the middle of day. The appartment could use some renovations. Kitchen was very tiny, poorly equipped, so it wasnt easy to prepare food in it.
• Bernadette (8/5): A great value stay in central Rome. - The studio was very clean. Location was great. Proximity to Santa Maria M and the station made it even more so. The facilities were very good - there was everything needed for a short stay. It was very cosy. The coffee pods and tea making facilities were a nice touch. The host was flexible, communicative and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more. Would stay again. The only downside, in my opinion, is the sitting accommodation or lack of - a more comfortable seating area for rainy days and down time would be a great modification.

• Alex (10/5): - A solo 5 minuti dalla stazione fs di Roma Termini e a due passi dalla basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, in circa 15 minuti a piedi sei ai Fori Imperiali ed al Colosseo. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, attento e presente durante il soggiorno, indicazioni per il check-in in autonomia con l'ausilio di codici molto semplice ed intuitivo. Il piccolo appartamentino si trova al piano terra, in questa via laterale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ha una zona giorno ben arredata con angolo cucina ben attrezzato, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, bustine di the e vari condimenti, tv, ottimo Wifi e riscaldamento/aria condizionata. Zona notte piccola ma ben arredata con un comodo letto matrimoniale, bagno ampio con doccia, biancheria e prodotti per l'igiene personale a disposizione. Nulla.

• Ildar (8/5): Все хорошо - Все в апартаментах соответствует описанию. Есть все необходимое для проживания туристам, приехавшим в Рим на 3-4 дня. Разумное соотношение цена-качество. Останавливались в первой половине ноября 2025г. Удобное расположение, рядом с собором Санта Мария Маджоре (как ориентир), две станции метро в пешей доступности. Заселение по предварительной регистрации на отдельном ресурсе (Букинг об этом не предупреждает), после регистрации первоначальный доступ без ключевой, в последующем с ключами, оставленными хозяином в апартаментах. Хозяин находится в доступе через мессенджер. У нас необходимости обращаться к нему не было (все было хорошо). Рекомендации для путешественников планирующих останавливаться в холодное время года: берите тапочки и пижамы, в апартаментах холодно (особенно холодный пол). Вода горячая есть без перебоев, кровать удобная, одеяло теплое. Городской налог оплатили хозяину наличными. Пожалуй, остановились бы здесь еще раз. Обслужить кондиционер (он плохо работал в режиме обогрева)

L'appartement est sombre, vous pouvez toutefois être réveillé par la lumière du patio ou la lumière du jour, prévoyez un masque de nuit si vous êtes sensible !

O prédio é silencioso e próximo a supermercados e restaurantes. Os únicos pontos negativos foram em relação ao banheiro, a porta faz muito ruído e há um cheiro de esgoto persistente.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très bien situé. - Nous avons apprécié son emplacement, à proximité de nombreux sites avec également de nombreux commerces et restaurants . J’ai pu échanger très facilement avec le propriétaire et il a toujours été attentif, facilitant et réactif. Le logement est confortable et très propre avec les essentiels pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande ce studio .
• Marie-Jose (8/5): Ok pour deux nuits - L’appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille et proche de plusieurs sites de grand intérêt. Le lit est confo mais il est bon de savoir qu’il est directement appuyé au mur, donc il faut soit passer au-dessus du chum (ou blonde) pour sortir du lit 😆, ou se glisser jusqu’au pied de lit. Dario a été extra …super rapide pour répondre à nos interrogations et vraiment compréhensif concernant notre problème de transport très tardif à l’arrivée! C’est assez sombre comme lieu. Et l’odeur de caniveau est très « présente »…nez « sensibles », soyez avisés! Les équipements de la cuisine sont passablement usés (sauf la cuisinière, la cafetière et le grille-pain)… L’impression de partager les lieux avec les voisins est assez surprenante! on entend les moindre mouvements et bruits dans le corridor et la petite cour intérieure…

• Agata (8/5): - Lokalizacja wspaniała. Wszędzie można dojść piechotą. Właściciel bardzo opiekuńczy 🥰 Niemiły zapach w łazience ale to trzeba zrozumieć ze względu na stare budownictwo. Może trochę ciemne mieszkanie bo okna wychodzą na małe podwórze ale tak naprawdę to przebywa się w nim przecież tylko w nocy na odpoczynku.
• Espinoza (10/5): Excelente servicio - La habitación era realmente cómoda y espaciosa para una pareja. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, además la cocina aunque pequeña estaba muy bien equipada. La ubicación era genial, a 15 minutos caminado del coliseo y con una de las basílicas junto en la entrada de la calle, muy bien ubicada para poder utilizar tanto autobús como metro. Estamos muy contentos. El personal ha sido muy atento y amable, tanto antes como después del viaje ofreciendo guias para movernos por la ciudad y muy dispuestos a responder cualquier duda.

This property is in the best location to explore the city and we would stay again when we come back to Rome. The bed was comfortable and aircon was modern and worked very well! There was also a clothes washing machine which was so helpful for us as we were a few weeks into the trip so could freshen up our clothes! The location is amazing in central access to everything while also tucked away in a back street so it's quiet. You walk past and live amongst the attractions without even "sight seeing". Loved it! Price was reasonable and were really happy with the overall stay! Would absolutely stay again.

• Kristalina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fantastic – very clean and in a perfect location, just a 7-minute walk from Termini Station and around 15 minutes from the Colosseum. It’s also close to several metro stations, which made getting around the city super easy. We found the place easily and had no issues with access. Dario was extremely helpful and friendly – he provided us with lots of useful information for our stay in Rome and was always available if we had any questions. Great value for money overall. We would definitely stay here again!

• Franziska (5/5): We would not recommend to stay there again even if the host was really nice and welcoming. - The kitchen was quaint and sufficient. The location of the apartment was perfect to reach all major tourist areas and still being quiet. Supermarkets were right around the corner. The bathroom had an awful smell (sewage) with moldy windows and shower. Toilet paper was not enough. It was hard to air the bathroom as well. We were there in winter and the heating only turned on during certain hours of the day and in the evening it was always cold and we generally felt uncomfortable. I was in contact with the host regarding the freezer, because the door wouldn't close anymore. I defrosted the freezer and the host said he would fix the door the next day but never did.

The place was overall clean and co - Had everything I need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and washing machine. Space was nice and not too small. Super cosy. The floor was slightly dusty (but that could be Rome in general). The shower was also draining very slowly, but not a big issue.

• Jekaterina (7/5): Good - Great location right bang in the center Fast response by the hosts and detailed info given about the studio apartment.. limited windows thus causes condensation especially in the bathroom.. which leads to the smell of humidity granted it was in winter so i do not know how it'll be in summer . Air Conditioner way past its replacement date even though i am an advocate of good servicing which i am sure it is regularly checked...but the aircon is struggling to kick into power and at least 30 mins is needed to feel it start to work on heating mode ..again due to being winter i do not know how it'll perform in summer ... though coming from a Mediterranean country and having plenty of experience with aircons i would strongly assume this aircon is at its last legs . i would recommend to use a dehumidifier between guests to get rid of the humidity to the hosts of this property The washing machine takes 4 kg max load and that's on a good day ..which suggests that the guests staying there would have to wash their clothes everyday thus the machine working everyday in the long run would cause a malfunction sooner and add cost to the people running the place need separate gurbage but stuff didn't leave us enough plastik bags.

I look forward to Our future endevours - First visit to Rome, when inside the place makes you feel very safe and comfortable which is of most important as a solo traveller! Loved the location, walking distance to grocery stores, famous attractions and the Metro station. It’s on the smaller size overall but great for one person. Note this flat is on the ground floor so there is some mustiness present however Rome is full of all different kinds of smells and you can adjust to them.

• Jelena (10/5): It was great stay at Dario’s place! Dario is excellent host l, friendly and available for all guest need! Recommendation - Small apartment but very well equipped with all necessities for short stay in Rome. Apartment has all you need for comfortable stay. We liked everything. Maybe for someone lack of regular window with view can be problem, but for our stay we were completely fine.

• Tzu (8/5): Very good - Dario and cleaning staff are friendly. They provide a lovely and well-equipped house. They know what the tourists need very well. Everything is awesome, only one thing can be improved but not a problem. There is a washing machine but no dryer or space to hang the washed clothes to dry.
