• SANDICA (10/5): - Am avut la dispoziție tot ce a fost nevoie pentru un sejur odihnitor. Renovat modern, curat și spațios, aparatura moderna și cel mai util, catalog cu toate informațiile de care ai nevoie pentru a te mișca liber in Roma fara probleme. Felicitări!
• Sara (10/5): Fantastico! - Borgo San Lorenzo è la scelta ideale per visitare Roma! A 50 metri si trova la fermata del Tram n° 3 che ti fa' raggiungere in modo veloce il centro (Colosseo). Il personale è stato tutto super gentile, ma la signora è una chicca della struttura! I mini appartamenti (perché grandi abbastanza da poterli chiamare così) sono pulitissimi , curati , moderni e accessoriati (macchina del caffè con assortimento di capsule? Si certo! Bustine di thè? Ovviamente! Microonde? Certamente , frigo, fornelli, ferro da stiro , stendino , asciugacapelli... E cosa vuoi di più? )c'è poi la lavanderia che ti dà la possibilità di lavare le tue cose... Parcheggio all' interno della struttura nel garage ( a pagamento ma ne vale la pena, perché nemmeno caro! ) super comodo!!! Quando torneremo a Roma , sarà sicuramente il primo posto che contatteremo, perché il bello dei viaggi è vedere posti nuovi, ma sentirsi come a casa! Niente

• Silvia (8/5): Comodo appoggio vicino alla stazione - Appartamento abbastanza nuovo, in un complesso ben tenuto e ben attrezzato. Stanza molto grande, spazio giorno adeguato per due o tre persone. Fornitura in cucina essenziale ma completa. La zona é vicino alla stazione di Termini, in zona universitaria. La sera c'è molta gente in giro per strada ma gli appartamenti sono abbastanza silenziosi. Divano letto non particolarmente comodo perché dalla porta filtra molta luce, inoltre c'è una luce di sicurezza sul muro che non si spegne e illumina quasi a giorno la stanza. Molto bello il terrazzino esterno ma con poca privacy rispetto ai terrazzi vicini, quando cresceranno un po' le siepi sarà sicuramente meglio.

The smell of drainage, but we were in a very old part of Rome, so to be expected, really. The apartment felt dark because the shutters didn't fully open, but there was good lighting within. There were three adults, and the sofa bed was not overly comfortable for seating. Could do with another comfy chair and a coffee table to put drinks, etc.
• Angéla (10/5): Szuper! - 2 évvel ezelőtt jártunk itt először, most mindenképp itt szerettünk volna szállást foglalni, mert nagyon jó helyen van.Szinte a szállással szemben van egy nagy bolt, nagy választékkal, az utca végén, pár percre a szállástól busz- és villamosmegálló található. Innen bárhová el tudunk jutni, mert sok busz közlekedik ezen a vonalon. A tisztaság makulátlan volt 2 évvel ezelőtt is és most is, nem csalódtunk. Az apartmanok tágasak, jól felszereltek, kényelmesek az ágyak. A szállásadó hölgy, Maria pedig kedves, sokat segített, előre kinyomtatott lapok vannak a recepción, mit érdemes megnézni, oda hanyas busszal lehet eljutni, stb. Ha bármikor visszamennénk Rómába, újra ezt a szállást választanánk. Nem volt olyan dolog.

• Esther (10/5): - Es handelt sich um ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Apartmenthaus im Hinterhof (mit unterirdischer Parkgarage) im Stadtteil San Lorenzo. Wir konnten von dort per Bus oder U-Bahn relativ einfach die Innenstadt erreichen. Im direkten fußläufigen Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Unser Vermieter konnte sehr gut Deutsch und hat uns mit vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt verschönert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

• Ahmeti (10/5): Perfekt! - . Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Rom war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir hervorheben, dass uns bei einem Problem mit der Reservierung schnell und unkompliziert geholfen wurde. Das hat bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Decent location, 7 minutes walking from one bus station and 3 minutes from another, about 25 minutes to get to Trevi Fountain. No cleaning service, if you want clean linens/towels there is an additional charge.

• Patrik (9/5): War wirklich toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Sehr neue, moderne Unterkunft im Innenhof eines alten Wohnblocks. Tiefgarage direkt unter den Wohnungen, sogar mit Aufzug. Appartement bietet alles was es braucht, man ist mit Bus/Tram sehr schnell am Kolosseum. Die Lage überrascht erst schon, San Lorenzo ist der Arbeiter/Studentenstadtteil - auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr schön (Müll, Glasscherben überall, Grafitti) entwickelt aber auch einen gewissen Scharm und man kann direkt im Umfeld sehr gut und günstig essen gehen. Die Reception ist sehr lange besetzt und sehr freundlich. Fällt mir nicht viel ein

• AFanin (8/5): Recomendable - El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las camas son cómodas. Está relativamente bien conectado con el transporte público y puedes llegar fácilmente a los lugares de interés. Aún que el Vaticano estaba a una hora en bus. El parking está súper bien para el coche, se paga extra 20€ por dia. Mi perro pagó tasa extra de 25€. Mi hijo de dos años no tenía coste extra. El apartamento es bastante moderno. Hay buenas opciones de supermercado en el barrio. En la cocina faltaron algunos utensilios, como cuencos para los cereales o tazas más grandes. No teníamos horno, que no es indispensable, pero nosotros estuvimos 5 días y nos habría sacado de algún apuro de comida rápida. El barrio no esta cuidado, se ve bastante regular. A pesar de que es un barrio de estudiantes y la universidad muy cerca. Nos pareció seguro. En el baño faltaría alguna estantería para poner las cosas de aseo. Pero en general estaba bien.

• Barbara (9/5): Super! - Sve je bilo odlično, objekt je čist, opremljen sa svime što vam je potrebno tijekom boravka. Apartmani su veliki, jedini mali nedostatak je što je objekt daleko od centra. Ima blizu tramvaj koji vodi do centra ali nema podzemne u blizini. Sve ostalo je super.

Buona posizione vicino Termini anche se il quartiere in se non è proprio fantastico se proprio devo trovare un difetto, essendo all'interno di un complesso di condomini, quando ci si affaccia dal balconcino si è sotto gli occhi di tutti. Inoltre aggiungerei almeno un rotolo di scottex altrimenti anche per un breve soggiorno bisogna andarlo a comprare

• Nikola (10/5): Very good option close to center - The host Maria was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to increase the max temperature for our apartment because we had a baby with us. Also never cleaned the apartments around ours when our son was napping. Overall location is good, like the best option outside the center. Rome has a crazy traffic so it will take you some time to reach some landmarks no matter where you are. Apartment was spacious and clean and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment complex is surrounded by an apartment building so it offers a lot of quietness from the outside traffic. The apartments have metal outside doors, which are quite practical and easy to use, however also easily misused by other, non careful, guests. When recklesly slammed shut, the whole area bangs like a bomb. 20 euros a day for parking is too much in my opinion, and parking can be tricky on the way out for larger vehicles, as the exit is narrow and very steep in one point. The bed is also very squeaky which can become irritating if you have a child sleeping next to you. Having a small coffee table in the living room in front of the couch could be a good idea.

• Loredana (10/5): Borgo San Lorenzo, eine tolle Unterkunft - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr zentral und dennoch ausgesprochen ruhig – ideal, um alles bequem zu erreichen und sich gleichzeitig wunderbar zu erholen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die gesamte Struktur gepflegt, einladend und sicher. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Gastgeberin Antonietta. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

• Giuliano (9/5): Eccellente! Da tornarci sicuramente - Posizione tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi in città pur non essendo nelle immediate vicinanze del centro. Pulizia e arredi dell'appartamento impeccabili e funzionali. Parcheggio privato e custodito, garanzia di sicurezza. Ottimo punto di appoggio per soggiornare in città. Qualche vicino di alloggio un pò rumoroso, ma ovviamente basterebbe un minimo di buon senso e rispettare le regole della struttura.

Il personale della reception gentilissimo, l'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, cucina completa, macchina del caffè, bagno con asciugacapelli e lavatrice, wifi gratuito che funziona molto bene (cosa non scontata). Inoltre la mia stanza era dotata di una veranda con tavolino e due poltrone.

Has dishware ❤️ They provided self check-in instructions, but forgot to give me a code to the main entrance. So make sure they provide you with that as at night check-in it may be a trouble getting them online. The apartment is close to the centre of Rome by taxi, but doesn’t seem safe for me so better not to walk there a lot to not run into troubles.

Buena ubicación para acceder a cualquier lugar mediante transporte público .Restaurantes del barrio con buena cocina italiana . Maria , muy amable y accesible . Olor a humedad en el baño del dormitorio principal

• Sabine (9/5): - Schöne Unterkunft - hat alles prima geklappt. Lage in einen rauhen Viertel, aber das wussten wir. Haben uns dort aber nicht unsicher gefühlt, eher authentisch, sehr gute dort gegessen in den Lokalen.

• Nigna (9/5): Tutto molto bene - La pulizia, la possibilità di tenere con noi il nostro cagnolino, il box per la macchina che gentilmente anche dopo il check out ho potuto lasciare parcheggiata mentre ero ancora un po' in giro per Roma. Se proprio dovessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo...una bottiglia di acqua in frigo sarebbe stato carino trovarla, ma a due passi c'è un supermercato e si fa senza problemi.

• guido (10/5): - Appartamento comodo e spazioso, inserito in un residence di altri appartamenti omologhi. C'era tutto e funzionava tutto. Si entra col check-in online, ma c'è una reception presidiata. Avevamo letto di problemi con il riscaldamento, perchè essendo ad alimentazione elettrica funziona solo con la scheda di ingresso, ma su richiesta ce ne è stata data un'altra in modo che restasse acceso anche quando si esce. Quartiere universitario, con ristoranti e bar. La migliore tra le location simili provate a Roma. Il centro storico è lontano a piedi, ma raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici
