• Taras (10/5): - Все дуже чудово! Район - хороший для проживання,близько до Ватикану та безпечний. Під'їзд доволі чистенький. Квартира - красива, затишна та охайна, чистенька. Продумана до деталей (кава,чай, печиво і навіть інгредієнти з рецептом для приготування пасти)! Адміністратор відповідає на питання швидко і ефективно! Єдиний мінус - відсутність нормального напору води в душі, але власником було надано пояснення, тому претензій не можемо мати. В деяких відгуках читали, що чути сирени, ми з таким стикнулися тільки одного ранку, але і тут господар подбав, бо були беруші. Одним словом, вартує рекомендуємо і точно повернемося.

• Irena Vančatová (10/5): Just go for it! - The apartment is in a great location, a short walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. It is well equipped and we really didn't miss anything. The communication with the owners is excellent and friendly. We also enjoyed a very good croissant and cappuccino for breakfast in the bakery next door. We definitely recommend it to everyone and look forward to coming back again sometime 🙂

• Damien (8/5): Inoubliable, Rome est probablement la plus belle ville au monde ! - L'appartement est très bien situé à Rome dans le quartier du Vatican et à quelques minutes de la station de Metro Ottaviano. Endroit stratégique pour visiter la cité eternelle ! L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé (il y a même une machine à laver). Le petit-déjeûner comprend un café et un croissant par personne dans la boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. La pression de la douche est extrêmement faible et il n'en résulte qu'un petit filet d'eau tiède. C'est dommage car sans cela, l'appartement serait quasi parfait. A ce propos, le propriétaire m'a contacté pour me dire que le problème a été réglé entre temps et qu'il l'aurait réglé durant notre séjour si je l'en avais informé (les journées sont tellement chargées, à Rome, que je n'avais pas pris le temps de le faire). Je crois en sa sincérité concernant la résolution de ce problème.

• karis (7/5): Great location for exploring Vatican City and Central Rome - Location of the property was great, close to metro station and Vatican City. Apartment layout is good and nice bakery next door for breakfast. Kitchen facilities need improving, we had to wash the cutlery and cups before use as they were dirty and the kettle was unusable due to the level of limescale inside. The washing up equipment (cloths, sponges etc) needs changed out. Also, it is a very loud street so remember your ear plugs.

• Mary Irene (10/5): Modern apartment in an ideal location, easy access to all your needs and a great retreat after your touring. - Proximity to Vatican, local amenities like grocery and restaurants. You are near an emergency room so you will hear sirens often and loud trucks. Not for light sleepers. Also if you have heavy luggage, you still have a flight of stairs before you can access the elevator.
• MIGUEL (7/5): APARTAMENTO NO APTO PARA HUESPEDES CON ALGUNA DIFICULTAD DE MOVILIDAD - El apartamento es muy bonito y no le falta de nada, muy buen equipado. La cama es muy cómoda Las zonas comunes del edificio fuera del apartamento son horribles sin ningún mantenimiento. Este apartamento no es apto para personas con alguna dificultad de movilidad, pues el apartamento tiene un escalón para acceder al baño y otro para acceder al dormitorio, por otro lado el ascensor para en la entreplantas, por lo que hay que subir un tramo de escaleras para subir al apartamento y hay que bajar escaleras cuando llegas a la planta del apartamento.

• Edith (10/5): Location, Hospitality and Best restaurants!! - Everything! The host was accommodating and the hospitality was 5 star. Our favorite apartment ever in Rome and we travel to Rome every year. We will always stay at this apartment in the future. Location was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, the apartment smelled like a spa every day for 8 days. We were near the best restaurants and the Triomfqle food market in Rome. Lots of activity in the area and diverse food choices. This will be our home away from home. Thank you soooo much!!! Nothing. It was all very good.
• shan shan (8/5): - Location is excellent to move around Rome I was travelling with my mother and upon our arrival we discovered that only one linen set was provided, despite being there a sofa bed which one of us used. We were asked to pay 30 EUR to get a second linen set, I found it too expensive only for linens. Since it was early August it was to sleep without linens for the sofa bed, besides that everything was up to our expectations.

• Paolo&Stefy (8/5): Roma offre sempre posti confortevoli. - Appartamento attrezzatissimo e in posizione splendida vicino ai Musei Vaticani. Molto pulito all'arrivo e facilmente raggiungibile. Climatizzazione più che buona e spazi ampi e comodi. Nonostante i responsabili non fossero presenti il check in è stato semplice e immediato. Il bagno, nonostante fosse ampio e comodo come le altre stanze aveva una doccia con temperatura dell'acqua non regolabile; era bollente o ghiacciata. Nei tre giorni non è passato nessuno per verificare se servissero pulizie o sostituzione degli asciugamani. Se si migliorano queste situazioni il posto potrebbe meritare 10.

Bardzo wygodny materac, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, a także tabletki do prania i zmywarki na miejscu – wszystko przemyślane. Śniadania w lokalu obok były smaczne i wygodne. Ekspresowy kontakt z właścicielem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• Joselyn (9/5): Overall, the property is highly recommended. I’d stay there again the next time we go back to Rome. - It’s a decent size holiday home perfect for a couple. Everything is clean, kitchen is provided with stuff needed , espresso machine is a bonus. I love that they provide coffee capsules and tea options. The proximity to Metro and to the Vatican is excellent for exploring Rome. There’s a lot of nearby stores, restaurants and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Denise and Fabio were amazing hosts. They picked us up at the airport and drove us back to the airport. Fabio picked us up at 3:00 AM and he even helped us with our heavy luggages. Yes, I’m not a light packer, my bad. There’s a small lift at the property where you need to go up one flight of stair and down to use the lift. They also have free breakfast that you can claim from the cafe next door, Feliziana. We’re not able to get our daily breakfast because we had to leave early for our early morning tour but they let us claim our free breakfast for 3 days ( cornetto and cappucino- you can also choose another type of pastry) in a row even after the alloted breakfast time. I appreciate their flexibility.

• A (9/5): Would definitely recommend, thank you for a lovely stay! - Very spacious property, great location; so close to the Vatican and surrounded by lovely places to eat and drink. Modern facilities, friendly staff. Coffee and tea was left for us as well as some water which was very kind. We happily walked to other attractions such as the Colosseum which took around 50 minutes, but there was a metro very nearby if needed. We were very happy with this property and would highly recommend. Very small issue: The bed was very comfortable but had a large wooden surround which made it difficult to get in and out of, and my partner really hit his shins a few times.
• Carol (10/5): Fabulous hidden gem in a great neighborhood! - Very nice location the Vatican was one block away. The metro 3 blocks. Nice restaurants everywhere. The apartment was updated recently, the bathroom new, master bedroom was nicely decorated and the mattress very comfortable. The kitchen was newer, small but had everything you needed. The owner met us to enter and showed us around to answer questions. Also quiet so no problem sleeping. The price was very affordable. The owner communicated with us in a timely matter on any questions we had. We would come the next time we come to Rome. The only thing are the 2 stepped up rooms. But you can’t change that.

• Tracey (9/5): Great stay in Rome, close to the Vatican and Great restaurants. - The apartment was lovely and clean. There was a lift so we didnt have to carry our luggage up all the stairs. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The apartment was in a great position, a hop skip and jump from the Vatican Museums. There were plenty of good food places close by and the bus stopped nearly right outside our door. We did a great cooking class that was held in the restaurant 2 doors down from the apartment and a restaurant with great gluten free pizza is just on the corner There was no dining table, just a shelf with stools, and it got a bit cramped when trying to prepare food. There was also no toaster in the kitchen, which would have come in handy.
• Johan (10/5): We were really happy with our stay here, place was spotless, had all the facilities we needed for our stay and was very - Perfectly located apartment close to Vatican and historic center of the city. When we arrived Rosie was waiting for us and was very kind to take us around the place and explain everything (In Italian). The place was also spotless and it a very cozy and beautiful apartment for a couple to stay a couple of days enjoying Rome. To get to the apartment you need to go up 3 level or take a small elevator there. Either way was find for us. Nothing, everything went well for us.

• Emma (6/5): Great for a short stay - There was a stove, air conditioning and a tv which was a great feature to the apartment! The windows barely opened and it was always dark in the apartment which made bad airflow and always smelt like the food we just cooked the day before.

• Andrada (10/5): Excellent staying in Rome - The appartment is exceptionally equipped and clean and it is placed in a good area for visiting the city. It is well located near Vatican (2min walking) and close to many important buildings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, a gas cooker, a big refrigerator, wash machines, even olive oil and spices, all new. The bedroom has a big and comfortable bed, the bathroom was well equipped, too. Moreover, the host was exceptional and it helped us with our luggage in the last day.

• Justyna (9/5): Superb - Apartment is located very close from Vatican City, you can see museum from the window and also close to near metro station. Host are very friendly and we were able to stay until 5pm on check out day so didn't have to carry bags with us.
• Laura (10/5): A very pleasant accommodation in a perfect area. - The location was amazing, very close to the bus station and to the metro (5 minutes of walking), restaurants and supermarkets everywhere. The apartment is large enough, well equipped with everything necessary for a family of 3. We got very fast the keys and somehow communicated in Italian without knowing Italian, Mille Grazie signora Rosi! The bed and the sofa are not so great, also the windows don't isolate too much the night noise from the streets, but overall, it was a great accommodation, we would return anytime here.
