• Luis Felipe (7/5): - Buena ubicación, iluminado, amplio y cómodo La cerradura de el piso no se abría al primer intento, en 2 ocasiones nos quedamos más de 10 minutos tratando de abrir
• Gavieta (2/5): Danger! Black mold in the bathroom, kitchen and livingroom - 2 points for location and staff. Cleaner was very nice and property manager was accommodating. Everything else was a bad experience. There’s black mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was small, dishwasher not working and has leaky sink and mold under the sink. The whole shower area was covered in black mold which has extended all the way to the living room. The cleaner cleaned it to the best of his abilities but this requires professional intervention. This apartment has been neglected in terms of long term care. Bathroom needs replacing and so is everything else including the furniture.

• joan albert (5/5): - La situació. El temps de resposta via mail. Potser faltava una mica de neteja. L'apartament estava vell. Fa temps que no se li fa manteniment. Molta humitat en diversos sostres i parets de l'apartament.
• Asher (9/5): A very nice property, with a few little setbacks, but still exceptional value for money, thank you for letting us stay! - A gorgeous property located around 15 minutes walk from the vatican! It was a really spacious place, with full kitchen ammenities, Television, hairdryers and most importantly, Air conditioning. The main bedroom is done really nicely, with a large bed and plenty of wardrobe space for all of us, whilst the pull out sofa and small single bed were just perfect for a short stay! We were given coffee and milk, as well as olive oil to have to use during the stay which was a nice touch. We also really liked the shower, which had a really strong water pressure, and there were plenty of plug sockets for charging devices etc. The hosts were also lovely, and kept us updated before our visit! The amount of mould in the bathroom was concerning, and i would've been worried for my health had i stayed there more than a few days - proper ventilation and cleaning is desperately required. In addition, the door system was just awful, we spent around half an hour first getting in, and sometimes couldn't get out either, so it could really do with fixing

Pietro , affianco alla stazione dei treni fermata S.Pietro e alla fermata dei bus, Ottimo bar per la colazione affianco alla struttura. L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata , soprattutto nel in quanto e’ presente molta umidità sui muri e dentro la doccia

• Reichell Elizabeth (10/5): - I liked how spacious it was The door did not open easily, we spent almost 30 minutes trying to open the door with the code. The only key available in the key box was the one to open the front door. I called various times to the contact number but no answer. There was no key to open the apartment’s door. Really stressing time every time we wanted to open the door.

• Jefferson (10/5): Excelente alojamiento. - Muy ordenado y amplio. Todo estaba impecable, la ubicación es excelente tanto para la llegada y salida hacia el aeropuerto porque está casi al lado de la estación de metro San Pietro como para visitar el Vaticano y alrededores. La atención de los anfitriones es muy buena, estuvieron muy atentos y con la mejor disposición desde principio a fin. Espero volver. 😊

• thomas anthony (6/5): - The location was nice as it was only a 15 mins walk to the Vatican. It was decently clean. The door lock was absolutely difficult to open. We struggled each day to open the door. It was frustrating not being able to get in the house after a long journey. The mirror was in questionable condition. The kitchen appliances needed to be replaced. However, when we requested for a new kettle, we were given it.
• Ņikita (7/5): - Месторасположение и достачно чисто. Просторно, всем хватает места. Минусы: 1. Мачалька для мытья посуды была старая, также не было видно средства для самой посуды. 2. Туалетный ершик был очень грязный и в старых фекалиях. 3. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, слышно абсолютно все шаги с коридора. Сама входная дверь не герметичная. Также очень громкий холодильник. 4. При заезде были трудности чтобы открыть дверь из-за умного замка. Если исправить все эти минусы то это очень хорошвая квартира для проживания, не смотря на минусы в квартире можно комфортно проживать.

But I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and the experience WAS AMAZING, no mosquitos, no broken beds it was really clean, 4 block away of Vatican city , one block away of the train station and bus stop, I will stay back in ferrari al Vaticano next year

I really liked the place and would take it again without doubt - - Very modern interior - Overall very well clean - Super nice hosts that even fullfilled 2 extra requests, always answering very fast - Very cool and handy mechanism to enter/leave the building - Amazing for the price - The oven and some of the forks/knives were not clean - Instructions to enter a bit unclear in the first reading (but after re-reading it became clear)

(9/5): It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. - It was a comfortable stay. a bit of discomfort with the kitchen but we manage to adapt. all in all it was a comfortable stay. the host reply immediately. please check some electric appliances in the kitchen we got scared to used them. lucky we met a friendly family who invite us most of the time.

• Sadif (3/5): Unsatisfactory - The location was decent , not far from a train station and Vatican City The standard of the apartment was poor, it was poorly kept, things we're damaged and broken with mould in areas. There was a mosquito problem with no spray or nets on the premises. My poor kids had several bites on their first night. The owners did not care for any constructive feedback which is sad. The photos do not reflect reality they are clearly old photos.I would not stay here again.
• Gaia (1/5): TOTAL SCAM! HOUSE FILLED WITH MOLD! - TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The apartment looks NOTHING like the photos. It is SO dirty, we couldn’t even bear to sleep one night there. The bathroom and bedroom are both covered in mold. The bed frame is broken and taped together with scotch. The walls are covered in dirty hand prints, stains, and mysterious liquid spills. The house has a horrible smell and is infested with mosquitos. THE STAFF DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. As soon as we arrived, we called the staff to let them know about the mold and my health issues which prevented me from sleeping there. They advised us to contact Booking.com for solutions and proceeded to BLOCK ALL OF OUR NUMBERS - they blocked all of us, didn’t respond on whatsapp, and ignored all of our messages through the booking.com app. These hosts left 3 young girls in their 20s STRANDED at night in a foreign city where we do not speak the language, with zero solutions or help. We had no choice but to book another property after being treated this way as soon as we arrived. They finally contacted booking.com days later after we left saying “mold is not nice to look at but is no problem” which is totally false as it is a major health concern to anyone who suffers from allergies and respiratory issues like myself. This goes to show how little they care about you. Booking.com is investigating to take the property off of their website - Save yourself and book anything else but here!

• Muhammad (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Absolutely nothing. The method to unlock the house was not working when we reached. We weren't even able to contact the owner but luckily some nice lady happened to be there and opened the door for us. Later we found out that the mobile app for unlocking the door wasnt working so the ownder had hidden the keys somewhere in a lockbox. This also we found out later through courrrier guy. Owner gave us no notice whastoever. Horribke stay, would never reccomend Everything was bad. No service, 2 days later we got the wifi password cos that too had changed without owner telling us. No cleanliness, hard to access location.

• Ifeanyi (1/5): Worst nightmare - The bedroom is all white I love white that's all.i.like The host was not helpful at all ,I stood over 20minutes outside waiting to access apartment, checking process was Tedious, tye host doesn't pay attention to.hia phones despite expecting a guestthats unprofessional,,the host could not provide basic request when i asked for Laundry detergent he bluntly told.me he can't provide at that moment it's my worst experience in booking.com,I demand a refund of my booking it doesn't worth it, the key to access building door was never provided I had to depend on ringing other neighbors Buzzer to open for me ,yet host insist key was inside and in the morning he sent me text apologizing he found the key some place ,and aftrr again he started similar arguments, this host is not nice at all ,this is not a good host the property is clean with Bad host and not value for money due to location, there are hidding charges too until after booking I knew about it , this is worst host experience the host is after money and not guest satisfaction

• Janet (1/5): a messed up holiday for me and my family - it’s on ground level so no much climbing if u have children with pram or elderly parents on holiday the property was dirty the fridge was stinky with old left overs , shower room had old used toiletries the bed was broken

• Milica (4/5): Not satisfied - Place is settled near bus stop and train station near Vatikan. The apartman is pretty big so it was OK for 5 people. Also, very peace place. - One single bed in the badroom was very uncomfortable - Pleace was very dirty and the badroom smelled damp - Storage room smelled bad as well - Bad sheets had damp as well - In the washing machine there were some clothes - Dust on the desk, table, TV and all other staffs. - Hair in the bathroom, on floor as well. Generally speaking, it looked like the whole apartment had not been cleaned properly even though we paid cleaning fee. Furthermore, we had problem getting in touch with host so we were waiting for some important information.
