- Deb (7/5): - The place was comfortable and well-heated. There were toiletries provided, and basic kitchen equipment was also provided. The jacuzzi is the highlight of the property. It gets lively around the place at night which was a plus. The place was clean enough but could be cleaner. The candles were all burnt out; it was just there for decoration. The pots and pans at the bottom were not cleaned for ages, they were just collecting dust. The neighbours were horrible and noisy and would shout and talk loudly late at night. The hotel was a bit far from the centre, so we had to travel for an hour to get there.

- Urszula (5/5): - Blisko do stacji metra, w pobliżu restauracje i kawiarnie Dość ciemno i czuć buło wilgoć, brak mydła w łazience
- Martin (7/5): - Secluded and well maintained, Monica was helpful, on arriving I was delighted with the value and everthing you could want was ready. Maybe budget for taxis 30 euro to the city center instead of the metro, in such a beautiful city the underground is too busy and uncomfortable to navigate. The street at the end of the lane is unexpectedly busy, but great value at night, Marika and Debora were very nice in Davero's. Maga burger with the two chris's is well worth a visit. The jets in the jacuzzi didn't work so I just turned them off, they spluttered into action and may need maintenance. I didn't know about a tourist tax that needed to be paid on top of the charges already paid. This could mount up quickly if you are not aware of it. I had no problem paying and would have left a tip unfortunarely I got scammed by an online Uber copy and I had to cancel a credit card.

- Stokes (6/5): - This was a little studio at the bottom of apartments and was comfortable, the bed was not, old satin linen and pillows, very disappointing. The air-conditioning didn't work and the host wasn't overly helpful. It was close to transport and the area had lots of bars and restaurants. Hard to find as directions were vague, we lucked it with a taxi, once we were there we found our way around. The bed, terrible linen and lumpy pillows, when you are traveling you look forward to a good sleep. Also very noisy neighbors.

- Siddharth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donald (6/5): Pleasant - Spa bath
Neighborhood at night
- Carlos (10/5): Would recommend - Love the space very cute and functional for our needs. It was so close to the metro..5min walk with a ton of restaurants around and open in the evenings..I was even able to use the local barber shop for a quick trim.
- Rodolfo (8/5): Very good -
- Gabrielė (8/5): Good value for money - Nice and cozy place, not that far from Rome city center. You can use small yellow train to get to termini train station. Apartament was clean, bubble bath was great afer a long day walk. We really liked interior.
Wifi worked good. Near apartament was nice avenue with lots of restaurants and shops.
I would recomend for a few days trip in Rome. We were greeted by several cockroaches. There was no coffe mashine (that is showed in pictures), only small moka. There was a musty smell, no ventilation. Balcony wery small, windows from balcoy - neighbor's house. You have to leave city tax in cash.
- Irshath (3/5): Owner was not friendly - I liked the way the room was maintained it was clean and was cozy Anyhow the bedsheets were not clean and wifi was not working. The owner said he would fix the wifi but did not. I had to take an unlimited data pack with roaming which costed me as same as the room price. When I wrote the owner in an annoyed toned which I was, he said do what you like.
- Karolina (6/5): not best - It's located very close to the subway. Bathtub with jacuzzi was nice after long day of walking. The wifi was not working at all- we needed to go outside every time we wanted to check something via mobile internet because the apartment is located in some kind of semi-basement and there was no signal inside.
What we also didn't like is the fact that the apartment is very dark, there is no daylight coming through the window.
- Márti (7/5): Good - Very good location, close to tram and metro, very good restaurants around. Aircon is a big plus. Overall good price and location for a short stay in Rome. Neighbours have been quite noisy even after midnight, and the matrress is quite used.
- Yelyzaveta (5/5): good if u don’t need internet and wasn’t really thinking about the tub - The apartment is good, the bed is big and everything is nice and tidy. The atmosphere is cool, location is perfect - 3 mina from subway, 20 from lidl, lots of cafes. internet doesn't work all the time the water is always cold (warm for the first 5 min, but if you want a bathtub forget about it, unless you like an ice cols bathtub). It has heating function that really does nothing. Everything else is okay, but those issues spoil your vacation big time. I4g internet doesn't work since it's essentially a walkout basement. Iron is dirty. I've even had a power outage at some point due to working bathtub
- Mădălina (9/5): Superb - We liked the jacuzzi❤️ The noise made by the neighbors all day long and late in the night 🙈 and a bit of humidity, but we were good after all.
- Samantha (10/5): Relaxing stay! - Awesome place to relax and rejuvenate. Loved the jacuzzi and the patio! The owner was very quick to respond and kind. Sheets were clean but the other bedding could use a wash.
- Tomasina (3/5): Good potential but not somewhere we would be comfortable to recommend. - Nice little property with all of the facilities listed. Bath in the room was a treat. Overall was clean and tidy Unfortunately not a safe feeling location. We parked our rental car in a free spot we found nearby (not over a driveway/door/reserved parking etc) for less than 12 hours overnight and woke the next day to find it had been intentionally damaged with deep scratches across 3 panels consistent with keying. Not fun for our first night in Rome. We also slept poorly due to the neighbour shouting at the top of their lungs for many hours into the night. Then in the day following sleeping there have both developed bed bug bites all over our bodies which added to the overall negative review on cleanliness.
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - Had everything we needed.
Very clean and kosy. Good shower and bed. The hot tub was good to come back to and unwind from a very busy day in the city.
Would definitely recommend and when we return to Italy we will be booking again.
- Saneesh (7/5): Good - Area, Outside
- Mattia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mahmood (9/5): perfect -
