Guest Reviews
- Sally (9/5): Great place with a fantastic view for a few days - Great location with a fabulous view. Lots of kangaroos around. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped for what it is Rather drafty on a windy evening

- Isabelle (8/5): Comfortable and cosy farm stay. - Very cosy and comfortable, good quiet location with a distant sea view and some lovely farm animals nearby. Portable induction stove was a great addition, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and hard to leave the next day with the rainy weather! Absolutely no issues with privacy, was nice and secluded on the property during our stay. For the cost it’s very basic, couldn’t find any face washers, two small bins but no more bin bags than what’s already set up, and has a large huntsman spider in the ceiling… Another thing, but I would suggest in future not suppling soaps with any nut oils (a mostly used Palmolive macadamia oil soap bottle was in the shower) as I personally have very severe nut anaphylaxis and it’s quite a common allergen these days, it’s obviously not something that effects everyone but was a bit of a stress to notice the ingredients while in the shower.
- Massimo (6/5): When Eco means speculation - Location and privacy Lack of very basic features and comp., basically everything other than a water bottle and a cup of tea.
A toilet brush, a box of tissues, soap/shampoo, a cookie or any welcome bite, one reading lamp only, a small heater to keep it warm at night!! (you can't sleep with the aircon on all night, it's noisy on your head, was cold at night time, and woke up at 10 degrees).

- Tahti (10/5): tiny treasure - Cosy, compact, everything we needed in a beautiful, peaceful setting, big windows to take in the view. So relaxing.

- Tuyet (9/5): Overall was an amazing small little cosy place to stay. - Loved that it was such a nice small cosy place to stay near Peninsula Hot Springs. Very easy to navigate. Perfect quiet place for couples to get away. Also saw cute horses and a lot of kangaroos at night.
Disliked how strong the wind got and how you could feel the whole room shake.
- Sally (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (7/5): Overnight stay - Close to many attractions. Just got to be mindful of the dirt track access. Very private and quiet. Bed was super comfy. Serene views. Unfortunately, it was extremely windy the night we stayed. The tiny home literally shook throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. The tiny bathroom sink in the corner was uncomfortably small so we had to use the kitchen sink to wash our faces. The shower pressure was non-existent.
- Frank (2/5): Very poor -
- Mel (7/5): Good -
- Jessie (8/5): Wonderful weekend away - The house had everything we need. Love watching the sunset. A little noisy from the compressor.

- Evgeniya (4/5): Extremely overpriced for what it is - The locations is great, just 10 minutes drive from the springs, we booked this property to relax there after our visit to the springs. The concept is great. We enjoyed meeting farm animals - alpacas and ponies. We were disappointed with this stay and felt it was extremely overpriced for what it is. It is missing any nice touches - for example, cheap soap in the bathroom (Palmolive) and plastic hooks for decorations - you expect better when paying $250 per night after discount. It’s right in front of an electric fence, which I didn’t like. I didn’t feel like it was very clean - we saw a spider in the drawer and mosquito screens were full of dust.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Serena (10/5): Stunning ocean views, beautiful property and was perfect for our one night away. - Beautiful property, tiny home was super clean and comfortable. N/a

- Duy (9/5): Great birthday weekend getaway from Melbourne hustle. - The tiny house was a great weekend getaway for my birthday. The location is secluded but still close to the beach/ walks/ lighthouse. Many farm and wild animals to look at (kangaroos, ponies, parrots, ducks, llamas, etc.). The room is clean and comfortable. The dirt roads leading to the tiny home (50m) full of large potholes (it was also raining quite heavily during the weekend) and we were driving a Tesla M3 which barely made it. It would be great if the potholes are fixed/ filled.
- Erica (9/5): A classic tiny home on the Peninsula - Classic adorable tiny home on a picturesque farm. Had all necessary creature comforts including a kettle, fridge and air con.
- Lexie (9/5): A lovely tiny stay - The tiny house was lovely, the surrounds were beautiful, we patted the ponies and said hello to all the animals.
The property was lovely and secluded and felt very safe with security gates. We had an issue on arrival with the door making a very loud sound due to the wind, we called Martin and he came past to fix the problem whilst we were at dinner.
- Lee (10/5): The Tiny House makes a big impact. It's perfect in every way. - The location is spectacular. We were promised a big view and it certainly is that. The bed was comfortable and all the decor is perfect. We could not have asked for more. It was just right!
- Shahira (10/5): Marvellous once in a lifetime experience! - We really loved how the wildlife is literally just out the door. And also the glass panels of the house that allows us to view the sunrise and sunset beautifully. Nil
- Bunny (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfy bed and host was very helpful and responsive
- Sayed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachael (9/5): Superb -
- Simona1991 (4/5): Not worth the money, shame as it could be a great concept - The view is beautiful it's way overpriced. It's exactly the same as renting a cabin in a camping ground.
There is another tiny house right next to it, I mean with all the space they could put them a bit more far from each other.
The house inside is nothing special I would expected a bit more class and attention to details.
The coffee was finished so we could not have a coffee for breakfast (for the price I would expect a full jar of Moccona not oene with a spoon left in it)
- David (8/5): A tiny base of operations for active travelers, and a great place to retire to. - The location was amazing, the accommodation was cute and adequate for a solo traveler, and the sunsets were amazing. It was close to everything I wanted to see. The tiny home needs a bit of TLC, the decor could've been nicer, the property is advertised as being remote but it's close to another tiny home and a large holiday house and is part of a farm property.
- Jackson (8/5): Quiet and convenient location. - Good location, central to most sightseeing locations
- Chelsea (8/5): blissful, quiet and romantic - great location, comfy bed, compost toilet was confronting and kettle had something in it - mould or something like that. but we boiled water in a pot for a coffee so had a work around.
- Tommy (10/5): Beautiful, comfy and a perfect weekend getaway. - Location was amazing! The property was very cute and cozy! We had a great time and our hosts were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!!! The toilet situation could have been addressed better whilst booking. And a heads up on the bumpiness of the dirt road into the property.
- Sergii (9/5): Superb -
- Heather (8/5): Very good - View. Location. Very tiny bathroom! Unable to fully open shower door. Coffee machine would be a lovely touch 🙂
