- Hranush (10/5): Спасибо хозяину за добродушное отношение и конечно спасибо Атаит за хороший прем. Надеюсь вернемся еще! - Местоположение хорошее. Домик уютный, приятно было вечерком посидеть во дворе, поужинать. Мангал стоит, приготовили шашлык. Утром пили кофе на качели. Все было классно.

- Nerzetyan (3/5): Woukd not recommend to anyone. - The location of the property was good. It was very cold in the property. The owner knew that we were coming, and did not turn on the heating until we arrived. We spent the whole evening with our coats on. The property and dishes were dirty. Even if the value was 20,000 AMD, it is not worth it.

- Christa (10/5): Nice, well-located property in a beautiful, quiet town - This is a very nice property, with a large yard in the back. Everything felt clean and fresh. There is, as other reviewers have noted, an odd smell, primarily coming from the bathroom. I think the drain needs a deep cleaning or something.
