Sharon (7/5): Long Haven stay - Super location, and it has a nice garden. Fly screens are all in working order, and one bathroom is recently renovated. The living space is very dark, with dental-clinic-like flourescents. We moved a bedside lamp to the living area to have a softer light option. In one rooms the light is a bare bulb, with a curtain separating it from the laundry, and another room has a curtain for a door. None of this was expected. The washing machine didn't work at all. It would have been great if either of the two DVD players were bluetooth-capable. I think for the money these small things should not be an issue.

Arne (8/5): Great location - Location is excellent. Garden has been well looked after. Kitchen was functional with pots/pans and chopping board better than in many other places. Only one bedside light for three rooms, not enough tea towels for a longer stay and guests are expected (not asked) to take out the garbage despite a hefty cleaning fee being charged.
