Kirsty (8/5): Great location and comfortable beds. - Huge yard and great location. Please consider installing a baby/toddler gate and carpeting the stairs. We had a three and four year old with us and my daughter split her lip badly and chipped her front tooth. My nephew spilt open his chin. Stairs are not safe for kids at all.
