• Mariella (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and looked good. It was very comfy and for a group is perfect as it has several beds, showers and gathering space downstairs. The door it appears to have a malfunction as it doesn’t close properly, it appears to stay open and we had to double check every time. Also in the kitchen there was little water pressure making it difficult and slower to wash the dishes. I’m still not sure if the area was secure enough. On Sunday and Monday there was q lot of cops and sirens going around and it scared us a little bit.

• Luis (7/5): it was ok, had some concerns about the security of the main entrance. - the location to our event the front door did not seem secure at all it could have been easily opened or forced by anyone, and the bed on the second floor double room has a big dip in it, not very comfortable, I had to use the other bed which was better.
• Kay (5/5): as long as there’s no technical difficulties, would recommend staying again. good pricing for spacious townhomes. - very good location, felt homey. the internet worked for about 2 days and stop working.
• Juan (10/5): Great place overall because it has everything that you need and it’s worth the pay. - I liked that it had everything we need like cooking materials such as pans and utensils. We also liked that the kitchen was big and the rooms were all big and they had comfy beds to sleep in. I didn’t like that the people next door were playing loud music and we could hear it through the walls which prevented us from sleeping. The bunk beds were also really squeaky.
