• Peilei (7/5): 价格便宜，卫生不太好，离地铁站近，空间很大 - 有两个房间，地方大，牙刷毛巾准备的非常充足，价格便宜，离地铁站很近。 卫生除湿，第一天进来一股潮湿的味道很重，第三天散去了，刚刚坐上床，摸到了不知道谁的指甲，仔细一看，还有一根卷曲的头发，我扔在地上了，拿毛巾重新擦了一遍，但是我觉得床的卫生是最重要的，其它的因为不会对皮肤产生接触还好，希望能改进一下

• Rafi (4/5): Disappointing - Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing mainly due to the lack of proper hygiene and maintenance. The sofa was in a terrible condition — old, stained, and very unhygienic. It definitely needs to be replaced. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard. The nightstands were dusty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The blankets had visible stains and didn’t seem freshly washed. Upon arrival, the kitchen table was dirty, and the floor was covered in dust and debris. It felt like the cleaning was only done superficially, with hard-to-reach areas being ignored entirely. On a positive note, the washing machine worked very well and the location was excellent. All in all, the condition of the apartment made my stay uncomfortable. I hope the hosts will take these issues seriously and improve the cleaning and maintenance going forward.
• Shirley (10/5): Great property for 3-4 people. - Nice spacious property. Good bedding very receptive host. Close to station, Lawson and Family Mart stores. Nothing.
• Raja (10/5): Great. - Nice and simple house. Close to Shin Imamiya station. Clean, comfortable and suitable for family stay.
• Sah (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and good value. - We liked it because it was a house with different sleeping areas. Location wise was also conveniently located near train station, familymart & Tamade. When we wanted to use the cooker, there was only 1 power point for the ventilation fan. Cannot use both at the same time. The bathroom was very cold. Feels like the exhaust fan was sucking in outside air.
• Antonio (9/5): Nice and clean house, the windows were not blurry, annoying policies about the early check-in - They don’t let you make an early check-in, even if the house was already empty, but for 2000¥/hour you could have an early check-in. It’s pretty difficult to stay outside for hours on a 34°C day with all the luggage on your back :) I would have prefered to just get refused, asking for extra charge like this is pretty disappointing, almost makes you not want to pay just to not do it their way..

• Stefan (4/5): Okay, but not worth 160€ a night. - The accommodation did have everything as described, and the customer service was excellent. The location is close to both train and metro lines, so it is very nicely connected. The issue I had was that pictures of the accommodation are filtered to mask the actual state of the house. The walls are dirty, the rooms are very small, the roof ceiling partially has moisture stains, furniture was dirty and worn as well. All of this would be fine, but for this price range, I was expecting a much better accommodation. If the price would be set at 20€ a night, it would be okay. Anything above is not worth it. Also the location is in a shady piece of the city, but in Japan is anyway everything safe so this is not much of an issue.
