• Aimee (5/5): Great location and big and spacious for the family. - Location, space . Wasn’t clean , beds and couch were not comfy.
• Maire (10/5): I really appreciated the host letting me retrieve the laptop charger I had left behind. - The property was great. It gave me privacy and a place to stay. The host was very obliging and did everything they could to enable me to enter. I really appreciated that. Trouble getting in because there were two lock boxes.

• Mohamed (8/5): good location. nice place - my family arrived at the property but unable to enter due to an incorrect door code being provided to us. We called the given number but it took significant amount of time for someone to answer and gave us the correct code number. Sad to say no one apologized. Otherwise all is good.

No remote control for aircon in second bedroom. Cleanliness not up to standard. Carpets badly need cleaning or replacing, some food on kitchen walls need wiping

• Necdet (7/5): The location was convenient to where I needed to go to. Close to the airport - Close to shops and amenities No clean towels. Had to use the same one for a week. The tv is too small. The power points aren’t close to the beds

• Starcevich (5/5): Over all was a good stay. - Comfortable three rooms. Nice kitchen. Bathroom ok. Need to state that the lock box on door frame is not the one to open! It was lucky we opened the flywire door to see the one on the door handle. This was frustrating. I think the guy next door arrived with the same problem. The pin was hard to locate on previous email, and we had to ask for help, this also happened to the guy next door.

• Pamela (5/5): Room for improvement - The location was great. The house is a little run down, but okay. The outdoor yard definitely needs some attention. Weeds and grass are overgrown. The host did not provide the code to the entrance, tried contacting to request same, no response. We had no access to the accommodation for more than 2 hours after check in time. A better check-in system needs to be put in place. Booking.com customer service is non-existent.
• John (6/5): For my family it was adequate, for me as a disabled person too many problems. - Location As a disabled man the property concrete pad although only 100 mm was impossible for me to access, I had my son with me and he was able to lift me. Having major leg muscle problems I was unable to use the toilet due to its height. The bed mattresses were of a very poor foam quality, again to low for my use.

• Te (8/5): Great location, not far from the airport or city center. Close to good shopping malls. - The Host was very good with communication. It was a nice location and suited us for where we needed to be. Maccas is right across the road. Supermarkets and the shopping centre were only around the corner. The house had everything we needed. Well-secured door locks with multiple locks, good safety. As others have mentioned traffic noise can be an issue as it is close to a main road. But if you do your research and check out the area on maps before booking you will see that. The Blinds in the rooms did not block out much light from the street lights.

Would not recomment to our worst enemy - Nothing We had to buy new bed linen and bathroom towells and facewasher, the supplied items were disgraceful All bed Linen was stained the couch was stained the walls were nocked around. This property was just putrid and should not be sold as a lettable property by Booking.com if they want retain any kind of reputation as reputable marketing agents. Nothing we couldn't get out of there quick enough. We couldn't sleep bcause of the worry about the property getting broken into. We locked the doors and placed cases and tables and chairs behind the doors for extra safety. It was just horrible. Wouldn't recommend the property to my worst enemy

• Su (7/5): All up a satisfactory stay. And the location was convenient for us - The location was fantastic. We had a family wedding and it was a 8 min drive to destination No PowerPoint in bathroom to blow dry hair and no mirrors beside the bathroom. No ironing table for the iron & towels were too small and thin. My husband & son are 6 foot tall. Towels barely covered them lol We were given the wrong code to the lockbox and struggled to unlock the door after a a 17hr drive. Called the emergency line and they gave us correct code😊

• Alison (6/5): Was a nice unit but just needs some attention to the backyard & front door locks need to be replaced - The location was great, very close to shops and transport, unit was clean, air con was good, enjoyed having free wifi and enough basic condiments, towels and washing liquids for kitchen and bathroom Plastic water jug had a crack in it so not usable, lounge only had one 2 seater, could have been better with another small lounge chair or 2 seater, front door was very difficult to open and close, and lockbox for keys very difficult to open, back yard needs attention, dried out depressing, lawn needs weeding and no outdoor furniture

• Sebastian (8/5): Very good - It's a pretty big place, has everything you need and is close to public transport. The house is next to a very busy road and the whole apartment would need a reno as it's pretty run down. But still enough to feel comfortable and safe.

• Heah (1/5): Property condition is in a bad shape. - Location is pretty good close to local mall and mcd right opposite Took some time to have a look at the reviews about this property during the stay as it wasn’t what we expected. Most of them were saying that the hygiene condition are really bad so we purposely took some time to clean up the place before we leave and took a bunch of photos after that and they are pretty much just in the condition when we checked in or even better (We are able to provide photos of the condition of the property before check out) After checking out, the owner or property manager told us that we left the place in an extremely dirty condition which required their cleaner additional 4 hours to do a proper cleaning (was expecting that). We were unhappy but it was just $50 after all, so we decided not to even bother it and just took back $250 from the initial $300 security bond. Pretty sure that they do that to most of their guests and it is just $50 which are nothing to almost anyone. Please be careful with this. Make sure you take photos throughout during check in and before check out.

• A (5/5): Great location and friendly, easily-reachable host but run-down property in need of some repairs - It was a great location for what we needed. There is a nice shopping center down the road with everything you might need. It was big enough for our needs. We had to kill and spray for ants in the kitchen and entry way several times over the 2 week stay. We also had to kill and spray quite a few roaches. The kitchen is sparsely equipped and not adequately cleaned. The kitchen has outdoor furniture. The neighboring temporary renters were very loud. And the blinds did not cover entirety of windows- anyone could have looked in at anytime during the night. There is only one tiny love seat in the living room for a 3 bedroom house.

• Yoke (10/5): Love the place for Family. - Very easy as the keys was in a locked code box. The code was shared on the check-in day through the booking.com messages. Big Coles shopping, Mcdonalds is just opposite walking distance. 7-eleven also very near by which opens 24/7. The house is on the main road. Assessable through one way street therefore you have to make a big round to get to the house. It's not a big deal for me for the trade off of the amenities close by. You will easily missed the house for the first time. If the hose can share a better picture of the house from the driver's view it will help to notice the property. 3 rooms but only 1 bathroom & toilet. Lightings very dim in the room but with the help of some stand lights it lit up the rooms.

• Scott (10/5): we did enjoy our stay location was great I did have a couple of small problems but en email and great responses helped a - spacious and roomy air conditioner in every room not a good look wen u arrive for your stay and the grass is 2 foot high ,, couldn’t walk out to the clothes line
